本发明涉及一种燃油节能添加剂,包括异丁醇、磷酸三甲酚酯、甘油酸脂、壬基酚聚醚胺、丙酮、长链脂肪酸、乳酸乙酯和无水乙醇,各组分的质量份数为:异丁醇30‑35、磷酸三甲酚酯20‑26、甘油酸脂23‑26、壬基酚聚醚胺15‑20、丙酮6‑12、长链脂肪酸3‑8、乳酸乙酯12‑15和无水乙醇60‑70。本发明所述的燃油节能添加剂包含专有的聚醚胺洗涤技术,具有有效的化学作用为整体燃料系统清理,适用于新的直喷燃油系统,可以在汽油、柴油等任何类型的发动机中使用,移除来自燃烧室和进气阀的沉淀物,只需倒在油箱里,有效防止停顿,改善燃料燃烧效率和马力,减少排放。

本发明涉及一种汽车用品领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种燃油节能添加剂。
背景技术
能源短缺是人类发展所面临的难题之一,为节约已有的石油化工能源,上世纪末以来国内外多种燃油添加剂相继问世,但在实际应用中多有不同程度的不足之处,目前市场上的各种燃油添加剂多是针对某一特定方面问题而设计,且常含有对人体有害的腐蚀、毒害性物质以及易燃易爆会带来安全隐患的化学物质。而本发明涉及的燃油节能添加剂能够针对性的处理较新的直喷式燃油系统,除了能够处理传统的进气道输送系统外可以清洁整个系统,而且汽油、柴油发动机通用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的燃油节能添加剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种燃油节能添加剂,包括异丁醇、磷酸三甲酚酯、甘油酸脂、壬基酚聚醚胺、丙酮、长链脂肪酸、乳酸乙酯和无水乙醇,各组分的质量份数为:异丁醇30-35、磷酸三甲酚酯20-26、甘油酸脂23-26、壬基酚聚醚胺15-20、丙酮6-12、长链脂肪酸3-8、乳酸乙酯12-15和无水乙醇60-70。
作为优选,所述的燃油节能添加剂,其特征在于:所述上光清洗剂各组分质量份数为:异丁醇30-35、磷酸三甲酚酯26、甘油酸脂26、壬基酚聚醚胺20、丙酮12、长链脂肪酸8、乳酸乙酯15和无水乙醇70。
作为优选,所述的燃油节能添加剂,其特征在于:
一种制备上述燃油节能添加剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的异丁醇、磷酸三甲酚酯和无水乙醇搅拌均匀备用;
(2)、将甘油酸脂、壬基酚聚醚胺混合制成溶液;
(3)、将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物混合;
(4)、然后继续添加所提供的质量组份的丙酮、长链脂肪酸,搅拌均匀;
(5)、最后添加乳酸乙酯;
(6)、将上述步骤得出的混合物常温下封存。
本发明所述的燃油节能添加剂包含专有的聚醚胺洗涤技术,具有有效的化学作用为整体燃料系统清理,适用于新的直喷燃油系统,可以在汽油、柴油等任何类型的发动机中使用,移除来自燃烧室和进气阀的沉淀物,只需倒在油箱里,有效防止停顿,改善燃料燃烧效率和马力,减少排放。

(3)、将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物混合;
(4)、然后继续添加所提供的质量组份的丙酮、长链脂肪酸,搅拌均匀;
(5)、最后添加乳酸乙酯;
(6)、将上述步骤得出的混合物常温下封存。

1.一种燃油节能添加剂,其特征在于:包括异丁醇、磷酸三甲酚酯、甘油酸脂、壬基酚聚醚胺、丙酮、长链脂肪酸、乳酸乙酯和无水乙醇,各组分的质量份数为:异丁醇30-35、磷酸三甲酚酯20-26、甘油酸脂23-26、壬基酚聚醚胺15-20、丙酮6-12、长链脂肪酸3-8、乳酸乙酯12-15和无水乙醇60-70。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃油节能添加剂,其特征在于:所述燃油节能添加剂各组分质量份数为:异丁醇30-35、磷酸三甲酚酯26、甘油酸脂26、壬基酚聚醚胺20、丙酮12、长链脂肪酸8、乳酸乙酯15和无水乙醇70。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃油节能添加剂,其特征在于:
一种制备上述燃油节能添加剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的异丁醇、磷酸三甲酚酯和无水乙醇搅拌均匀备用;
