身体乳按照身体部位可以细分为面部、颈部、上肢、手部、身体、臀部、腹部、下肢、足部等等很多部位需求的产品;按照产品功效细分的话会有补水美白、纤体瘦身、香体、去除角质等很多身体护理产品;还可以按照香型和原料进行细分如:香精香料勾兑产品、纯天然植物香型产品、精油添加性产品等。
现在市场上每个品牌基本上都有几款身体护理的产品,而市场上能够做到做精、做专的专一身体护理品牌还没有体现出来。而且目前传统的身体乳还存在一些问题,质地较为厚重不好推开,而且保湿效果不佳,容易干,需要补涂,因此还需对其进行研究。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对传统身体乳质地厚重且保湿效果不佳的问题,提供了一种清爽保湿型身体乳。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种清爽保湿型身体乳,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:20~30份血清蛋白酶解液,10~15份细菌纤维素,3~5份动物骨灰,10~20份乳化剂,4~6份卡波姆,2~4份蜗牛粘液,1~3份增稠剂,1~3份牛磺酸,1~3份烟酰胺,1~3份维生素,5~10份1,2-丙二醇,5~10份植物精油,2~4份水。
所述血清蛋白酶解液制备过程为:按重量份数计,依次取10~20份血清蛋白,0.1~0.3份胰蛋白酶,40~60份水,恒温搅拌酶解后,灭酶,即得血清蛋白酶解液;所述血清蛋白为牛血清蛋白、猪血清蛋白或鸡血清蛋白中的任意一种。
所述动物骨灰制备过程为:按重量份数计,将10~15份牛骨和4~6份海泡石加入马弗炉中,于温度为800~900℃煅烧2~3h,即得动物骨灰。
所述乳化剂为非水化磷脂和茶皂素按质量比3:1~5:1混合而成;所述非水化磷脂为磷脂酸、溶血磷脂酸或溶血磷脂酰丝氨酸中的任意一种。
所述卡波姆为卡波姆940、卡波姆941或卡波姆937中的任意一种。
所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、桃胶和黄原胶按质量比1:1:1混合而成。
所述维生素为维生素B6或维生素B12中的任意一种。
所述植物精油为茉莉花精油、绿茶精油、薰衣草精油或月见草精油中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明技术方案通过采用酶解后的细菌纤维素和血清蛋白酶解液等作为基材,以动物骨灰为填料,并辅以牛磺酸、烟酰胺和维生素等为有效成分,首先,细菌纤维素具有天然的三维网络结构,结构内部含有较多孔道,且分子内存在大量的亲水基团,因此具有良好的透气、透水和持水性能,使用后,可在肌肤表面成膜,且不影响肌肤的“呼吸”作用,另外,还可以吸收空气中的水分,从而有效提高产品的保湿性能;而其中血清蛋白为天然糖蛋白,可与肌肤细胞表面磷脂良好相容,且经酶解后部分蛋白质水解生成小分子氨基酸,首先在制备过程中,氨基酸起到乳化分散作用,使植物精油及体系中亲水性物质被细菌纤维素的三维网络结构固定,在使用过程中受压后得以释放,氨基酸在使用过程中可起到乳化洗涤作用的同时,可作为营养物质被肌肤吸收;而制备过程中,植物精油在体系内部良好的分散,有助于提高细菌纤维素三维网络结构的塑性和力学性能,避免产品在使用过程中各组分发生沉降分离,而在使用过程中,植物精油本身具有香味,可直接刺激人体脑下垂体,促进荷尔蒙等物质的分泌,平衡体内机能,起到美容护肤的作用;另外,动物骨灰具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,可在洗涤过程中起到助洗作用,提高产品去污效果,其良好的吸附性能可有效吸附皮肤表面分泌物,避免污垢的残留;
(2)本发明技术方案中通过添加少量卡波姆,首先,卡波姆无毒,无刺激性,分子结构中含量大量酸性基团,卡波姆的加入可调节体系的pH为弱酸性,降低产品对皮肤的刺激性,同时,卡波姆具有一定的生物粘附性,可与肌肤细胞表面的糖蛋白寡糖链上的糖残基形成氢键,从而形成较强的粘液凝胶网络,使产品使用后,可在肌肤表面长时间形成保水层,进一步提升产品的保湿效果。
具体实施方式
按重量份数计,依次取10~20份血清蛋白,0.1~0.3份胰蛋白酶,40~60份水,混合倒入烧杯中,并将烧杯移入数显测速恒温磁力搅拌器,于温度为40~45℃,转速为400~600r/min条件下,恒温搅拌酶解65~80min后,升温至90~95℃,保温灭酶15~20min,待自然冷却至室温,出料,得血清蛋白酶解液;按重量份数计,依次取10~15份牛骨和4~6份海泡石,先将牛骨加入粉碎机中粉碎,过200~400目筛,得牛骨粉末,再将牛骨粉末和海泡石加入马弗炉中,于温度为800~900℃煅烧2~3h,得动物骨灰;按重量份数计,依次取15~30份葡萄糖,4~8份蛋白胨,4~8份酵母粉,2~4份磷酸二氢钠和1~2份柠檬酸,800~1000份水,搅拌混合,得培养基,将木醋杆菌和培养基按质量比1:600~1:1000混合后于温度为25~30℃条件下,静置培养7~10天,再用镊子取出培养基表面产生的一层凝胶膜,得细菌纤维素;按重量份数计,依次取20~30份血清蛋白酶解液,3~5份动物骨灰,10~15份细菌纤维素,10~20份乳化剂,4~6份卡波姆,2~4份蜗牛粘液,1~3份增稠剂,1~3份牛磺酸,1~3份烟酰胺,1~3份维生素,5~10份1,2-丙二醇,5~10份植物精油和2~4份水,置于混料机中,于转速为1000~2000r/min高速搅拌混合30~50min,即得清爽保湿型身体乳。所述乳化剂为非水化磷脂和茶皂素按质量比3:1~5:1混合而成,所述非水化磷脂为磷脂酸、溶血磷脂酸或溶血磷脂酰丝氨酸中的任意一种。所述卡波姆为卡波姆940、卡波姆941或卡波姆937中的任意一种。所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、桃胶和黄原胶按质量比1:1:1混合而成。所述维生素为维生素B6或维生素B12中的任意一种。所述植物精油为茉莉花精油、绿茶精油、薰衣草精油或月见草精油中的任意一种。所述血清蛋白为牛血清蛋白、猪血清蛋白或鸡血清蛋白中的任意一种。

对比例:市售某品牌身体乳。
将实例1至8所得身体乳和对比例产品进行性能检测,具体检测方法如下:
对自愿受试者进行使用,先使用皮肤水分测试笔测试未使用身体乳时的皮肤水油含量,使用以上身体乳后,再次使用测试笔测试5min、1h、3h、8h后的皮肤水份含量。具体检测结果如表1所示:

由表1检测结果可知,本发明所得清爽保湿型身体乳质地轻薄易推开而且具有优异的长效保湿效果。
Claims (8)
1.一种清爽保湿型身体乳,其特征在于:是由以下重量份数的原料组成:20~30份血清蛋白酶解液,10~15份细菌纤维素,3~5份动物骨灰,10~20份乳化剂,4~6份卡波姆,2~4份蜗牛粘液,1~3份增稠剂,1~3份牛磺酸,1~3份烟酰胺,1~3份维生素,5~10份1,2-丙二醇,5~10份植物精油,2~4份水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽保湿型身体乳,其特征在于:所述血清蛋白酶解液制备过程为:按重量份数计,依次取10~20份血清蛋白,0.1~0.3份胰蛋白酶,40~60份水,恒温搅拌酶解后,灭酶,即得血清蛋白酶解液;所述血清蛋白为牛血清蛋白、猪血清蛋白或鸡血清蛋白中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽保湿型身体乳,其特征在于:所述动物骨灰制备过程为:按重量份数计,将10~15份牛骨和4~6份海泡石加入马弗炉中,于温度为800~900℃煅烧2~3h,即得动物骨灰。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽保湿型身体乳,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为非水化磷脂和茶皂素按质量比3:1~5:1混合而成;所述非水化磷脂为磷脂酸、溶血磷脂酸或溶血磷脂酰丝氨酸中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽保湿型身体乳,其特征在于:所述卡波姆为卡波姆940、卡波姆941或卡波姆937中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽保湿型身体乳,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为卡拉胶、桃胶和黄原胶按质量比1:1:1混合而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽保湿型身体乳,其特征在于:所述维生素为维生素B6或维生素B12中的任意一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种清爽保湿型身体乳,其特征在于:所述植物精油为茉莉花精油、绿茶精油、薰衣草精油或月见草精油中的任意一种。
