技术领域
本发明涉及膦酸酯化的多糖,并且特别涉及制备膦酸酯化的多糖和膦酸酯化的多糖凝胶、特别是膦酸酯化的多糖(包括膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶和膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶凝胶)的方法。
发明背景
许多时候,流体当在工业或商业应用中使用时用多糖增粘以赋予所希望的特性。例如,油田应用中的这些增粘的流体可以帮助悬浮微粒,并帮助维持井下压力。对于含有膦酸酯化的多糖和相关凝胶的改进组合物存在需要。对于尤其在农业(例如,种子提升(seedboosting)、发芽、佐剂)市场、家庭和个人护理市场、工业市场、纸和纸浆工艺市场、采矿市场中环境友好并且提供可持续性益处的组合物还存在需要,这些组合物含有膦酸酯化的多糖、特别是高DS膦酸酯化的多糖(包括膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶)。
发明内容
在一个方面,在此描述了具有大于0.02的DS的膦酸酯化的多糖。在一些实施例中,该DS大于0.03、0.04、0.05、0.06、0.07、0.08、0.09、或0.1。在一个实施例中,该DS大于0.3、0.4、0.45、0.5、0.55、0.6、0.65、0.7、0.8、0.9、1,或者在其他实施例中1.2。在一些实施例中,该取代度具有3的上限、或2的上限、或1.7的上限、或1.5的上限、或1.3的上限。在一些实施例中,该DS具有0.02、0.03、0.04、0.05、0.06、0.07、0.08、0.09、0.1、0.11或0.12的下限。

在另一个方面中,在此描述了处理地下地层的方法,这些方法包括:提供包含如在此描述的膦酸酯化的多糖的油田应用流体,该膦酸酯化的多糖具有下限为0.02或0.05的取代基取代度;并且将该油田应用流体引入到穿透该地下地层的井孔中。
在一个实施例中,将油田应用流体引入到穿透地下地层的井孔中的步骤包括在足以产生、扩展或维持在该地下地层中的裂缝的压力下引入该油田应用流体。该油田应用流体可以进一步包含一种或多种表面活性剂、一种或多种阻垢剂、一种或多种稳定剂或前述的任一项。

发明的详细说明
如在此使用的,术语“烷基”是指饱和的直链、支链或环烃基,包括但不限于甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、戊基、正己基和环己基。
如在此使用的,术语“芳基”是指包含一个或多个六元碳环的单价不饱和的烃基,在该六元碳环中,不饱和度可由三个共轭双键代表,其在该环的一个或多个碳上可能被羟基、烷基、烯基、卤素、卤烷基或氨基取代,包括但不限于苯氧基、苯基、甲基苯基、二甲基苯基、三甲基苯基、氯苯基、三氯甲基苯基、氨基苯基以及三苯乙烯基苯基。

如在此所使用的,应理解“油田应用流体”是指在石油的加工、提取或处理中使用的任何流体,在一个实施例中它包括在产油井中并且围绕产油井使用的流体。一些石油应用流体除其他之外包括但不限于:井处理流体、增产流体、滑溜水流体、钻井流体、酸化流体、修井流体、完井流体、封隔流体、地下地层处理流体、泥浆反转流体、沉积物去除流体(例如、沥青质、蜡、油)、井孔清洁流体、切削流体、载体流体、脱脂流体、压裂流体、隔离流体、井眼报废(hole abandonment)流体。
修井流体总体上是在修井作业期间在所钻探的井中使用的那些流体。该修井作业包括去除管道、更换泵、清理砂或其他沉积物、测井、等。修复还广泛地包括在制备用于二次或三次开采的现有井中使用的步骤,如加入聚合物、胶束驱油、蒸汽注射、等。将压裂流体用于石油开采操作,其中处理地下地层以创立用于待开采的地层流体的路径。
滑溜水压裂是油田压裂应用的类型,其使用低粘度的水性流体以便引发、扩大和/或扩展在地下地层的裂缝。总体上,滑溜水流体含有具有足够的摩阻减低剂的水以最小化井底的管状摩阻压力,该水的粘度稍微高于没有摩阻减低剂的水或盐水。
在一个实施例中,已经合成了新的官能多糖,并已经开发了一种新的方法来制备它。该膦酸酯化的多糖可以由不同分子量的多糖来制备。在一个实施例中,该膦酸酯化的多糖是膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶或膦酸酯化的衍生的瓜尔胶。
在一个实施例中,在瓜尔胶链内的膦酸酯化的单元的取代度可以从0.06修改为最高达0.7。在一个实施例中,从天然瓜尔胶或羟丙基瓜尔胶开始制备膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶。由于可以制备的样品的面板,所获得的衍生物能够用于不同的应用中:用于石油天然气工业的压裂、在采矿中铝土矿的絮凝、具有粘土的络合物以产生用于化妆品应用的结构化凝胶、具有离子液体的物理络合物以产生离子凝胶(像用于气体吸附应用、农业化学的高强度聚电解质凝胶)。
该反应不涉及使用在纯化工艺期间可能难以去除的引发剂(或引发试剂)。在一个实施例中,在该方法中不加入引发剂。在另一个实施例中,不将引发剂加入至该反应混合物中或者将最少的引发剂加入至该反应混合物中。在另一个实施例中,在该方法的任何步骤期间不加入或加入最少的引发剂。
在此描述了膦酸酯化的多糖以及制备此类膦酸酯化的多糖的方法。在此还描述了膦酸酯化的多糖组合物以及制备此类膦酸酯化的多糖组合物的方法。在一个实施例中,这些多糖组合物含有至少一种膦酸酯化的多糖以及任选地至少一种附加组分。
在一个实施例中,油田应用流体和油田组合物可以利用如在此描述的膦酸酯化的多糖来制备。还在此描述了处理地下地层的方法,这些方法包括:-提供如在此描述的油田应用流体;并且-将该油田应用流体引入到穿透该地下地层的井孔中。

在一个实施例中,在一个实施例中是瓜尔胶的多糖(其包括此类多糖的衍生物)的制备包括使以半干燥、干燥或粉末形式的悬浮液加入的多糖或瓜尔胶与在水(或水和水可混溶的溶剂例如醇介质的混合物)中的中和的卤烷基膦酸(例如,氯烷基膦酸)溶液试剂进行反应。在一个实施例中,不加入催化剂或引发剂。在一个实施例中,该瓜尔胶是天然瓜尔胶、HPG或CMHPG。典型地,用碱性碱在溶液中中和该卤烷基膦酸以将pH调节至在约5.5与8.5之间。在一些实施例中,将该卤烷基膦酸和碱性碱的水溶液的pH调节至在6与8之间。在另一个实施例中,将该卤烷基膦酸和碱性碱的水溶液的pH调节至在6.5与7.5之间。在另一个实施例中,将该卤烷基膦酸和碱性碱的水溶液的pH调节至在6.8与7.2之间。
可以将该反应混合物的温度增加至(或维持在)约40℃与约75℃之间。在一个实施例中,该反应温度具有60℃或65℃或70℃或75℃或80℃的下限。在一个实施例中,该反应温度是在约60℃与约80℃之间。
将该混合物搅拌或搅动(不断地或间隔地)持续足以确保反应物的完全反应的时间段,在一些实施例中该时间段是大于约10小时。在另一个实施例中,将该混合物不断地或以时间间隔搅动持续大于约12小时。在另一个实施例中,将该混合物不断地或以时间间隔搅动持续大于约16小时。在另一个实施例中,将该混合物不断地或以时间间隔搅动持续大于约20小时。在另一个实施例中,将该混合物不断地或以时间间隔搅动持续大于约22小时。在另一个实施例中,将该混合物不断地或以时间间隔搅动持续大于约24小时。
其后,所得材料可被中和至中性pH(例如,约7的pH)。可以选择任何酸用于中和该溶液,包括强酸如盐酸和硫酸或弱酸如乙酸。在一个实施例中,使用乙酸。所使用的酸量是用于中和必需的量。
在另一个实施例中,呈半干燥、干燥或粉末形成形式的多糖或瓜尔胶在水可混溶的或不可混溶的溶剂如醇介质中(有或没有衍生化试剂)反应。这随后是或用例如碱性碱的处理。在一个实施例中,该醇介质是水性醇浆料,其提供足够的水以提供瓜尔胶的至少轻微溶胀而同时保持悬浮的瓜尔胶颗粒的完整性。

在一个实施例中,所使用的醇介质或溶剂是以下醇:包括但不限于具有2至4个碳原子的一元醇如乙醇、异丙醇、正丙醇和叔丁醇。在一个实施例中,该醇是异丙醇。在该方法中使用的碱性碱是碱金属氢氧化物或氢氧化铵、典型地氢氧化钠。所使用的碱性碱的量可以基于所使用的多糖、瓜尔胶或瓜尔胶衍生物的重量按重量计从约10%变化到约100%并且典型地从约20%变化到50%。
在一些实施例中,使用交联剂在加工期间部分地并且临时交联瓜尔胶链,从而减少在一个或多个洗涤步骤期间被瓜尔胶吸收的水的量。在一个实施例中使用硼砂(四硼酸钠),其中交联过程在碱性条件下发生并且是可逆的,从而允许产物在酸性条件下水合。方法中使用的交联剂还可以帮助使瓜尔胶颗粒更硬,并且因此在研磨时较不倾向于磨损(破碎成小粒径颗粒)。将衍生的片的水分含量维持在相对低的水平、典型地小于或等于约90重量百分比的水分含量简化了经洗涤的衍生的片的处理和研磨。在不存在交联的情况下,经洗涤的衍生的片的水分含量是相对高的,而且处理并且进一步加工高水分含量的片是困难的。在一些实施例中,将该经交联的瓜尔胶分散在水中并且然后通过调节瓜尔胶分散体的pH逆转硼交联,以允许瓜尔胶溶解从而形成粘性水溶液。
在一个实施例中,如在此描述的膦酸酯化的多糖(通过膦酸酯基团)能够与金属阳离子形成络合物(有时在此被称为“一个或多个络合基团”)。所得交联的膦酸酯化的多糖能够形成具有有益特性的稳定凝胶。

在一个实施例中,可以通过将瓜尔胶或衍生的瓜尔胶与水性介质接触并且然后将水性洗涤介质与瓜尔胶或衍生的瓜尔胶颗粒物理分离来用水性介质洗涤该产物,其中该水性介质处于工艺水或流出物(或瓜尔胶加工侧流)的形式。在一些实施例中,该工艺水可以含有残余反应物、痕量的最终产物、和/或杂质,如副产物和未反应试剂。例如,在反应过程后,在过滤系统中将这些溶胀的片脱水,振荡该过滤系统以便从这些固体中去除洗涤流出物(固液分离)。在一个实施例中,该过滤系统使用网筛以便与比丝网筛孔小的颗粒一起去除所有的工艺水。将液体从固体瓜尔胶颗粒中去除可以通过例如离心力、重力或压力梯度进行。实例包括筛过滤、高流速离心筛分、离心筛、沉降式离心机和类似物。在一个实施例中,从约100筛目(150微米)至约500筛目(25微米)的筛孔。在其他实施例中,筛孔可以最高达700筛目或更大。
在一个实施例中,该多糖是刺槐豆胶。刺槐豆胶或角豆胶是角豆树(长角豆(Ceratonia siliqua))的种子的精制胚乳。对于这种类型的胶而言,半乳糖与甘露糖的比率是约1∶4。在一个实施例中,该多糖是塔拉胶。塔拉胶源自于塔拉树的精制的种子胶。半乳糖与甘露糖的比率是约1∶3。
在一个实施例中,该多糖是多聚果糖。果聚糖是包含通过β-2,6键连接、通过β-2,1键分支的5元环的多聚果糖。果聚糖展示出138℃的玻璃化转变温度并且是以微粒形式可获得的。在1-2百万的分子量下,紧密堆积的球状颗粒的直径是约85nm。
在一个实施例中,该多糖是黄胶。感兴趣的黄胶是黄原胶和黄原凝胶。黄原胶是由野油菜黄单胞菌(Xanthomonas campestris)产生的多糖胶并且含有D-葡萄糖、D-甘露糖、D-葡糖醛酸作为主要己糖单位,还含有丙酮酸,并且是部分乙酰化的。
在一个实施例中,本发明的多糖是衍生的或非衍生的瓜尔胶。瓜尔胶来自瓜尔豆胶,在豆科植物四棱叶瓜尔豆(Cyamopsis tetragonolobus)的种子中发现的粘液。将水溶性部分(85%)称为“瓜尔糖”,它由通过(1,6)键附接的(1,4)-β-D吡喃甘露糖基单元与α-D-吡喃半乳糖基单元的直链组成。D-半乳糖与D-甘露糖在瓜尔糖中的比率是约1∶2。
用于制作瓜尔豆胶的瓜尔胶种子由一对坚韧的、非脆性的胚乳部分(以下称为“瓜尔豆片(guar split)”)构成,脆性的胚胎(胚芽)夹在这些胚乳部分之间。在脱壳之后,将这些种子劈开,通过过筛将胚芽(种子的43%-47%)去除。这些片典型地含有约78%-82%的半乳甘露聚糖多糖以及少量的一些蛋白质材料、无机盐、不溶于水的胶、和细胞膜、连同一些残余的种皮和种胚。

实验
在盐水溶液中水合
通过以下方式制备15%NaCl/10%CaCl2·2H2O盐水溶液:将300gm氯化钠和200gm氯化钙脱水物加入到1500gm水中以制备被称为盐水1的盐水溶液。
取250ml盐水1在掺混机罐中,并且加入2.4gm适当的膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶/膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶衍生物以制备具有9.6gm/升的浓度的溶液。将混合继续约15分钟并且然后搁置一旁。在24小时之后使用型号OFITE 900粘度计在511/sec和75F测量粘度。样品和适当的粘度示出于表1中。

用于0.5%wt的膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶凝胶/Fe(III)(150g)的程序

用于制备0.5%的CMHPG+Zr交联剂的程序。
在掺混机中,引入500mL的DI水,接着是加入氯化胆碱溶液和羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶(CMHPG)。然后降低pH。将以上混合物在该掺混机中在1500rpm下混合持续2分钟,并且然后允许通过在室温下静置来水合。移出250g的以上混合物并且通过加入碳酸钾将其pH调节至10-10.5。然后加入锆交联剂。在进行读取其粘度之前将后一混合物混合持续15秒。

Claims (35)
1.一种包含至少一种膦酸酯化的多糖的多糖组合物,该至少一种膦酸酯化的多糖具有下限为0.05和上限为3的取代基取代度并且具有上限为5,000,000g/摩尔的重均分子量。
2.如权利要求1所述的膦酸酯化的多糖组合物,其中使该组合物与金属阳离子交联以形成膦酸酯化的多糖凝胶。
3.如权利要求2所述的膦酸酯化的多糖凝胶,其中该金属阳离子选自铝、钛、铁、钒、铜或镁的化合物。
4.如权利要求2所述的膦酸酯化的多糖凝胶,其中该多糖是瓜尔胶或瓜尔胶衍生物。
5.如权利要求2所述的膦酸酯化的多糖凝胶,其中该金属阳离子选自铝或铁的化合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该取代基取代度的下限是0.055。
7.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该取代基取代度的下限是0.07。
8.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该取代基取代度的下限是0.9。
9.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该取代基取代度的下限是1。
10.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该取代基取代度的下限是1.5。
11.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该至少一种膦酸酯化的多糖是膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶或膦酸酯化的羟丙基瓜尔胶。
12.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该至少一种膦酸酯化的多糖是膦酸酯化的羟丙基瓜尔胶。
13.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该至少一种膦酸酯化的多糖选自膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶;膦酸酯化的羧甲基瓜尔胶(CMG);膦酸酯化的羟乙基瓜尔胶(HEG);膦酸酯化的羟丙基瓜尔胶(HPG);膦酸酯化的羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶(CMHPG);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的瓜尔胶(HM瓜尔胶);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的羧甲基瓜尔胶(HMCM瓜尔胶);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的羟乙基瓜尔胶(HMHE瓜尔胶);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的羟丙基瓜尔胶(HMHP瓜尔胶);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶(HMCMHP瓜尔胶);或其任何组合。
14.如权利要求3所述的膦酸酯化的多糖凝胶,其中该至少一种膦酸酯化的多糖选自阳离子羧甲基瓜尔胶(CMG)、阳离子羟乙基瓜尔胶(HEG)、阳离子羟丙基瓜尔胶(HPG)、阳离子羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶(CMHPG)、阳离子疏水改性的羟丙基瓜尔胶(阳离子HMHP瓜尔胶)、疏水改性的阳离子瓜尔胶(HM阳离子瓜尔胶)或其任何组合。
15.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,进一步包含一种或多种杀生物剂、一种或多种表面活性剂、一种或多种阻垢剂、一种或多种稳定剂或前述的任一项。
16.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该重均分子量具有3,000,000g/摩尔的上限。
17.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该重均分子量具有2,000,000g/摩尔的上限。
18.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该重均分子量具有950,000g/摩尔的上限。
19.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该重均分子量具有800,000g/摩尔的上限。
20.如权利要求1所述的多糖组合物,其中该重均分子量具有50,000g/摩尔的下限。
21.一种生产膦酸酯化的多糖的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:使有效量的卤烷基膦酸与多糖的水性或半水性混合物接触以膦酸酯化该多糖,由此所得的膦酸酯化的多糖具有下限为0.05的取代基取代度。
22.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中该取代基取代度的下限是0.055。
23.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中该取代基取代度的下限是0.7。
24.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中该取代基取代度的下限是1。
25.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中该膦酸酯化的多糖选自膦酸酯化的瓜尔胶;膦酸酯化的羧甲基瓜尔胶(CMG);膦酸酯化的羟乙基瓜尔胶(HEG);膦酸酯化的羟丙基瓜尔胶(HPG);膦酸酯化的羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶(CMHPG);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的瓜尔胶(HM瓜尔胶);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的羧甲基瓜尔胶(HMCM瓜尔胶);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的羟乙基瓜尔胶(HMHE瓜尔胶);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的羟丙基瓜尔胶(HMHP瓜尔胶);膦酸酯化的疏水改性的羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶(HMCMHP瓜尔胶);或其任何组合。
26.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中该至少一种膦酸酯化的多糖选自阳离子羧甲基瓜尔胶(CMG)、阳离子羟乙基瓜尔胶(HEG)、阳离子羟丙基瓜尔胶(HPG)、阳离子羧甲基羟丙基瓜尔胶(CMHPG)、阳离子疏水改性的羟丙基瓜尔胶(阳离子HMHP瓜尔胶)、疏水改性的阳离子瓜尔胶(HM阳离子瓜尔胶)或其任何组合。
27.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中使该混合物与有效量的卤烷基膦酸接触以膦酸酯化该多糖的该步骤是在60℃与90℃之间、典型地在60℃与80℃之间、更典型地在65℃与75℃之间的温度下进行。
28.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中使该混合物与有效量的卤烷基膦酸接触以膦酸酯化该多糖的该步骤是在搅拌下进行持续10小时或更多、典型地12小时或更多、更典型地20小时或更多、甚至更典型地22小时或更多的时间段。
29.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中该卤烷基膦酸是氯烷基膦酸。
30.如权利要求21所述的方法,进一步包括将碱加入至该混合物中的步骤,其中该碱典型地是NaOH。
31.如权利要求22所述的方法,其中该方法进一步包括用有效量的交联剂处理该膦酸酯化的多糖以产生交联的膦酸酯化的多糖的步骤。
32.如权利要求22所述的方法,其中在该反应期间不加入引发剂。
33.一种处理地下地层的方法,该方法包括:
-提供包含如权利要求1所述的膦酸酯化的多糖组合物的油田应用流体;并且
-将该油田应用流体引入到穿透该地下地层的井孔中。
34.如权利要求33所述的方法,其中将该油田应用流体引入到穿透地下地层的井孔中的该步骤包括在足以产生、扩展或维持在该地下地层中的裂缝的压力下引入该油田应用流体。
35.如权利要求33所述的方法,其中该油田应用流体进一步包含一种或多种表面活性剂、一种或多种阻垢剂、一种或多种稳定剂或前述的任何组合。
