技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,尤其涉及一种透气织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
在各项运动比赛中,运动员的服装多种多样,观众们经常会看到运动员们穿着各种样式的运动服。由于运动员在运动和比赛的过程中,出汗量非常大,对穿着的服装要求能够快速的吸汗、透气,防止汗水过多将织物贴在身上,限制了运动幅度,影响比赛的成绩,而普通的棉织品服装,吸汗功能较好,但是透气性较差,网纹布透气性好,对汗水没有吸纳能力,常规织物无法既吸汗、又透气,达不到特殊的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种既能快速吸汗,又能透气舒适的织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用透气织物,包括底层,所述底层外依次设有吸湿层、透气层和外层,所述底层与吸湿层采用缝合固定,所述透气层与吸湿层和外层采用聚氨酯胶固定;所述底层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用长绒棉织成,所述第一纬纱采用牛奶蛋白纤维织成;所述吸湿层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维织成,所述第二纬纱采用记忆纤维涤纶丝织成;所述透气层为氨纶纤维织成,所述外层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用亚麻纤维织成,所述第三纬纱采用黄麻纤维织成。所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种由内层及外层交织而成的双层织物,该内层以具有厌水物性的聚丙烯纤维织成;该外层以具有亲水物性的异型断面纱织成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
底层与皮肤直接接触,触感良好,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维可以将汗水快速吸收,避免粘黏皮肤,氨纶纤维透气效果好,黄麻类纤维可以适合长期穿着,使用寿命高。
本发明即可大大强化整体吸水率及吸湿排汗速度。该异型断面纱为一非圆形的断面,据以增加该外层一面覆盖内层、另一面接触空气的总表面积,除进一步加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用,更能使外层吸附汗水能因温度或气流作用而快速挥发至空气中,所以本发明即便使用一段时间,不会有现有技术中揭示的专利前案所称的很湿、很重及黏冰冰的顾虑。
