Abstract
一种垃圾焚烧炉与大型火电机组烟气侧耦合系统,属于垃圾焚烧炉能源利用技术领域。本发明为了解决现有垃圾焚烧炉尾部烟气净化投资费用高、垃圾焚烧炉尾部烟气热量利用效率低的问题。本发明包括垃圾焚烧炉本体、旋风除尘器、烟气引风机、燃煤锅炉,所述的垃圾焚烧炉本体的烟气出口处连接有旋风除尘器,所述的烟气引风机一端与旋风除尘器的出口连通,烟气引风机的另一端通过烟气烟道、烟气喷口与燃煤锅炉的炉膛燃烧室连通垃圾焚烧炉尾部烟气与燃煤锅炉产生的烟气进行混合,燃煤锅炉的各级受热面有效的吸收利用烟气热量。本发明的垃圾焚烧炉不再需要单独布置烟气净化系统,节省了垃圾焚烧炉的设备投资及运营费用。
Description
一种垃圾焚烧炉与大型火电机组烟气侧耦合系统
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种垃圾焚烧炉与大型火电机组烟气侧耦合系统,属于垃圾焚烧炉能 源利用技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的单独布置的垃圾焚烧炉的排烟温度较高,一般约180〜200°C,焚烧炉的热 效率较低,而大型火电机组的排烟温度可以低至120〜140°C,最大程度地利用烟气的余热, 提高热量的利用效率。
[0003] 现有的垃圾焚烧炉的垃圾处理能力一般小于1200t/d,且垃圾的热值较低,焚烧炉 的热容量较小。垃圾焚烧后的烟气产生大量的二噁英、HCl、S0x、N0x等污染物,焚烧炉需要 单独配备复杂的烟气净化系统,以达到烟气净化排放的要求。由于设备规模较小,净化系统 的效率较低且能耗偏高。
[0004] 国家在2014年颁发《生活垃圾焚烧污染控制标准GB18485-2014》,对垃圾焚烧炉的 尾部烟气净化排放施行更严格限制标准,垃圾焚烧炉需要配备更先进的烟气净化工艺流 程,因此会提高设备投资以及运营成本。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是为了解决现有垃圾焚烧炉尾部烟气净化投资费用高、垃圾焚烧炉 尾部烟气利用率低的问题,进而提供一种垃圾焚烧炉与大型火电机组烟气侧耦合系统。

[0007] 一种垃圾焚烧炉与大型火电机组烟气侧耦合系统包括垃圾焚烧炉本体、旋风除尘 器、烟气引风机、燃煤锅炉,所述的垃圾焚烧炉本体的烟气出口处连接有旋风除尘器,所述 的烟气引风机一端与旋风除尘器的出口连通,烟气引风机的另一端通过烟气烟道与燃煤锅 炉的烟气喷口连通,所述的烟气喷口与燃煤锅炉的炉膛燃烧室连通。
[0008] 优选的:所述的旋风除尘器是多管式旋风除尘器。
[0009] 本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明应用于城市生活垃圾焚烧炉与燃煤锅炉发电系 统,利用燃煤燃烧锅炉发电系统协同处理垃圾焚烧炉的尾部烟气的大气污染物,同时提高 对垃圾焚烧炉尾部烟气的余热利用效率,具体效果如下:
[0010] 1、经过优化温度的垃圾焚烧炉的高温的尾部烟气(温度约400〜500°C)引入燃煤 锅炉中,与燃煤锅炉产生的烟气进行混合,燃煤锅炉的各级受热面有效的吸收利用烟气热 量,大型火电机组的排烟温度可以低至120〜140°C,最大程度地利用烟气的余热,提高烟气 利用率。
[0011] 2、借助大型火电机组的烟气净化系统协同处理垃圾焚烧炉的尾部烟气,大型火电 机组的尾部烟气净化系统的净化工艺效率高,以实现垃圾焚烧炉的超净排放。
[0012] 3、垃圾焚烧炉不再需要单独布置脱除酸性气体、二噁英类、N0X等的烟气净化系 统,节省了垃圾焚烧炉的设备投资及运营费用。

[0015]具体实施方式一:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式的一种垃圾焚烧炉与大型 火电机组烟气侧耦合系统包括垃圾焚烧炉本体1、旋风除尘器2、烟气引风机3、燃煤锅炉5, 所述的垃圾焚烧炉本体1的烟气出口处连接有旋风除尘器2,所述的烟气引风机ii 一端与旋 风除尘器2的出口连通,烟气引风机3的另一端连接有烟气烟道4,烟气烟道4的末端通过烟 气喷口 6与燃煤锅炉5的炉膛燃烧室7连通。如此设置,垃圾焚烧炉本体为常规的垃圾焚烧 炉,城市生活垃圾在焚烧炉内焚烧,产生的热量被垃圾焚烧炉本体的余热锅炉部分的吸收, 垃圾燃烧的烟气在垃圾焚烧炉的尾部排出,其中含有大量污染物,主要包括:飞灰粉尘、二 噁英、N0x、S0x、HCl等,然后利用旋风除尘器2去除9〇%以上的绝大部分烟气中的飞灰粉尘, 并通过烟气引风机3为烟气提供动力,克服烟道的阻力,将烟气由烟气烟道4,通过烟气喷口 6引入燃煤锅炉5 (即大型火电机组锅炉)的炉膛燃烧室7内,燃煤锅炉的炉膛内燃烧温度可 以1400 °C水平,垃圾焚烧炉烟气中所含的二噁英类大气污染物在炉膛高温下迅速热解,得 到彻底的处理。
[0016]燃煤锅炉5的SCR脱硝装置可以高效地去除垃圾焚烧炉烟气的氮氧化物N0x,燃煤 锅炉5的除尘装置可以深度去除垃圾焚烧炉烟气的飞灰粉尘,燃煤锅炉5的尾部湿法脱硫装 置可以深度去除垃圾焚烧炉烟气的酸性气体成份S0x、HCl等。
[0017] 将经过优化温度的高温的垃圾焚烧炉的尾部烟气(温度约400〜500。〇引入大型 火电燃煤锅炉5的炉膛燃烧室7中,与燃煤锅炉产生的烟气进行混合,燃煤锅炉的各级受热 面有效的吸收利用烟气热量,大型火电机组的排烟温度可以低至120〜140°C,最大程度地 利用烟气的余热,提高烟气利用率。
[0018]同时,垃圾焚烧炉的尾部烟气引入大型火电燃煤锅炉5的炉膛中进一步处理,节约 了垃圾焚烧炉焚烧后续的烟气处理程序和烟气处理设备,通过大型火电燃煤锅炉直接将其 烟气深度去除,并与大型火电机组的烟气处理装置同步处理,从根本上节约了垃圾焚烧炉 烟气处理成本。

具体实施方式二:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式的一种垃圾焚烧炉与大型 火电机组烟气侧耦合系统所述的旋风除尘器2是多管式旋风除尘器。如此设置,多管式与其 他旋风除尘器完全不同,其不同之点是,它完全利用了小直径旋风除尘器除尘效能高的特 征,通过排列组合,有效提升了旋风除尘器的处理能力,为工业生产应用优化了整体功能。 多管旋风除尘器是增加了二次风的旋风除尘器,其工作原理是当气流在除尘器壳体内旋转 时借助二次气流加强被净化的气体旋转,以提高除尘效果。
[0020] 本发明应用于垃圾焚烧炉,需要应用大型火电机组沿程各受热面提高垃圾炉烟气 热量的利用效率,应用大型火电机组协同处理垃圾焚烧炉的尾部烟气的大气污染物,实现 垃圾焚烧炉尾部烟气的超净排放,节省垃圾焚烧炉烟气净化系统设备投资及运营费用。

1.一种垃圾焚烧炉与大型火电机组烟气侧耦合系统,其特征在于:包括垃圾焚烧炉本 体(1)、旋风除尘器(2)、烟气引风机(¾、燃煤锅炉⑸,所述的垃圾焚烧炉本体⑴的烟气出 口处连接有旋风除尘器(2),所述的烟气引风机(¾ 一端与旋风除尘器<;2)的出口连通,烟气 引风机(3)的另一端通过烟气烟道4与燃煤锅炉(5)的烟气喷口(6)连通,所述的烟气喷口 ⑹与燃煤锅炉⑸的炉膛燃烧室⑺连通。 、
