Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating insomnia and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The understanding of insomnia by clinical medicine science is limited at present, but clinical doctors begin to define insomnia according to clinical research, and a sleep disorder department of the neurology conference of the Chinese medical society in 2012 sets up a Chinese adult insomnia diagnosis and treatment guideline according to the existing evidence of evidence, wherein insomnia refers to subjective experience of patients on the condition that sleep time and/or quality are not satisfied and daily social functions are affected.
The clinical manifestations of insomnia patients mainly include the following aspects:
1. disorders of the sleep process: difficulty falling asleep, reduced sleep quality and decreased sleep time.
2. Daytime cognitive dysfunction: the memory function is decreased, the attention function is decreased, the planning function is decreased to cause drowsiness in the daytime, the working ability is decreased, and the daytime sleepiness is easy to occur when the work is stopped.
3. Vegetative nerve functional disturbance of the limbic system of the brain and its surroundings: the cardiovascular system is manifested by chest distress, palpitation, unstable blood pressure and peripheral vasoconstriction and expansion disorder; the digestive system is manifested by constipation or diarrhea, and gastric distress and distention; the locomotor system is characterized by muscular tension in the neck and shoulders, headache and lumbago. The emotional control ability is reduced, and the feeling of anger is easy to generate or is not happy; impotence is likely to occur in men, and sexual dysfunction is often seen in women.
4. Other systemic symptoms: short-term endosomal weight loss, immune dysfunction and endocrine dysfunction are likely to occur.
Overall goals of treatment:
(1) improving sleep quality and/or increasing effective sleep time;
(2) the social function is recovered, and the life quality of the patient is improved;
(3) reducing or eliminating the risk of or co-morbidities with somatic diseases associated with insomnia;
(4) avoiding the negative effect brought by the intervention of the drug.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating insomnia.
A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating insomnia comprises the following components: fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae, herba Galii Teneri, and herba Hedyotidis Diffusae.
Fructus Viticis, the name of Chinese medicine. Alias: fructus Vitics Simplicifoliae, Tremella Auricularia, caulis Canarii albi, radix Alangii, and radix Alangii. Is derived from dry mature fruit of Simpleleaf Vitex rotundifolia (L.) DC or Vitex rotundifolia (L.) DC of Verbenaceae. Mainly produced in Shandong, Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces. Pungent and bitter in flavor and slightly cold in nature. It enters lung, bladder and liver meridians. Its main functions are dispelling wind-heat, clearing head and eyes, and eliminating dampness of joints. It is commonly used for headache due to exogenous pathogenic factors, manifested as migraine, dizziness, blurred vision, hyperdacryosis, pain in eyes, swelling and pain of gum, and spasm due to damp arthralgia.
The herba Penthori chinensis is whole plant of caulis Entadae of Verbenaceae. Climbing vine, creeping herb, grows for many years. The perennial wood roots are multi-branched, and the joints are easy to root; the whole plant has short hair in the shape of a tight towel Chinese character xi. Single leaf generation; nearly without a handle; the blade is spoon-shaped, and has a shape of inverted egg-shaped or inverted egg-shaped, with a length of 1-3cm, a width of 0.5-1.5cm, a narrow wedge-shaped base, sharp sawteeth at the middle part of the blade edge, blunt tip or nearly circular shape, and both sides are hairy. Panicle-shaped inflorescence axillary, cylindrical or egg-shaped, with length of 0.5-3cm, width of about 6mm, and length of 1-7 cm; the bract is wide in inverted egg shape and about 3mm wide; calyx membranous substance, about 2mm long; white, pink to purple corolla; stamen 4, which grows in the middle of the spent tube. The fruit is light yellow in color when in real time, is about 1.5mm long, is hidden in calyx, and is split into 2 small nuts when in maturity. The flowering and fruit period is 6-10 months. The functional indications are as follows: clear heat, dispel wind, remove toxicity. It is indicated for abscess, deep-rooted carbuncle, swelling and toxicity, swollen and sore throat, dysentery due to heat, mad dog bite.
Sillimania argentea, another name: the formula comprises the following components of cinnamomum japonicum, pungent pepper flower, white pigeon herb, white hairy root, white sister, allaying hunger herb, majon, silvergrass, stinky snake, tobacco tar flower, convolvulaceae, perennial herb of cinnamomum, a few to most stems, lying or rising, slender and soft hair with sticking growth. The leaves are long and round, oval or spoon-shaped, the tips are blunt and have small short tips, the base is round or gradually narrowed, the two sides are stuck with more or less loose and soft hair, or sometimes the upper part is less to no hair, the middle pulse is obvious at the lower part, the upper part is not obvious, and the two sides of the side pulse are not obvious; the petiole is short to nearly no petiole. The acute toxicity test and the long toxicity test of mice prove that the traditional Chinese medicine has small toxicity to the mice and is safe to apply.
The following effects on sleep time of mouse barbiturate were examined:
72 mice, randomly divided into 6 groups, i.e., the saline control group, example 1 group, comparative examples 1-3 group, and diazepam positive control group, 12 mice per group.
Examples and comparative examples: performing intragastric administration on 10.0g/kg of medicine fine powder, the intragastric administration dose is 5ml/kg, the administration volume is 0.2ml/10g, and performing intragastric administration;
stable positive control group: 1mg/kg of diazepam is given and the stomach is irrigated;
saline control group: the same volume of physiological saline is given and the stomach is irrigated.
After 60 minutes of intragastric administration, 40mg/kg of sodium pentobarbital was administered to each group of mice, and the mice were intraperitoneally injected. The sleep time of the mice was recorded (disappearance of righting reflex as sleep onset time, and disappearance of righting reflex to recovery time as sleep duration time). The results are shown in Table 1.
