技术领域
本发明属于水产养殖领域,具体涉及一种河蟹的抗病毒的养殖方法。
背景技术
螃蟹又称河蟹,是淡水甲壳动物,在淡水中长大,螃蟹肉味鲜美、营养丰富。螃蟹目前已被中国人和海外人普遍公认的美食。在河蟹养殖生产上,也已实现了由数量速度型向质量效益型的转变,由“大养蟹”向“养大蟹”转变,尤其是更加注重了生态、安全、环保、健康、无公害水产品的养殖,对水产品的质量要求也越来越高。
河蟹的生命是短暂的,生活史历经蚤状幼体、大眼幼体,幼蟹和成蟹等几个阶段,一生中需要幼体5次蜕皮成为大眼幼体,再经13-15天蜕皮成为成蟹,它一生只有一个生殖周期,繁殖结束生命也就终止。随着河蟹苗种放养密度不断增加,养殖产量不断提高,在养殖的过程中,蟹会感染病毒,蟹塘的生态环境水质调节不当,工业废水和生活污水直接影响水质,在河蟹养殖中误用各种抗菌素、消毒素,饵料的投喂质量不当。
发明内容
本发明提出一种河蟹的抗病毒的养殖方法,该养殖方法全程饲养过程中河蟹的发病率不到1%,并且蟹肉细嫩鲜美。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种河蟹的抗病毒的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
1)蟹苗的选择:软脚蟹体重在65~95g,硬脚蟹体重在110~145g,雌蟹体重在155~195g,雄蟹体重在200~300g;
2)暂养池的准备:暂养池的水深0.8~1.2m,坡度比在1:2.4~2.8,池内挖深0.5~0.8m、宽1.5~2.5m的蟹沟,池形东西向为好,阳光充足,池底覆盖有5~10cm的淤泥,让池塘在阳光下暴晒,隔天使用氯制剂或碘制剂泼洒杀菌,3~5天后用生石灰再次消毒,然后用水清洗暂养池,淤泥上面种植水草,再放入清洁无污染的水;
3)放苗:在水面上面设置有生态浮床,所述生态浮床上面设置有金银草,生态浮床的面积占养殖面积的2/3~3/4;步骤1)的蟹苗先在水中浸泡2~3分钟,取出,再放入水,重复2~3次,待幼蟹逐步吸足水分和适应水温后,放入池中;

其中,所述动物性饲料的原料包括鱼骨粉、畜禽内脏、蚯蚓粉、蚕蛹、豆粕及玉米;所述中药饲料的原料包括柴胡、海带、复合维生素、光合细菌、连翘、女贞子、茵陈、板蓝根及虎杖。
优选地,所述生态浮床用小毛竹制成,所述生态浮床的长与宽分别为1.2~2.4m与0.6~1m。
优选地,所述金银草放入固定容器进行培养,然后放入生态浮床上面。
优选地,所述步骤2)中的水草为芦苇、水葫芦或者伊乐藻,暂养池的面积要留2/3~3/4的面积作深水区,其余作浅水区。
优选地,所述动物性饲料中各个原料的重量份数分别为鱼骨粉15~20份、畜禽内脏15~20份、蚯蚓粉20~30份、蚕蛹10~20份、豆粕10~20份及玉米5~10份。
优选地,所述中药饲料中各个原料的重量份数分别为柴胡25~45份、海带15~30份、复合维生素1~3份、光合细菌1~3份、连翘1~3份、女贞子1~3份、茵陈0.5~1份、板蓝根2~4份及虎杖2~4份。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用金银草系禾本科植物,直立丛生,具有很强的分蘖能力,单株每年可分蘖80株以上,堪称草中之王。其能够使得水蛭生长过程中修复水质,使得水质满足绿色行业标准WM/T2-2004,增加水体溶氧、降低COD和有害毒性物质维持池塘生态环境,合理地投饵,从而降低了水产养殖的病害。
2、本发明的养殖方法河蟹的投喂时,根据河蟹的不同生长时期进行喂养,动物性饲料和中药饲料,保证河蟹生长所需的营养,提高河蟹的营养价值。动物性饲料中的蚯蚓粉属于高蛋白物质能够为河蟹生长提供丰富蛋白质,使得河蟹的肉质鲜嫩。由柴胡、海带、复合维生素、光合细菌、连翘、女贞子、茵陈、板蓝根及虎杖组成的中药饲料,能够为河蟹提供足够多的氧气,增强河蟹的抗病毒能力,河蟹存活率达到99%以上。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种河蟹的抗病毒的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
1)蟹苗的选择:软脚蟹体重在65~95g,硬脚蟹体重在110~145g,雌蟹体重在155~195g,雄蟹体重在200~300g;
2)暂养池的准备:暂养池的水深1m,坡度比1:2.6,池内挖深0.5m、宽1.5m的蟹沟,池形东西向为好,阳光充足,池底覆盖有8cm的淤泥,让池塘在阳光下暴晒,隔天使用氯制剂或碘制剂泼洒杀菌,3天后用生石灰再次消毒,然后用水清洗暂养池,淤泥上面种植水草,再放入清洁无污染的水;
3)放苗:在水面上面设置有生态浮床,生态浮床上面设置有金银草,生态浮床的面积占养殖面积的2/3;生态浮床用小毛竹制成,生态浮床的长与宽分别为1.2m与0.6m。金银草放入固定容器进行培养,然后放入生态浮床上面;步骤1)的蟹苗先在水中浸泡2分钟,取出,再放入水,重复3次,待幼蟹逐步吸足水分和适应水温后,放入池中;
4)饲养管理:在养殖河蟹的过程中,要经常观察并调节养殖条件,池塘水温在15~25℃,pH值在7.1~7.8,溶解氧含量在5~9mg/L,要适时注换新水,每6天换注一次;饲料投喂,第一周到第六周,每天早晚各投喂1次,投喂动物性饲料,投喂量为河蟹体重的6%;第七周以后,投喂中药饲料,投喂量为河蟹体重的10%;

2)暂养池的准备:暂养池的水深1.2m,坡度比在1:2.8,池内挖深7m、宽2.5m的蟹沟,池形东西向为好,阳光充足,池底覆盖有10cm的淤泥,让池塘在阳光下暴晒,隔天使用氯制剂或碘制剂泼洒杀菌,5天后用生石灰再次消毒,然后用水清洗暂养池,淤泥上面种植水草,再放入清洁无污染的水;
