本发明公开了一种塑料包装制品,包含以下重量份原料:白茅纤维10‑25份、碳酸钙5‑10份、稳定剂1‑5份、聚烯烃6‑25份、壳聚糖5‑15份、玉米淀粉20‑45份、活性炭5‑13份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂20‑40份、聚苯乙烯10‑20份、木粉20‑40份、甲醇2‑5份、聚酯纤维4‑8份、丙烯10‑20份、合成色素5‑8份、吐鲁香树脂10‑15份、黏性添加剂1‑3份、椰壳粉1‑5份、抗氧剂0.5‑1份。本发明中的塑料包装制品加入大比量的木粉、木壳粉以及玉米淀粉,易降解,化学成分比例小,毒性小;吐鲁香树脂添加后增加气味,减少塑料的焦味;活性炭成分吸收毒素,安全环保,价格低廉;添加的纤维增加塑料包装制品的强度。

本发明涉及包装领域,具体是一种塑料包装制品。
背景技术
与纸质包装制品相比,塑料软包装具有防潮性、阻隔性等突出优点,且成本低廉;因而,塑料包装制品成为日常生活中不可缺或的必须拼,也是易耗品,每年都要消耗大量的塑料包装制品。现有的塑料包装制品基本上都是采用聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚合物材料制成的,这样的塑料包装制品在提供便利的同时,由于它们无法降解,大量使用及回收处理不到位,造成了大量的垃圾堆积,对生态环境造成破坏,成为“白色污染”的主要来源。越来越多的国家和地区已经限制塑料包装制品的生产、销售、使用。为落实科学发展观,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会,人们开始从源头上采取有力措施,研究开发生产耐用、易于降解的新型塑料包装制品。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种塑料包装制品,具有不易损坏,不易氧化,方便降解的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种塑料包装制品,包含以下重量份原料:
白茅纤维10-25份、碳酸钙5-10份、稳定剂1-5份、聚烯烃6-25份、壳聚糖5-15份、玉米淀粉20-45份、活性炭5-13份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂20-40份、聚苯乙烯10-20份、木粉20-40份、甲醇2-5份、聚酯纤维4-8份、丙烯10-20份、合成色素5-8份、吐鲁香树脂10-15份、黏性添加剂1-3份、椰壳粉1-5份、抗氧剂0.5-1份。
优选的,所述抗氧剂采用二丁基羟基甲苯。
优选的,所述木粉的粒径在1-100nm之间。
优选的,所述稳定剂采用硬脂酸钾。
优选的,所述黏性添加剂为黄明胶。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的塑料包装制品加入大比量的木粉、木壳粉以及玉米淀粉,易降解,化学成分比例小,毒性小;吐鲁香树脂添加后增加气味,减少塑料的焦味;活性炭成分吸收毒素,安全环保,价格低廉;添加的纤维增加塑料包装制品的强度。

白茅纤维10份、碳酸钙5份、硬脂酸钾1份、聚烯烃6份、壳聚糖5份、玉米淀粉20份、活性炭5份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂20份、聚苯乙烯10份、木粉20份、甲醇2份、聚酯纤维4份、丙烯10份、合成色素5份、吐鲁香树脂10份、黄明胶1份、椰壳粉1份、二丁基羟基甲苯0.5份。
实施例2
一种塑料包装制品,包含以下重量份原料:
白茅纤维25份、碳酸钙10份、硬脂酸钾5份、聚烯烃25份、壳聚糖15份、玉米淀粉45份、活性炭13份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂40份、聚苯乙烯20份、木粉40份、甲醇5份、聚酯纤维8份、丙烯20份、合成色素8份、吐鲁香树脂15份、黄明胶3份、椰壳粉5份、二丁基羟基甲苯1份。

白茅纤维16份、碳酸钙7份、硬脂酸钾4份、聚烯烃21份、壳聚糖11份、玉米淀粉34份、活性炭6份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂27份、聚苯乙烯16份、木粉23份、甲醇4份、聚酯纤维7份、丙烯17份、合成色素7份、吐鲁香树脂12份、黄明胶2份、椰壳粉2份、二丁基羟基甲苯0.6份。
