技术领域
本发明涉及一款复合铝材不干胶。
背景技术
目前,不干胶贴合常用纯铝厚度50um,具有贴合中易折伤,或复合其他材料后使用中导气性差等缺点。若选用过厚纯铝挺度大,又不易模切,此外铝抗拉强度差,容易断,不能用到有一定拉力的表面。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一款复合铝材不干胶:
一款复合铝材不干胶,从上到下依次包括纯铝层、热溶胶、阻燃PP层、条状导电纤维层、导电胶层、底纸层,所述纯铝层厚度为30-70 um,所述导电胶层用于将条状导电纤维层固定于阻燃PP层上。
优选的,所述纯铝层厚度为50 um,
优选的,所述条状导电纤维层由多个均匀排列的导电纤维构成,多个所述导电纤维的粒径为50um,各个导电纤维之间的距离为1mm。
优选的,所述导电胶层厚度涂布为30um。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本产品的目的在保留纯铝导电、导热等金属性能基础上,兼具柔韧、易模切、阻燃、易贴覆、易排气等性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
一款铝材不干胶,包括厚度为50um的纯铝层1、热溶胶2、阻燃PP层3、条状导电纤维层4、导电胶层5,底纸层6从上到下依次设置,阻燃PP层3与条状导电纤维层4结合通过导电胶层5结合在一起。条状导电纤维层4选用粒径50um的条状纤维,将条状纤维依1mm间隔均匀排布在阻燃PP层3表面。导电胶层5厚度涂布30um,烘干后贴合底纸层6,涂布后条状导电纤维层4高度较胶面高出15-20um,实现最终产品贴合被贴物后有良好导气性能。贴合后的阻燃PP层3另一面涂热融胶2,涂胶后与纯铝层1结合。
本产品具有如下优点:
1.纯铝贴合表面保留了优良的金属质感、导电、导热性能。
2.阻燃PP层3增加铝材的厚度,满足不同厚度需求,较同厚度纯铝过程中更易模切;且起到隔离条状导电纤维层4的凸起,确保纯铝表面的平整,另阻燃PP层3能够有效阻隔发生火源的蔓延。
3.条状导电纤维层4能够有效的抗拉,抗撕扯,再有一定拉力的条件亦可以满足使用。
4.条状导电纤维层4规律性凸起胶面,确保在贴着过程及使用过程中气体的导通。
最终实现保留平整金属导电、导热基础上,更易模切,且增加阻燃、抗拉及过程中优良的导气特性。

1.一款复合铝材不干胶,其特征在于:从上到下依次包括纯铝层(1)、热溶胶(2)、阻燃PP层(3)、条状导电纤维层(4)、导电胶层(5)、底纸层(6),所述纯铝层(1)厚度为30-70 um,所述导电胶层(5)用于将条状导电纤维层(4)固定于阻燃PP层(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一款复合铝材不干胶,其特征在于:所述纯铝层(1)厚度为50um。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一款复合铝材不干胶,其特征在于:所述条状导电纤维层(4)由多个均匀排列的导电纤维构成,多个所述导电纤维的粒径为50um,各个导电纤维之间的距离为1mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一款复合铝材不干胶,其特征在于:所述导电胶层(5)厚度涂布为30um。
