Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic rhinitis and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Chronic rhinitis is a chronic inflammation of the nasal mucosa and submucosa. The main characteristics are that the inflammation lasts for more than three months or attacks repeatedly, the inflammation is not cured, the inflammation can not be recovered in the intermission period, and the inflammation has no definite pathogenic microorganism and is accompanied by the obstruction of nasal obstruction with different degrees, secretion increase, swelling or thickening of nasal mucosa and the like. According to the pathological and functional disorder degree of chronic rhinitis, the chronic rhinitis can be divided into chronic simple rhinitis and chronic hypertrophic rhinitis, wherein the chronic rhinitis is chronic inflammation of nasal mucosa characterized by swelling and increased secretion of nasal mucosa, and the chronic rhinitis is chronic inflammation of nasal cavity characterized by limitation of mucosa, submucosa and even sclerotin or diffuse hypertrophic hypertrophy. The chronic simple rhinitis and the chronic hypertrophic rhinitis have basically the same etiology, and the latter is mostly developed and transformed from the former, lacks an absolute limit between the two in histology and often has a transitional type.
At present, many western medicines for treating chronic rhinitis exist, but most of the medicines have poor treatment effect and have the defects of high treatment cost, large side effect and the like, and even influence on the health of patients in severe cases. The clinical rhinitis treatment mainly comprises intranasal decongestants (oxymetazoline nasal spray, ephedrine nasal drops) and glucocorticoids, has curative effects, but cannot radically cure rhinitis, is easy to generate dependence, has obvious side effects, and has poor effect on hyperplasia and hypertrophy caused by long-term rhinitis. In the prior art, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicines for treating chronic rhinitis exist, but the traditional Chinese medicines have the defect of poor curative effect.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effect on mouse ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene
Taking 140 healthy ICR mice, each half of the mice is divided into 7 groups and 20 mice per group, namely a model group, a low-dose group, a medium-dose group and a high-dose group of the traditional Chinese medicine composition (the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in the embodiment 3), a control group (the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in the embodiment 6), a control two groups (the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in the embodiment 7) and a control three groups (the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in the embodiment 8). Each mouse is administrated 1 time per day for 20 days continuously, 60min after the last administration, the right ear of the mouse is evenly coated with 0.03mL of dimethylbenzene/mouse to cause swelling, after 2h, the ears are cut off, the ears are punched, the ears are weighed, and the ear swelling value (mg) is calculated. Ear swelling value (mg) is right ear weight-left ear weight. The test results are shown in table 1.
The results show that the low, medium and high dose groups of the traditional Chinese medicine composition can obviously reduce the ear swelling value of mice caused by dimethylbenzene compared with the model group, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effect of obviously inhibiting the ear swelling of the mice induced by the dimethylbenzene. In addition, the control group, the control two groups and the control three groups can also reduce the ear swelling value, but the effect is far lower than that of each dosage group of the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The invention has reasonable formula compatibility and obvious anti-inflammatory effect.
Example 10
Clinical trial
150 patients with chronic rhinitis were randomly selected for clinical observation and treatment, wherein 81 males and 69 females were aged 23-60 years. Among them, 96 cases of simple rhinitis and 54 cases of hypertrophic rhinitis.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: taking the capsules prepared in the example 3, wherein each capsule contains 0.5g of crude drug, taking orally, taking twice a day, 8-10 capsules each time, taking one month as a treatment course, and evaluating the effect after two treatment courses.
Criteria for therapeutic effect
And (3) curing: the symptoms are totally disappeared; the main physical and chemical detection indexes are normal.
The effect is shown: total symptom elimination or chief symptom elimination; the physical and chemical detection indexes are basically normal.
The method has the following advantages: the primary symptoms substantially disappeared; the main physical and chemical detection indexes are improved.
And (4) invalidation: the main physical and chemical detection indexes are unchanged from those before treatment.
Clinical results
83 cases are cured, 45 cases are obviously effective, 20 cases are effective, 2 cases are ineffective, and the total effective rate is 98.7%.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the invention has a reasonable formula, can effectively treat chronic rhinitis, is a natural pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation, has obviously reduced adverse reaction and side effect, particularly has no destructive effect on intestinal mucosa, is more easily accepted by wide consumers, and has wide market prospect.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
