技术领域
本发明属于饲料搅拌技术领域,具体涉及自动上料的饲料搅拌机。
背景技术
搅拌机是饲料生产常用的机械,目前有的搅拌机能单独作为搅拌使用,但需要人工进行上料,劳动量大不说,不方便工人操作,而且工人在操作时极易将饲料原料弄撒落在地面,造成饲料浪费。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了自动上料的饲料搅拌机。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:自动上料的饲料搅拌机,包括上料斗、搅拌桶和上料管,所述上料斗的底部侧边设置有出料口,所述上料管的端部与出料口的末端相通连接,所述上料管内部设置有螺旋上料杆,所述上料管的末端设置有排料口,所述搅拌桶的侧边设置有通孔,所述通孔内部通过销轴安装有挡料板,所述上料管的末端通过排料口与通孔内部固定卡装,所述搅拌桶的侧边设置有进水管,所述搅拌桶的底部固定安装有搅拌电机,所述搅拌桶内部通过搅拌电机的输出端连接有搅拌轴。
优选的,所述上料斗的底部连接有气动杆,所述气动杆的底部设置有移动轮。将上料斗通过移动轮移动至需要上料操作的搅拌桶处,上料管的末端根据搅拌桶侧边的通孔通过气动杆调节提高上料斗的高度,从而提高上料管末端的高度,便于将上料管的末端卡入通孔内部,对搅拌桶上料操作。
优选的,所述搅拌桶的侧边设置有透视窗,所述搅拌桶对应透视窗通过密封挡板设置有采样口。透视窗对搅拌桶内部被搅拌的饲料搅拌状况查看,并在需要对搅拌桶内部的饲料搅拌查看时,提高密封挡板打开采样口,采样提取搅拌的饲料。
优选的,所述搅拌桶的底部设置有支撑架,所述搅拌桶的底部对应搅拌轴的末端设置有排料延长管。支撑架对搅拌桶的底部支撑固定,需要对搅拌桶内部搅拌完毕的饲料排出时,通过排料延长管将饲料排出至盛装容器内部。
优选的,所述搅拌轴上设置有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片设置有多组,并交错设置在对应通孔的下方。搅拌电机运行对搅拌轴驱动,搅拌轴通过搅拌叶片对搅拌桶内部的饲料与水混合搅拌,搅拌叶片设置在通孔的下方,避免搅拌叶片在转动时将搅拌的饲料迸溅至上料管内部,造成上料管堵塞,影响上料的输送。
优选的,所述搅拌桶内部对应进水管的输出端设置有均匀分布板,所述进水管的输入端连接有抽取泵,所述进水管上设置有流量监测表。抽取泵对水源抽取,流量监测表对进水管注入搅拌桶内部的水流量检测,便于对水流量根据饲料投入搅拌桶内部的量控制,均匀分布板对进水管注入的水承接,并均匀分布在搅拌桶内部。
本发明的技术效果和优点:上料斗通过移动轮移动至需要上料操作的搅拌桶处,上料管的末端根据搅拌桶侧边的通孔通过气动杆调节提高上料斗的高度,上料管的末端通过排料口卡入搅拌桶侧边的通孔内部,螺旋上料杆运行对上料斗内部的饲料螺旋输送至排料口,通过排料口投入搅拌桶内部,抽取泵对水源抽取,流量监测表对进水管注入搅拌桶内部的水流量检测,均匀分布板对进水管注入的水承接,并均匀分布在搅拌桶内部,搅拌电机运行对搅拌轴驱动,搅拌轴通过搅拌叶片对搅拌桶内部的饲料与水混合搅拌,搅拌完毕的饲料排出时,通过排料延长管将饲料排出至盛装容器内部;在上料管需要移动至另一台搅拌桶处时,上料管通过排料口与通孔拆卸,通孔内部的挡料板通过销轴对通孔遮挡,避免搅拌桶内部的饲料迸溅出搅拌桶,造成饲料浪费不说,污染地面的整洁度。该自动上料的饲料搅拌机,操作方便,一台上料斗可对多台搅拌桶上料操作,降低饲料搅拌生产成本,降低人工上料操作的劳动量,提高饲料搅拌生产效率。

本发明提供了如图1-3所示的自动上料的饲料搅拌机,包括上料斗1、搅拌桶2和上料管3,所述上料斗1的底部连接有气动杆11,所述气动杆11的底部设置有移动轮12。将上料斗1通过移动轮12移动至需要上料操作的搅拌桶2处,上料管3的末端根据搅拌桶2侧边的通孔31通过气动杆11调节提高上料斗1的高度,从而提高上料管3末端的高度,便于将上料管3的末端卡入通孔31内部,对搅拌桶2上料操作。所述上料斗1的底部侧边设置有出料口13,所述上料管3的端部与出料口13的末端相通连接,所述上料管3内部设置有螺旋上料杆32,所述上料管3的末端设置有排料口33,所述搅拌桶2的侧边设置有通孔31,所述通孔31内部通过销轴311安装有挡料板312,所述上料管3的末端通过排料口33与通孔31内部固定卡装,所述搅拌桶2的侧边设置有透视窗14,所述搅拌桶2对应透视窗14通过密封挡板141设置有采样口142。透视窗14对搅拌桶2内部被搅拌的饲料搅拌状况查看,并在需要对搅拌桶2内部的饲料搅拌查看时,提高密封挡板141打开采样口142,采样提取搅拌的饲料。所述搅拌桶2的底部设置有支撑架21,所述搅拌桶2的底部对应搅拌轴23的末端设置有排料延长管231。支撑架21对搅拌桶2的底部支撑固定,需要对搅拌桶2内部搅拌完毕的饲料排出时,通过排料延长管231将饲料排出至盛装容器内部。所述搅拌桶2的侧边设置有进水管24,所述搅拌桶2的底部固定安装有搅拌电机22,所述搅拌桶2内部通过搅拌电机22的输出端连接有搅拌轴23。所述搅拌轴23上设置有搅拌叶片232,所述搅拌叶片232设置有多组,并交错设置在对应通孔31的下方。搅拌电机22运行对搅拌轴23驱动,搅拌轴23通过搅拌叶片232对搅拌桶2内部的饲料与水混合搅拌,搅拌叶片232设置在通孔31的下方,避免搅拌叶片232在转动时将搅拌的饲料迸溅至上料管3内部,造成上料管3堵塞,影响上料的输送。所述搅拌桶2内部对应进水管24的输出端设置有均匀分布板241,所述进水管24的输入端连接有抽取泵242,所述进水管24上设置有流量监测表243。抽取泵242对水源抽取,流量监测表243对进水管24注入搅拌桶2内部的水流量检测,便于对水流量根据饲料投入搅拌桶2内部的量控制,均匀分布板241对进水管24注入的水承接,并均匀分布在搅拌桶2内部。
该自动上料的饲料搅拌机,上料斗1通过移动轮12移动至需要上料操作的搅拌桶2处,上料管3的末端根据搅拌桶2侧边的通孔31通过气动杆11调节提高上料斗1的高度,上料管3的末端通过排料口33卡入搅拌桶2侧边的通孔31内部,螺旋上料杆32运行对上料斗1内部的饲料螺旋输送至排料口33,通过排料口33投入搅拌桶2内部,抽取泵242对水源抽取,流量监测表243对进水管24注入搅拌桶2内部的水流量检测,均匀分布板241对进水管24注入的水承接,并均匀分布在搅拌桶2内部,搅拌电机22运行对搅拌轴23驱动,搅拌轴23通过搅拌叶片232对搅拌桶2内部的饲料与水混合搅拌,搅拌完毕的饲料排出时,通过排料延长管231将饲料排出至盛装容器内部;在上料管3需要移动至另一台搅拌桶处时,上料管3通过排料口33与通孔31拆卸,通孔31内部的挡料板312通过销轴311对通孔31遮挡,避免搅拌桶2内部的饲料迸溅出搅拌桶2,造成饲料浪费不说,污染地面的整洁度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的自动上料的饲料搅拌机,其特征在于:所述上料斗(1)的底部连接有气动杆(11),所述气动杆(11)的底部设置有移动轮(12)。
