Abstract

本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种离心式高温排烟机的耐磨耐高温涂料。该涂料包括如下组分:聚硅氧烷、耐高温骨架料、聚氯乙烯、无机颜料、成膜剂、纳米氧化锆陶瓷微粉、固化剂和溶剂。该涂料的耐高温骨架料为石英粉,其细度均为700‑800目。本发明提供的耐高温涂料的性质均匀,得到的膜层光滑细腻附着力好,该涂料非常适合高温电机和高温电炉等设备的表面防护应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种离心式高温排烟机的耐磨耐高温涂料。
背景技术
消防高温排烟风机适用于高层建筑、地下建筑及隧道、烘房等通风换气或高温排烟。能在280℃高温条件下连续运转40分钟以上,介质温度100℃条件下连续运行20小时/次不损坏,是理想的消防必备设施。
有机硅涂料是一种有机耐高温涂料,自从四十年代有机硅工业化生产以来,用其产品所配制的耐高温涂料,在高温电机,电器绝缘方面得到了广泛应用。例如有机硅铝粉漆用于飞机发动机的耐高温防腐涂料,取得了巨大成就,有机硅陶瓷玻璃涂料,满足了更高温度防腐的要求。但是由于有机硅本身机械性能差,附着力低,耐磨性、耐溶剂性低的问题,越来越不能满足现代电机、电器、宇航以及耐特种介质的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种离心式高温排烟机的耐磨耐高温涂料,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种离心式高温排烟机的耐磨耐高温涂料,按照质量份数,包括如下组分:聚硅氧烷20-40份,耐高温骨架料20-24份,聚氯乙烯10-14份,无机颜料10-14份,成膜剂7-10份,纳米氧化锆陶瓷微粉4-8份,固化剂2-4份,溶剂24-40份。
优选的,按照质量份数,该涂料包括如下组分:聚硅氧烷24-27份,耐高温骨架料22-24份,聚氯乙烯11-12份,无机颜料14-份,成膜剂8-9份,纳米氧化错淘瓷微粉7份,固化剂2-4份,溶剂27-28份。
优选的,所述耐高温骨架料为石英粉,其细度为700-800目。
优选的,所述无机颜料为黑色、黄色或青色颜料,细度小于400目。
本发明的有益效果是:该涂料还具有柔韧性好、耐磨、耐腐蚀的特点,可以在严酷的使用环境下保持性质稳定,发挥更好的防护效果;该涂料性质均匀,成膜性好,得到漆面光滑细腻;附着力好,可以在不同设备的表面进行喷涂使用,应用范围广泛。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
称取以下原料:聚硅氧烷22份,细度为800目的云母粉耐高温骨架料21份,聚氯乙烯12份,细度小于400目的青色无机颜料11份,轻基丙烯酸树脂成膜剂9份,纳米氧化锆陶瓷微粉7份,聚酞胺固化剂4份,二甲苯溶剂27份。
按照上述质量份数比例,将聚硅氧烷和成膜剂混合搅拌,搅拌的转速为1100r/min,搅拌14min,然后将混合物加入到溶剂中,搅拌转速为400r/min;再依次将聚氯乙烯、耐高温骨架料、纳米氧化锆陶瓷微粉加入,混合搅拌,最后加入固化剂和无机颜料,继续搅拌22min,得到所需耐高温涂料。
实施例2
称取以下原料:聚硅氧烷20份,细度为700目的石英粉耐高温骨架料20份,聚氯乙烯10份,细度小于400目的黑色无机颜料10份,轻基丙烯酸树脂成膜剂7份,纳米氧化锆陶瓷微粉4份,聚酞胺固化剂2份,醋酸丁醋溶剂24份。
按照上述质量份数比例,将聚硅氧烷和成膜剂混合搅拌,搅拌的转速为1000r/min,搅拌10min,然后将混合物加入到溶剂中,搅拌转速为400r/min;再依次将聚氯乙烯、耐高温骨架料、纳米氧化锆陶瓷微粉加入,混合搅拌,最后加入固化剂和无机颜料,继续搅拌20min,得到所需耐高温涂料。

1.一种离心式高温排烟机的耐磨耐高温涂料,其特征在于:按照质量份数,包括如下组分:聚硅氧烷20-40份,耐高温骨架料20-24份,聚氯乙烯10-14份,无机颜料10-14份,成膜剂7-10份,纳米氧化锆陶瓷微粉4-8份,固化剂2-4份,溶剂24-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种离心式高温排烟机的耐磨耐高温涂料,其特征在于:按照质量份数,包括如下组分:聚硅氧烷24-27份,耐高温骨架料22-24份,聚氯乙烯11-12份,无机颜料14份,成膜剂8-9份,纳米氧化锆陶瓷微粉7份,固化剂2-4份,溶剂27-28份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种离心式高温排烟机的耐磨耐高温涂料,其特征在于:所述耐高温骨架料为石英粉,其细度为700-800目。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种离心式高温排烟机的耐磨耐高温涂料,其特征在于:所述无机颜料为黑色、黄色或青色颜料,细度小于400目。
