Technical Field
The invention relates to a voltage signal access device for testing the resistive current of a lightning arrester.
Background
The lightning arrester resistive current test is a test item which is regularly carried out on the lightning arrester by operation and inspection personnel of a transformer substation, and a lightning arrester resistive current tester is required to be used for completing the test. In the instrument test process, a voltage quantity is needed as a reference signal, and a voltage signal is usually connected from the lower end of a measurement air switch in a terminal box of the voltage transformer.
When the test connection for receiving the voltage is connected to the measurement air switch, the measurement air switch is not disconnected or the connection at the lower end of the air switch is not removed, otherwise, the measurement loop loses power. Therefore, at present, the voltage signal is generally accessed by directly clamping the alligator clip on the lower conductive part of the measurement cavity by using a test lead with the alligator clip. However, due to the structure of the alligator clip, the alligator clip cannot be in full contact with the empty conducting part for measurement, and the situation of poor contact between the alligator clip and the empty conducting part for measurement often occurs, so that the situation that the voltage cannot be obtained in the use process of the arrester resistive current tester, and the test is interrupted is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides a voltage signal access device for testing the resistive current of the lightning arrester, so that reliable voltage signal acquisition is realized.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a voltage signal receiving clamp for testing the resistive current of a lightning arrester is in a crocodile clamp shape and comprises a main clamp and an auxiliary clamp, wherein the main clamp and the auxiliary clamp are mutually and rotatably connected; the head of the main clamp extends outwards to form a cross screwdriver head, the tail end of the cross screwdriver head is connected with a spiral spring in an abutting mode, and the spiral spring is movably embedded in the main clamp; a plurality of crocodile teeth are arranged on the inner side of the end part of the auxiliary clamp along the length direction; the tail parts of the main clamp and the auxiliary clamp are respectively sleeved with an insulating sleeve; the tail of the main clamp is also inwards provided with a connecting hole for connecting an electric power test wire, and the connecting hole and the cross screwdriver head can be electrically communicated.

The invention also provides a use method of the voltage signal access clamp for testing the resistive current of the lightning arrester, and a worker holds the insulating sleeves of the main clamp and the auxiliary clamp by hand to control the opening and closing of the main clamp and the auxiliary clamp; when the voltage signal is received, one end of the power test wire is inserted into the connecting hole and contacts with the connecting hole, and the other end of the power test wire is connected with a voltage acquisition device of the arrester resistive current tester; then, the cross screwdriver head extends into a conductive bolt at the lower end of the to-be-tested air switch to be in contact with the conductive bolt, at the moment, the cross screwdriver head contracts inwards, the spiral spring is pressed tightly, and the crocodile teeth at the end part of the auxiliary clamp bite the lower end of the to-be-tested air switch, so that the receiving clamp is fixed at the lower end of the to-be-tested air switch; after the spiral spring is pressed, a reverse acting force acts on the cross screwdriver head, and the cross screwdriver head presses the conductive bolt, so that the cross screwdriver head is fully contacted with the conductive bolt; the voltage of the to-be-tested air switch is conducted to the connecting hole from the lower end conductive bolt through the cross screwdriver head and is input to the voltage acquisition device through the power test line, and voltage signals are acquired.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the receiving clamp provided by the invention is used for collecting voltage signals of the to-be-measured air switch, ensures the reliability in the receiving process, can be firmly fixed at the lower end of the to-be-measured air switch, and can also ensure that the conductive part of the to-be-measured air switch is fully contacted with the conductive part at the lower end of the to-be-measured air switch, thereby reliably obtaining the voltage quantity.

As can be seen from the above, the present invention has the following advantageous effects: the cross bolt tool bit 3 and the helical spring 4 at the position of the main clamp 1 are matched to compress the conductive bolt 90 at the lower end of the air switch 9 to be tested, and the conductive bolt 90 is in full contact with the conductive bolt, so that the voltage can be reliably obtained. The cross bolt cutter head 3 is electrically conducted with the connecting hole 7, so that voltage signals are transmitted to the voltage acquisition device through the power test line 8.
