本发明提供一种改进的氩弧焊焊接装置,氩弧焊焊机设置在工作台的一侧,工作台上设有伺服电机,旋转轴通过联轴器固定在伺服电机的输出轴上,工件固定台设置在旋转轴的末端,工件固定台的顶端设有夹具;工作台的顶端设有气缸,气缸上设有横向延伸的活塞杆,焊枪固定设置在活塞杆的末端;焊枪的顶端设有滑杆,滑杆的底端设有与其滑动过连接的滑块,滑块的底端固定设有挂环,氩气输送管道的一端连接在氩弧焊焊机上,另一端通过挂环后固定在焊枪上。本发明的有益效果是可方便快捷的完成不同直径圆形焊缝的焊接作业。

本发明属于氩弧焊焊接设备领域,尤其是涉及一种改进的氩弧焊焊接装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,工作人员手持焊枪进行焊缝的焊接的作业,进行圆形焊缝的焊接时,费时费力,而且焊接精度差,一种可以自动完成圆形焊缝焊接的改进的氩弧焊焊接装置还有待于进一步研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、适用于圆形焊接件的改进的氩弧焊焊接装置。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的一种改进的氩弧焊焊接装置,包括氩弧焊焊机、工作台、伺服电机、旋转轴、工件固定台、夹具、气缸、活塞杆、焊枪、滑杆、滑块、挂环、氩气输送管道;
所述氩弧焊焊机设置在工作台的一侧,所述工作台上设有伺服电机,所述旋转轴通过联轴器固定在伺服电机的输出轴上,所述工件固定台设置在旋转轴的末端,所述工件固定台的顶端设有夹具;
所述工作台的顶端设有气缸,所述气缸上设有横向延伸的活塞杆,所述焊枪固定设置在活塞杆的末端;
所述焊枪的顶端设有滑杆,所述滑杆的底端设有与其滑动过连接的滑块,所述滑块的底端固定设有挂环,所述氩气输送管道的一端连接在氩弧焊焊机上,另一端通过挂环后固定在焊枪上。
所述工作台的顶端设有遮光板。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、由于采用上述技术方案,圆形焊缝的焊接作业更加方便;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、便于推广应用等优点。
2、焊枪的位置可相对工件固定台自由调节,可完成不同直径的圆形焊缝的焊接,适用范围广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种改进的氩弧焊焊接装置,包括氩弧焊焊机1、工作台2、伺服电机3、旋转轴4、工件固定台5、夹具6、气缸8、活塞杆9、焊枪10、滑杆11、滑块12、挂环13、氩气输送管道14;
氩弧焊焊机1设置在工作台2的一侧,工作台2上设有伺服电机3,旋转轴4通过联轴器固定在伺服电机3的输出轴上,工件固定台5设置在旋转轴4的末端,工件固定台5的顶端设有夹具6;
工作台2的顶端设有气缸8,气缸8上设有横向延伸的活塞杆9,焊枪10固定设置在活塞杆9的末端;
焊枪10的顶端设有滑杆11,滑杆11的底端设有与其滑动过连接的滑块12,滑块12的底端固定设有挂环13,氩气输送管道14的一端连接在氩弧焊焊机1上,另一端通过挂环13后固定在焊枪10上。
所述工作台2的顶端设有遮光板7。
本实例的工作过程:
使用时,利用夹具6将待焊接件固定在工件固定台5的中心位置上,按照焊缝的直径,通过活塞杆9调节调节焊枪10的位置,启动伺服电机3,工件固定台5匀速旋转,带动待焊接件旋转,由此焊枪10可完成圆形焊缝的焊接作业。
滑块12、挂环13可起到固定氩气输送管道14的作用,遮光板7可遮挡焊接发出的光。

1.一种改进的氩弧焊焊接装置,其特征在于:包括氩弧焊焊机、工作台、伺服电机、旋转轴、工件固定台、夹具、气缸、活塞杆、焊枪、滑杆、滑块、挂环、氩气输送管道;
所述氩弧焊焊机设置在工作台的一侧,所述工作台上设有伺服电机,所述旋转轴通过联轴器固定在伺服电机的输出轴上,所述工件固定台设置在旋转轴的末端,所述工件固定台的顶端设有夹具;
所述工作台的顶端设有气缸,所述气缸上设有横向延伸的活塞杆,所述焊枪固定设置在活塞杆的末端;
所述焊枪的顶端设有滑杆,所述滑杆的底端设有与其滑动过连接的滑块,所述滑块的底端固定设有挂环,所述氩气输送管道的一端连接在氩弧焊焊机上,另一端通过挂环后固定在焊枪上。
