Abstract
本发明公开了一种生活污泥与原煤混合制备燃料水煤浆成套设备,包括煤料准备组、污泥准备组和成浆组,煤料准备组包括高效破碎机和料仓,将煤料破碎并计量称重,污泥准备组包括污泥仓、双轴成浆机、过滤器和污泥发酵罐,将污泥进行拱破并进行发酵,成浆组包括水煤浆球磨机、缓冲罐、高剪切强化罐、匀质熟化罐和储浆罐,污泥和煤料在成浆组进行混合。采用本发明的成套设备将生活污泥和原煤进行一定比例的混合后,可以制备成符合商浆标准的可燃烧利用的混合浆,不仅解决了污泥占地和污染的问题,同时也产生了一定的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生活污泥与原煤混合制备燃料水煤浆成套设备。
背景技术
随着我国城市生活污水处理厂快速发展,带来了数量庞大的生活污泥,必须通过运输到垃圾填埋场进行处理,不仅经济代价数额较大,同时占用填埋场土地空间,造成土地资源浪费,给地方政府财政造成了一定的经济压力和土地用地指标压力,生活污泥降解所产生的异味和细菌的滋生也会对环境造成一定的污染。而生活污泥具有1500~1800kcal/kg热值,如果将其加以科学综合利用的话,不仅节约成本,同时可以解决环境和土地的问题,但生活污泥本身无法燃烧,因此其热值也难以利用。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种生活污泥与原煤混合制备燃料水煤浆成套设备,用于解决上述问题。
为实现这一目的,本发明所采用的方法是:一种生活污泥与原煤混合制备燃料水煤浆成套设备,包括煤料准备组、污泥准备组和成浆组,所述煤料准备组包括受料煤仓、高效破碎机和料仓,受料煤仓和高效破碎机之间设有胶带输送机胶带输送机上方设有除铁机,高效破碎机和料仓之间设有胶带输送机,料仓底部设有计量胶带称;所述污泥准备组包括污泥仓、双轴成浆机、过滤器和污泥发酵罐,污泥仓和双轴成浆机之间设有刮板输送机和计量皮带秤,一水箱连接双轴成浆机,双轴成浆机连接过滤器,过滤器内设置有滤网,过滤器连接污泥发酵罐,一Ca(OH)2稀释罐连接污泥发酵罐;所述成浆组包括水煤浆球磨机,料仓和污泥发酵罐没别连接水煤浆球磨机,一分散剂稀释罐连接水煤浆球磨机,水煤浆球磨机末端设置振动筛,振动筛出口连接缓冲罐,缓冲罐连接药剂稀释罐和滤浆器,滤浆器连接积浆槽,积浆槽连接稳定罐,稳定罐连接高剪切强化罐,高剪切强化罐连接匀质熟化罐,匀质熟化罐连接储浆罐。
所述缓冲罐设有两个出口,一个出口连接滤浆器,另一个出口连接不合格浆桶,不合格浆桶连接水煤浆球磨机。
所述污泥仓内设有破拱打散装置。
其有益效果是:采用本发明的成套设备将生活污泥和原煤进行一定比例的混合后,可以制成符合商品浆标准的可燃烧利用的混合浆,不仅解决了污泥占地和污染的问题,同时也产生了一定的经济效益。

如图1所示的生活污泥与原煤混合制备燃料水煤浆成套设备,包括煤料准备组、污泥准备组和成浆组,煤料准备组是装载机1将原煤投入受料煤仓2后,吼了煤仓经过胶带输送机3将煤料投入高效破碎机5,并在运输的过程中利用除铁机4进行除铁,高效破碎机5将煤料打碎后通过胶带输送机3输送至料仓6内,料仓6底部的出料口除设置计量胶带称7,称取一定量的煤料投入成浆组。污泥准备组是由装载机1将污泥投入污泥仓9,污泥仓9内带有破拱打散装置,可将污泥中的团状块泥块打散,然后经过刮板输送机10输送至计量皮带秤11,称取一定量的污泥投入双轴成浆机13内,水箱12位双轴成浆机13供水稀释污泥,污泥成浆后经过过滤器14过滤,并被输送至污泥发酵罐15中,Ca(OH)2稀释罐16为污泥发酵罐15提供Ca(OH)2使污泥进行发酵数天,发酵完成后的污泥经过输送螺杆泵被投入成浆组中。成浆组包括水煤浆球磨机17,煤料和发酵后的污泥按一定的比例投入水煤浆球磨机17中进行制浆,煤料和干污泥的质量比约为9:1,分散剂稀释罐8向水煤浆球磨机17中输送分散剂,厂区的回收水向水煤浆球磨机17内输送制浆工艺水。水煤浆球磨机17内制成的初浆经过振动筛19过滤后输送至缓冲罐21中,药剂稀释罐18向缓冲罐21内投药剂,缓冲罐21设有两个出口,缓冲完成后,合格的浆品由一个出口被输送至滤浆器22中,而不合格的浆品由另一出口输送至不合格浆桶20中,不合格浆桶20中的水煤浆被返入水煤浆球磨机17进行重新制备,这一过程用于设备调试阶段,可以保障投入生产后成品浆的合格率。初浆经过滤浆器22后被投入积浆槽23中,积浆槽23再经过输送螺杆泵将初浆输送至稳定罐24中进行稳定性调整,稳定性调整后的水煤浆经过输送螺杆泵投入高剪切强化罐25,经过剪切强化后的水煤浆保持一定的流动性和稳定性后投入匀质熟化罐26,最后的成品水煤浆经过输送螺杆泵进入储浆罐27中。成品水煤浆进入装浆站直接送到锅炉房进行燃烧或者汽车运输去别的地方进行燃烧。本发明所提供的成套设备自动化程度高,产品成品合格率高,可以实现污泥的回收再利用,节约了土地资源。

1.一种生活污泥与原煤混合制备燃料水煤浆成套设备,其特征在于,包括煤料准备组、污泥准备组和成浆组,所述煤料准备组包括受料煤仓(2)、高效破碎机(5)和料仓(6),受料煤仓(2)和高效破碎机(5)之间设有胶带输送机(3)胶带输送机(3)上方设有除铁机(4),高效破碎机(5)和料仓(6)之间设有胶带输送机(3),料仓(6)底部设有计量胶带称(7);所述污泥准备组包括污泥仓(9)、双轴成浆机(13)、过滤器(14)和污泥发酵罐(15),污泥仓(9)和双轴成浆机(13)之间设有刮板输送机(10)和计量皮带秤(11),一水箱(12)连接双轴成浆机(13),双轴成浆机(13)连接过滤器(14),过滤器(14)内设置有滤网,过滤器(14)连接污泥发酵罐(15),一Ca(OH)2稀释罐(16)连接污泥发酵罐(15);所述成浆组包括水煤浆球磨机(17),料仓(6)和污泥发酵罐(15)没别连接水煤浆球磨机(17),一分散剂稀释罐(8)连接水煤浆球磨机(17),水煤浆球磨机(17)末端设置振动筛(19),振动筛(19)出口连接缓冲罐(21),缓冲罐(21)连接药剂稀释罐(18)和滤浆器(22),滤浆器(22)连接积浆槽(23),积浆槽(23)连接稳定罐(24),稳定罐(24)连接高剪切强化罐(25),高剪切强化罐(25)连接匀质熟化罐(26),匀质熟化罐(26)连接储浆罐(27)。

3.根据权利要求1所述的生活污泥与原煤混合制备燃料水煤浆成套设备,其特征在于,所述污泥仓(9)内设有破拱打散装置。
