Abstract

本发明提供了蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,蜗杆轴、扇形蜗轮、阀板轴、阀板、阀座、阀体,所述蜗杆轴伸入在阀体内,与设置于阀体内的扇形蜗轮相互啮合,所述扇形蜗轮与阀板板面垂直设置、固定连接,所述阀板轴与蜗杆轴在空间位置上垂直设置,在阀体内设有阀座,当阀板板面旋转到与蜗杆轴平行时,阀板与阀座严密配合。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:将执行器的末级减速,放在蝶阀阀体内,减小减速箱的体积和占用空间,同时由扇形蜗轮的截面直接带动阀板板面旋转,关断力臂增大,提高了阀板及阀板轴的调节能力和使用寿命,降低损耗。

蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,尤其涉及蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构。
背景技术
蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,实质就是电动蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构。电动蝶阀电机是高速的,而蝶阀最多转90°,这样电机要带动阀板转动,就必须要有一个大速比减速机,一般都采用蜗轮减速,有的关断蝶阀、高压差蝶阀,往往都需要两级或两级以上蜗轮减速,需要设置体积很大的减速箱。为此,我们研发了一种蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,就是将执行器的末级减速,放在蝶阀阀体内。对于普通调节蝶阀来说,可以不用减速机,选择合适的仪表电机可以直连。对于大压差和关断蝶阀来说,也可以相应的减少一级减速机构,节省体积和空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,将执行器的末级减速,放在蝶阀阀体内,减小减速箱的体积和占用空间,同时由扇形蜗轮直接带动阀板旋转,关断力臂有所增大,有利于提高阀的调节能力,降低损耗。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,包括蜗杆轴、扇形蜗轮、阀板轴、阀板、阀座、阀体,所述蜗杆轴伸入在阀体内,与设置于阀体内的扇形蜗轮相互啮合,所述扇形蜗轮与阀板板面垂直设置、固定连接,所述阀板轴与蜗杆轴在空间位置上垂直设置,在阀体内设有阀座,当阀板板面旋转到与蜗杆轴平行时,阀板与阀座严密配合。
所述扇形蜗轮的圆心与阀板轴同轴设置,扇形蜗轮平面与阀板板面垂直设置,扇形蜗轮的一条边固定在阀板上,在蜗杆轴的驱动下,扇形蜗轮带动阀板板面旋转。
在所述蜗杆轴与阀体之间设有填料密封,包括填料压盖、填料、填料垫,填料垫、填料和填料压盖依次套接在蜗杆轴上,通过填料压板压紧密封。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)将执行器的末级减速,设置在蝶阀阀体内,减小了减速箱的体积和占用空间。
2)通过蜗杆轴驱动扇形蜗轮,由扇形蜗轮直接带动阀板旋转,对阀进行关断或调节,蝶阀阀体内径肯定大于阀板,这样扇形蜗轮节园大于阀板外径,则关断力臂有所增大,适当增大了阀板的关断能力;同时,由于阀板轴只负责旋转而不传递力矩,而原阀板轴传递全部扭矩,而现蜗杆轴本身扭矩小,损耗率不变情况下,相对损耗会变小,也有利于提高调节能力减少损耗。
3)采用蜗杆轴与蜗轮传动的形式,驱动扇形蜗轮直接带动阀板旋转关断,蜗杆轴的转动扭矩小于常规蝶阀阀轴的转动扭矩,故而可以降低损耗。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
见图1-图2,蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,包括蜗杆轴5、扇形蜗轮4、阀板轴14、阀板15、阀座16、阀体3,所述蜗杆轴5伸入在阀体3内,与设置于阀体3内的扇形蜗轮4相互啮合,所述扇形蜗轮4与阀板15板面垂直设置、固定连接,所述阀板轴14与蜗杆轴5在空间位置上垂直设置,在阀体3内设有阀座16,当阀板15板面旋转到与蜗杆轴5平行时,阀板15与阀座16严密配合。
所述扇形蜗轮4的圆心与阀板轴14同轴设置,扇形蜗轮4平面与阀板15板面垂直设置,扇形蜗轮4的一条边固定在阀板15上,在蜗杆轴5的驱动下,扇形蜗轮4带动阀板15板面旋转。
在所述蜗杆轴5与阀体3之间设有填料密封,包括填料压盖9、填料7、填料垫6,填料垫6、填料7和填料压盖9依次套接在蜗杆轴5上,通过填料压板10压紧密封。
在填料密封的外侧设有填料仓与阀体3固定连接,在填料仓的上端设置有填料仓法兰8通过螺栓连接填料压板10压紧填料压盖9。
在蜗杆轴5与阀体3的另一端的连接处设有蜗杆轴轴座1和蜗杆轴轴座密封垫2。
阀板轴14的两端与阀体3的连接处均设有阀板轴阀座(阀板轴阀座一12、阀板轴阀座二18),同时在阀座内设有密封垫(阀板轴座二密封垫17、阀板轴阀座一密封垫13)。
使用时,当直连电机或前级减速机带动蜗杆轴5转动时,蜗杆轴5则带动扇形蜗轮4转动:因为扇形蜗轮4与阀板15是连在一起的,故而阀板15在扇形蜗轮4的带动下与扇形蜗轮4同时沿阀板轴14转动;阀板15离开阀座16,则打开蝶阀通道,一直到扇形蜗轮4带动阀板15打开到指定开度。阀板15最多可打开90°。
反之,则阀板15逆向转动,一直到恢复初始位置(阀板15板面与蜗轮轴5平行的位置),阀板15关严阀座16。

1.蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,其特征在于,包括蜗杆轴、扇形蜗轮、阀板轴、阀板、阀座、阀体,所述蜗杆轴伸入在阀体内,与设置于阀体内的扇形蜗轮相互啮合,所述扇形蜗轮与阀板板面垂直设置、固定连接,所述阀板轴与蜗杆轴在空间位置上垂直设置,在阀体内设有阀座,当阀板板面旋转到与蜗杆轴平行时,阀板与阀座严密配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,其特征在于,所述扇形蜗轮的圆心与阀板轴同轴设置,扇形蜗轮平面与阀板板面垂直设置,扇形蜗轮的一条边固定在阀板上,在蜗杆轴的驱动下,扇形蜗轮带动阀板板面旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蜗轮减速蝶阀调节机构,其特征在于,在所述蜗杆轴与阀体之间设有填料密封,包括填料压盖、填料、填料垫,填料垫、填料和填料压盖依次套接在蜗杆轴上,通过填料压板压紧密封。
