本发明涉及一种较佳撕破强度透气织物,包括底层(1),底层外依次设有吸湿层(2)、透气层(3)和外层(4)。所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种复合织物,其包含:一第一织布层以及一第一薄膜层,该第一织布层具有一第一表面、一第二表面与复数孔隙,该等孔隙分布于该第一织布层并与该第一表面以及该第二表面相连通;该第一薄膜层具有一第三表面与一第四表面,该第一薄膜层的第四表面靠抵于该第一织布层的第一表面并部分渗入该第一织布层的孔隙中。本发明能避免粘黏皮肤,透气效果好。本发明较佳撕破强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,尤其涉及一种透气织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
在各项运动比赛中,运动员的服装多种多样,观众们经常会看到运动员们穿着各种样式的运动服。由于运动员在运动和比赛的过程中,出汗量非常大,对穿着的服装要求能够快速的吸汗、透气,防止汗水过多将织物贴在身上,限制了运动幅度,影响比赛的成绩,而普通的棉织品服装,吸汗功能较好,但是透气性较差,网纹布透气性好,对汗水没有吸纳能力,常规织物无法既吸汗、又透气,达不到特殊的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种既能快速吸汗,又能透气舒适的织物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种较佳撕破强度透气织物,包括底层,所述底层外依次设有吸湿层、透气层和外层,所述底层与吸湿层采用缝合固定,所述透气层与吸湿层和外层采用聚氨酯胶固定;所述底层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用长绒棉织成,所述第一纬纱采用牛奶蛋白纤维织成;所述吸湿层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维织成,所述第二纬纱采用记忆纤维涤纶丝织成;所述透气层为氨纶纤维织成,所述外层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用亚麻纤维织成,所述第三纬纱采用黄麻纤维织成。所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种复合织物,其包含:一第一织布层以及一第一薄膜层,该第一织布层具有一第一表面、一第二表面与复数孔隙,该等孔隙分布于该第一织布层并与该第一表面以及该第二表面相连通;该第一薄膜层具有一第三表面与一第四表面,该第一薄膜层的第四表面靠抵于该第一织布层的第一表面并部分渗入该第一织布层的孔隙中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
底层与皮肤直接接触,触感良好,聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维可以将汗水快速吸收,避免粘黏皮肤,氨纶纤维透气效果好,黄麻类纤维可以适合长期穿着,使用寿命高。
本发明能提供较佳地撕破强度。

参见图1,一种较佳撕破强度透气织物,包括底层,所述底层外依次设有吸湿层、透气层和外层,所述底层与吸湿层采用缝合固定,所述透气层与吸湿层和外层采用聚氨酯胶固定;所述底层包括第一经纱和第一纬纱,所述第一经纱采用长绒棉织成,所述第一纬纱采用牛奶蛋白纤维织成;所述吸湿层包括第二经纱和第二纬纱,所述第二经纱采用聚乙烯醇缩甲醛纤维织成,所述第二纬纱采用记忆纤维涤纶丝织成;所述透气层为氨纶纤维织成,所述外层包括第三经纱和第三纬纱,所述第三经纱采用亚麻纤维织成,所述第三纬纱采用黄麻纤维织成。
