Abstract
本发明涉及碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物处理技术领域,尤其涉及碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉及其处理方法。碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉,包括燃烧室、蓄热室、换向系统、反烧系统和吹扫系统;设有两组蓄热室,每组蓄热室包括三个以上的蓄热室,两组蓄热室对称布置在焚烧炉的两侧;蓄热室直接与燃烧室连通,两组蓄热室经由换向系统连通,蓄热室经由反烧系统与排风管道连通。本发明将蓄热式技术应用于碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物处理,包括蓄热、燃烧氧化分解、燃烧放热、吹扫和反烧过程,既能保证碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物顺利焚烧,使烟气排放符合大气污染物排放标准,又有蓄热式的节能特点,降低能源的消耗,降低处理成本。

背景技术
[0002] 碳素行业生产过程中会产生大量的含沥青烟气,一般夹杂着一定浓度的烟尘和浙 青烟气,呈棕褐色或黑色,有强烈的刺激作用。烟气中含有的苯并a芘是世界公认的三大致 癌物(黄曲霉菌、苯并a花、亚硝酸盐)。目前碳素行业主要采用电捕法对沥青烟废气进行处 理,电捕焦油器的处理效率在85%左右,能脱除烟气中大部分有害成分,但不能从根本上解 决排放达标问题;同时还产生大量的固体及液体废弃物;电捕法在实际应用中还存在着火 和爆炸的风险;而且含浙青成分烟气中本身具有一定的热值,该部分能量也被浪费。除了采 用电捕法外,碳素行业还采用直接焚烧法对沥青烟废气进行处理,采用常规焚烧炉利用常 规烧嘴燃烧天然气把炉膛加热到800度对污染物烟气进行焚烧,虽然焚烧效果达标,但天然 气消耗量大,成本较高。

[0015] (3)然后将废气通入燃烧室分解燃烧:将高温废气通入燃烧室,燃烧室温度控制在 800〜100°C,烟气停留时间>1S,使废气中的污染物完全分解燃烧,烟气中的污染物与烟气 中所含的氧气发生氧化反应分解为二氧化碳和水并释放热量;
[0016] (4)通过吹扫系统用燃烧分解完全排出的热烟气进行时间为2S的吹扫过程:通过 吹扫系统用燃烧分解完全排出的热烟气进行时间为2S的吹扫,把停留在换向阀和蓄热体之 间和蓄热体内残存的含污染物废气吹入燃烧室,避免残存的废气排放到大气;所述的吹扫 过程在蓄热室进气向排气转换期间进行,采用焚烧后的烟气进行吹扫;
[0017] (5)将高温气体通入另一组蓄热室:燃烧室内产生的含二氧化碳和水的高温烟气 通过换向系统通入另一组蓄热室,对另一组蓄热室内的蓄热体放热,预热另一组蓄热室内 的蓄热体;
[0018] ⑹定期进行反烧处理:定期对蓄热室内外层蓄热体吸附的焦油进行反烧,清除焦 油,避免蓄热体堵塞,保证气路通畅;
[0019] (7)回收反烧过程中产生的可燃颗粒和污染物:将反烧过程中产生的可燃颗粒和 污染物排入燃烧室内焚烧,实现反烧过程零污染物排放;
[0020] ⑻净化后的无污染物的气体经由排风管道以及烟囱排放到大气。
[0021] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
[0022] 1)蓄热室布置在焚烧炉的两侧,烟气进出蓄热室时保持水平流动,能够减少烟气 中的灰尘堵塞蓄热体,同时能够方便对蓄热体上附着的焦油进行吹扫清理和反烧,并且能 够对蓄热体进行在线清理更换;多个蓄热室布置在燃烧室的两侧方便蓄热室分散轮流换 向,有利于保持炉压的稳定,减少波动。
[0023] 2)基于蓄热技术,含有污染物的烟气经过蓄热室内的蓄热体加热后达到污染物氧 化温度,污染物在燃烧室内与氧气结合燃烧分解为二氧化碳和水,产生的含二氧化碳和水 的高温烟气经过另一侧的蓄热室流出并预热蓄热体。烟气中的污染物和烟气中所含的氧气 发生氧化反应;烟气中的沥青烟气和烟气中所含的氧气发生放热反应,释放的热量能够维 持整个系统的热量平衡,不需外供热量是降低成本的关键。
[0024] 3)在所有过程中实现污染物的零排放,在换向间隙、在反烧过程、在检修过程中都 实现了零排放。
[0025] 4)具有热备能力,采用两用一热备工作模式,一旦停用一个燃烧室检修时,另一个 处于热备状态的燃烧室自动切换到工作模式,无需走旁通管,避免造成污染物的临时排放。

[0030]如图1所示,碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉包括燃烧室2、蓄热室3、换向系 统4、反烧系统5和吹扫系统6。燃烧室2位于焚烧炉中部,左右两组蓄热室3对称布置在燃烧 室2两侧,每组蓄热室3包括5个蓄热室。蓄热室3直接与燃烧室2连通,吹扫系统6经由蓄热室 3与燃烧室2连通,左右两组蓄热室3经由换向系统4分别与废气管道和烟囱连通,蓄热室3经 由反烧系统5和排风管道7与反烧风机连通。

[0040] (5)将高温气体通入另一组蓄热室:燃烧室内产生的含二氧化碳和水的高温烟气 通过换向系统通入另一组蓄热室,对另一组蓄热室内的蓄热体放热,预热另一组蓄热室内 的蓄热体。
[0041] ⑹定期进行反烧处理:定期对蓄热室内外层蓄热体吸附的焦油进行反烧,把吹扫 过程中没有去除的附着在蓄热体上的焦油通过焚烧使之气化,清除焦油,避免蓄热体堵塞’ 保证气路通畅。 —
[0042] (7)回收反烧过程中产生的可燃颗粒和污染物:反烧过程中产生的可燃颗粒和污 染物排入燃烧室内焚烧,实现反烧过程零污染物排放;

[0044] 本发明在现有蓄热式技术的基础上,结合碳素烟气中污染物在高温下氧化分解为 二氧化碳和水的原理,提供一种碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉及其处理方法,是蓄 热技术的蓄热室和焚烧炉的燃烧室的直接结合,并重点针对碳素烟气中含有焦油的特点采 取针对性措施确保蓄热式焚烧炉长期稳定运行。本发明包括蓄热、燃烧氧化分解、燃烧放 热、吹扫和反烧过程,既能保证碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物顺利焚烧,使烟气排放符合大气污染 物排放标准,又有蓄热式的节能特点,降低能源的消耗,降低处理成本。

1. 碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉,其特征在于,所述碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄 热式焚烧炉包括燃烧室、蓄热室、换向系统、反烧系统和吹扫系统;设有两组蓄热室,每组蓄 热室包括三个以上的蓄热室,两组蓄热室对称布置在焚烧炉的两侧;蓄热室直接与燃烧室 连通,两组蓄热室经由换向系统连通,蓄热室经由反烧系统与排风管道连通。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉,其特征在于,所述燃烧 室设有天然气启动燃烧器,其通过连通管路与天然气管道相连,通过连通管路与助燃风机 相连。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉,其特征在于,所述反烧 系统设有反烧风机。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉,其特征在于,所述吹扫 系统通过连通管路与排烟风机相连。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉,其特征在于,所述蓄热 体采用蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉,其特征在于,所述碳素 焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉采用一热一备的工作模式,一个燃烧室检修时,另一个处 于热备状态的燃烧室通过PLC控制系统自动切换工作模式。
7.—种采用权利要求1所述的碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物蓄热式焚烧炉进行碳素焙烧炉烟 气污染物焚烧处理的方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤: (1) 加热燃烧室与蓄热室:通过天然气直接燃烧把燃烧室加热到污染物的分解温度,产 生的高温烟气流入一组蓄热室,对一组蓄热室内的蓄热体进行蓄热; (2) 首先将废气通入加热后的蓄热室吸热:启动废气风机,通过管道将废气通入蓄热 室,废气在蓄热室内吸收热量; (3) 然后将废气通入燃烧室分解燃烧:将高温废气通入燃烧室,燃烧室温度控制在800 〜l〇(TC,烟气停留时间多1S,使废气中的污染物完全分解燃烧,烟气中的污染物与烟气中 所含的氧气发生氧化反应分解为二氧化碳和水并释放热量; (4) 通过吹扫系统用燃烧分解完全排出的热烟气进行时间为2S的吹扫过程:通过吹扫 系统用燃烧分解完全排出的热烟气进行时间为2S的吹扫,把停留在换向阀和蓄热体之间和 蓄热体内残存的含污染物废气吹入燃烧室,避免残存的废气排放到大气; (5) 将高温气体通入另一组蓄热室:燃烧室内产生的含二氧化碳和水的高温烟气通过 换向系统通入另一组蓄热室,对另一组蓄热室内的蓄热体放热,预热另一组蓄热室内的蓄 热体; (6) 定期进行反烧处理:定期对蓄热室内外层蓄热体吸附的焦油进行反烧,清除焦油, 避免蓄热体堵塞,保证气路通畅; (7) 回收反烧过程中产生的可燃颗粒和污染物:将反烧过程中产生的可燃颗粒和污染 物排入燃烧室内焚烧,实现反烧过程零污染物排放; (8) 净化后的无污染物的气体经由排风管道以及烟囱排放到大气。
8.根据权利要求6所述的碳素焙烧炉烟气污染物焚烧处理的方法,其特征在于,步骤 (4)所述的吹扫过程在蓄热室进气向排气转换期间进行,采用焚烧后的烟气进行吹扫。
