according to the number of the playing terminals, the total number of the watching crowds and the number of the watching crowds of the specific crowd, evaluating the television audience rating of the specific crowd watching the specific program, and comprising the following steps of:

and counting the number of all the acquired identity information to obtain the total number of all the identity information, so as to be used as the total number of the watching people.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the number of people watching the specific population of the specific population watching the specific program comprises:
controlling a television terminal which is playing a program to scan the identity information of mobile terminals of users around the television terminal in a preset time period;
acquiring all the identity information uploaded by each television terminal playing a specific program;
and identifying the users belonging to the specific crowd according to the identity information, and counting the identity information of the mobile terminals of the users belonging to the specific crowd to obtain the total number of the mobile terminals of the users belonging to the specific crowd to serve as the watching number of the specific crowd.
4. The method for crowd-specific based tv ratings assessment according to any one of claims 1-3, further including:
acquiring the number of specific program terminals of a television terminal playing a specific program;
calculating the traditional audience rating of the specific program based on the television terminals, wherein the traditional audience rating is equal to the ratio of the number of the specific program terminals to the total number of the terminals of all the television terminals;
and comparing the traditional audience rating with the television audience rating of the specific crowd, and evaluating the height comparison result of the influence of the specific program on the specific crowd and the influence on the whole crowd of the user according to the comparison result.
