Technical Field

Background
Coaxial cables are being adopted on a large scale as radio frequency transmission lines, and the application of coaxial cables for transmitting direct current is more and more extensive, so that the coaxial cables are required to have good radio frequency transmission performance and better direct current conduction capability, and the test of the direct current conduction capability is mainly reflected in the test of direct current resistances of inner conductors and outer conductors of the coaxial cables, and the existing test tool directly tests the resistances of the inner conductors and the outer conductors by using an ohmic level of a multimeter, so that the following problems can be caused:
1. when testing the outer conductor, the stylus needs to contact the outer conductor of the cable connector, which is difficult for connectors with plastic housings;
2. when the inner conductor is tested, the inner conductor needs to be extended out, so that a meter pen can conveniently contact, and the contact is unreliable;
3. the resistance of the inner conductor and the outer conductor cannot be measured simultaneously;
4. the testing accuracy is not sufficient, the ohm grade of many multimeters is 0.01ohm accuracy, and the resistance of the inner conductor and the outer conductor of the cable is in the milliohm level.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a test tool for the resistance of inner and outer conductors of a coaxial cable, which can test the resistance of the inner and outer conductors of a coaxial wire harness quickly, accurately and reliably, can be compatible with a double-port wire harness of any male and female connector, and can measure the resistance of the inner conductor or the resistance of the outer conductor at the same time.

The test tool for the resistance of the inner conductor and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable can test the resistance of the inner conductor and the outer conductor of the coaxial wire harness quickly, accurately and reliably, can be compatible with a double-port wire harness of any male-female connector, and can measure the resistance of the inner conductor or the resistance of the outer conductor at the same time.
The invention has the following tool principle that a 1A current is provided for a test link, so that a resistance test can be converted into a voltage test according to ohm's law, and when the current I is 1A, the actually measured voltage value, namely the resistance value R is U/I is U;

the switch button (3) comprises an inner conductor test switch (7) and an outer conductor test switch (8);
the connecting port (6) comprises a first testing port (9) and a second testing port (10), and the first testing port (9) and the second testing port (10) are electrically connected with the inner conductor testing switch (7) and the outer conductor testing switch (8);
the first test port (9) comprises a first male end (15) and a first female end (16), the first male end (15) and the first female end (16) are enabled to form a loop through the inner conductor test switch (7) or the outer conductor test switch (8), the second test port (10) comprises a second male end (17) and a second female end (18), and the second male end (17) and the second female end (18) are enabled to form a loop through the inner conductor test switch (7) or the outer conductor test switch (8).

The test tool for the resistance of the inner conductor and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable according to claim 1, wherein a positive electrode current interface (11) and a positive electrode voltage interface (12) are arranged on the positive test interface (4), and a negative electrode current interface (13) and a negative electrode voltage interface (14) are arranged on the negative test interface (5).
