技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于足跟痛治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医气血理论认为，气血循环过程是人体一切组织器官进行工作的物质基础，气血以流畅平衡为贵，如果气血不流畅就会产生瘀血，瘀血阻于体内，将进一步导致气血循环的恶化，造成更严重的瘀塞，故中医以气血为纲，通过调气活血使之流畅平衡，可祛病强身、去痛活血。足跟痛是中老年人常见病之一，常常无明显诱因出现足跟部疼痛，行走困难，且行走负重后明显加重为其特点，严重影响中老年人的生活。足跟痛病名是以足跟部疼痛而命名的疾病。足跟部是人体负重的主要部分，有以下解剖特点：跟部皮肤是人体中最厚的部位，其皮下脂肪致密而发达，又称脂肪垫。在脂肪与跟骨之间有滑囊存在。跖筋膜及趾短屈肌附着于跟骨结节前方，跟腱呈片状附着于跟骨结节的后上方。
中老年人随着年龄的增长，机体素质下降，跟部组织经过长期慢性劳损，脂肪垫等组织脱水，萎缩，退变；弹性降低，同时岁年龄增长骨骼渐发生脱钙，跖腱膜，跟腱等不适应长时间的行走时紧张状态，常在跟骨附着处因不适应牵拉而发生损伤继而轻度的血性渗出，日久激化成骨发生骨质增生并产生骨刺。此外滑膜反复摩擦亦可导致滑膜囊发炎等刺激感觉神经出现疼痛。中医认为中老年人肾气渐亏，骨萎筋弛，气血不能濡于足部，外邪趁机痹阻经脉而致疼痛。当属“痹症”范畴。
日久或初起之足跟痛，选择众多祛风除湿、温经散寒、软坚消肿、活血镇痛的中药浸泡或者是外敷足部，不损伤皮肤、无毒副反应。诸药水煎熏洗，药物作用于局部，渗透肌肤，直达病所，促进气血流通，改善局部血液运行，软化骨刺，促进炎症吸收，从而使症状缓解或消除。
足跟痛最常见的原因是长期、慢性、轻微外伤积累引起的病变，表现为筋膜纤维的断裂及其修复过程。在跟骨下方偏内筋膜附近处可有骨质增生，形成骨嵴。在侧位X射线照片上显示为骨刺。后者常被认为是足跟痛的原因，但临床研究证明它与足跟痛的因果关系很难肯定，跖筋膜炎不一定都伴有骨刺，有跟骨骨刺的人也不一定都有足跟痛。跖筋膜炎引起的足跟痛可以自然治愈。垫高足跟，减轻跟腱对跟骨的拉力，前足跖屈，缓解跖筋膜的张力，都可使症状减轻。可于足根内侧局部压痛点进行药物注射治疗，每周一次，注射后多数病人在二周内可以治愈。
从中医的角度分析，足跟痛属骨痹的一种，多因肝肾阴虚，受寒邪所致。足跟痛是老年人常见的一种疾病，可是现在在年轻女性中的发病率逐年上升，特别是像白领一族，上班穿着时尚款式的凉拖鞋，足后跟部长期暴露，在空调房内易受寒邪侵袭，下班后忙于逛街、跳瘦身操，足部又未能得到很好的休息，由于足跟长期受压、运动过度和受风寒，引起足跟脂肪纤维垫无菌性炎症，最终诱发疼痛。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对背景技术中所存在的情况而提供一种疗效高，且无毒副作用的治疗足跟痛的中药及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：山药11g，熟地黄24g，山茱萸11g，茯苓9g，牡丹皮9g，泽泻9g，黄连3g，半夏11g，全瓜蒌28g，当归11g，水蛭6g，虻虫3g，炙甘草6g。

实施例2：如果患者阴虚甚，在上述组分中加玉竹11g，玄参11g，麦冬11g。
实施例3：如果患者瘀甚，在上述组分中加桃仁9g，丹参11g，红花11g。
实施例4：如果患者痰甚，在上述组分中加天南星11g，半夏9g，贝母9g。

1、临床资料
本次临床试验共征集足跟痛患者360例，其中男150例，女210例，年龄24-64岁。
2、疗效标准
治愈：停药后疼痛完全消失，正常行走；
有效：疼痛感明显减轻；
无效：疼痛感没有明显变化甚至更加严重；
复发：停止给药6个月内，原部位重新患有足跟痛。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-5个疗程，痊愈319例，随访未见复发，有效27例，无效10例，复发4例，总有效率96％，中药品不良反应（ADR）评价，未发生不良反应和毒副作用。

马某，女。 68 岁，双足跟疼痛酸麻，右足为甚，时轻时重 3 年余。近半月晨起活动时疼痛加剧，行走困难，不能站立。该患者被抬入诊室。检查：体型较胖，右足跟尖部压痛明显，微肿，左足无明显异常。 X 线摄片示：右跟骨后下缘轻度骨质增生，左跟骨无异常。服用本发明配方4 天，双足跟疼痛酸麻大减，能短距离行走，又巩固治疗 1 个疗程，诸症全消，行走自如， 2 年内未复发。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗足跟痛的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：山药11g，熟地黄24g，山茱萸11g，茯苓9g，牡丹皮9g，泽泻9g，黄连3g，半夏11g，全瓜蒌28g，当归11g，水蛭6g，虻虫3g，炙甘草6g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗足跟痛的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括玉竹11g，玄参11g，麦冬11g。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗足跟痛的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括桃仁9g，丹参11g，红花11g。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗足跟痛的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括天南星11g，半夏9g，贝母9g。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗足跟痛的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：先将药材用清水浸泡1小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3cm为宜，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分2次温服，7剂为1个疗程。
