本发明涉及一种保暖易整理西服面料，包括里层（1）、基础层（2）、透气层（3）和外层（4）。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种由内层及外层交织而成的双层织物，该内层以具有厌水物性的聚丙烯纤维织成；该外层以具有亲水物性的异型断面纱织成。本发明手感温和，能保持外部垂坠感，面料整体保暖而且易于整理。本发明加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用。

本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种保暖易整理西服面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
西服款式多样，面料质地柔和，越来越多的消费者喜爱西服类服装，同时对西服防皱的要求也越来越高。普通棉麻西服，透气性好，但是垂坠感极差，非常容易变皱，穿着后必须熨烫，而常规的毛料西服虽然抗皱性能好，但是穿着束缚感强，而保暖透气性能较差，无法满足人们对西服穿着舒适度要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种由四层材料叠加形成的一种保暖易整理西服面料，该面料制成西服穿着舒适，活动自如，抗皱易整理，保暖透气性好。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用保暖易整理西服面料，包括里层、基础层、透气层和外层，所述里层外依次设有基础层、透气层、外层，所述基础层包括经纱和纬纱，所述透气层包括经纱和纬纱，所述里层和基础层之间通过缝合固定，所述透气层和外层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起，所述基础层和透气层通过缝合固定。所述里层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种由内层及外层交织而成的双层织物，该内层以具有厌水物性的聚丙烯纤维织成；该外层以具有亲水物性的异型断面纱织成。
优选的，所述里层采用桑蚕丝织成。
优选的，所述基础层的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶纤维、亚麻纤维混合纺织。

与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
里层桑蚕丝穿着顺滑舒服，基础层保暖，不紧绷，将体温锁住，透气层将人体产生的多余热气带至外侧，避免内部潮湿、闷热，而外侧羊毛纤维、骆驼毛纤维和大豆蛋白纤维混纺，既能保持面料外部整理美观，手感温和，又能保持外部垂坠感，面料整体保暖而且易于整理。
本发明即可大大强化整体吸水率及吸湿排汗速度。该异型断面纱为一非圆形的断面，据以增加该外层一面覆盖内层、另一面接触空气的总表面积，除进一步加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用，更能使外层吸附汗水能因温度或气流作用而快速挥发至空气中，所以本发明即便使用一段时间，不会有现有技术中揭示的专利前案所称的很湿、很重及黏冰冰的顾虑。
