本发明公开了一种防皲裂的润肤滋养霜，是属于中药化妆品配制生产技术领域。由所述当归紫草蛇油快速治愈手足干裂滋养霜，松叶地榆牛油柏树精油防皲裂杀菌克螨止痒痛润肤滋养霜，西洋参广地龙白鹅脂油防皮肤干燥粗糙干裂防皱纹润肤滋养霜组成。本品是一种快速滋养皮肤，防止皮肤干燥粗糙、裂口、发炎，有效地杀菌消炎、克螨、止疼、止痒、润肤、滋养、止裂，能营养润肤药效分子能快速渗入皮肤组织，快速愈合干裂创口，并有滋润营养皮肤防皱纹的作用，同时还有防治湿疹、过敏性皮炎等多种皮肤疾病。

防皲裂的润肤滋养霜
技术领域：
本发明公开了一种防皲裂的润肤滋养霜，是属于中药化妆品防皲裂的润肤滋养霜配制生产技术领域。
背景技术：
手足皲裂是一种发生在手指、足趾、掌面、足跟等皮肤处，深浅不等、长短不一的裂隙，重者伴有疼痛。冬季常见，好发于工人、农民、家庭妇女等成年人或鹅掌风患者。其病因多与风寒有关，由寒客血脉、血脉阻滞，肤失濡养，皮肤渐枯渐槁而致。多采用外治法，毋需内治。《诸病源候论》称本病为“皲裂”。《外科启立》称为“皲裂疮”。
发生除与掌跖特殊的生理结构——角质层厚，无毛囊及皮脂腺等内因有关外，与接触多种物质如有机溶剂、酸、碱、有机油等亦有关，同时机体原有的皮肤疾病如湿疹、手足癣、鱼鳞病、掌跖角化症等也可导致本病的发生。正常角质层内约含20%水分，当含水量小于10%时皮肤干燥，韧性降低，易出现皲裂。
临床特点为：①损害为深浅、长短不一的裂口，在皮肤角层厚处更深，甚至出血，常有疼痛。轻度则表现为皮肤干燥有龟裂，二者常同时存在。②惯发于角层厚或经常摩擦的部位，如手指和手掌屈侧，足跟、趾底、趾缝和足侧等处。③常伴发于手足癣、湿疹，或其他遗传性角化性皮肤病。

本发明在于提供一种防皲裂的润肤滋养霜。
本发明的技术解决方案是：

十六-十八混合醇 1—3； 黄芪提取物 2—6；
9022乳化剂 0.7—2.1； 当归 1—3；
乳化剂单硬脂酸甘油酯 0.7—2.1； 紫草 1.5—4.5；
白油 1—3； 忍冬藤 1—3；
油溶氮酮 0.7—2.1； 硼砂 0.5—1.5；
油溶羊毛脂 1—3； 维生素C 0.2—0.6；
蛇油 0.5—1.5； 尿囊素 0.1—0.3；
羟苯丙酯 0.1—0.3； 羟苯甲酯 0.1—0.3；
丙二醇 1—3； 去离子水加至 100；
制备方法：
（1）在混合加热容器甲中，再加入油溶氮酮在混合加热容器乙中，再加入尿囊素；其制备工艺流程如下：首先将十六-十八混合醇、9022乳化剂、单硬脂酸甘油酯、白油、油溶氮酮、羊毛脂、蛇油、羟苯丙酯称重并混放于容器甲内，加热至85-95℃.
（2）另将丙二醇、尿囊素、羟苯甲酯、黄芪、当归、紫草、忍冬藤、维生素C、去离子水称重并混放于容器乙内，加热至85-95℃。
（3）将甲、乙容器中的原料分别经过过滤机过滤之后放入高速乳化剂内高速乳化4—6min，之后再搅拌速度60r/min情况下慢速搅拌，逐渐降温。
（4）当温度降至45℃时，加入适量香精；继续降温，并在40r/min情况下搅拌；当温度降至35℃时停止搅拌，静置24h后包装入库即可。
所述十六-十八混合醇既是润肤剂又是赋形剂。
所述9022、单硬脂酸甘油酯是乳化剂；羊毛脂、白油是润肤剂。
所述氮酮是皮肤快速渗透剂，本配方中选择油溶氮酮。
所述尿囊素既是皮肤保湿剂又是干裂皮肤愈合剂，它的用量不能超过0.5%，否则将有晶体析出。
所述强本甲酯及羟苯丙酯均是防腐剂。羟苯甲酯是水溶性的，而羟苯丙酯是油溶性的。使用时将膏体涂抹于皮肤表面即可。每天早晚各一次，几天后粗糙皮肤可变柔软、细嫩，而干裂的皮肤可在2—3日内快速愈合。
本品有快速滋养皮肤、防止皮肤粗糙、减少皮肤皱纹，愈合手脚皮肤干裂的一种防皲裂的润肤滋养霜，它能使营养润肤原料快速渗透皮肤组织；快速愈合干裂创口；并有润肤滋养皮肤皱纹的作用。

甲：
单硬脂酸甘油酯 3—9； 十六醇 0.3—0.9；
蓖麻油 1—3； 甲基聚硅氧烷 0.03—0.09；
羊毛脂 0.8—2.4； 牛油 1.5—4.5；
柏树精油 0.5—1.5； 香油 0.5—1.5；
乙：
硼砂 0.4—1.2； 银朱 0.3—0.9；
松叶提取物 1—3； 官粉 0.1—0.3；
防腐剂 0.1—0.3； 麝香 0.1—0.3；
香精 0.1—0.3； 抗氧剂 0.1—0.3；
地榆提取物 2—6； 纯化水加至 100；
制备方法：将甲组和乙组分别加热至95℃，在此温度下，边搅拌边将乙组徐徐加入甲组进行乳化，当温度降至45℃以下时加入防腐剂、抗氧剂、香精，搅拌均匀，静置冷却后包装。
本品防皲裂润肤滋润止裂，对牛皮癣、手足叠起硬厚度白皮，干枯燥裂及因螨虫感染引起的皮肤病有较好防治效果。
3、一种防皲裂的润肤滋养霜，其特征是：所述西洋参地龙白鹅脂油防皮肤干燥粗糙干裂防皱纹润肤滋养霜，按下列质量配比组成%
甲：
西洋参提取物 1—3； 霍霍巴油 1—3；
羊毛脂 1—3； 水解胶原蛋白 0.8—2.4；
十六醇 0.8—2.4； 凡士林 1—3；
三十碳烷 1.5—4.5； 单硬脂酸甘油酯 0.8—2.4；
蓖麻油 0.7—2.1； 腊月白鹅的纯净脂肪油 1—3；
乙：
丙二醇 3—9； 锻月石 1—3；
软骨素硫酸钠 0.1—0.3； 对羟基苯甲酸丙酯 0.1—0.3；
广地龙粉 1—3； 香精 0.1—0.3；
珍珠粉 0.2—0.6； 轻粉 0.1—0.3；
甘油 3—9； 纯化水加至 100；
制备方法：
分别将甲组和乙组加热至90℃，使各种组分溶解。在搅拌下将甲组加到乙组中，搅拌，冷却至30℃时加入香精，搅匀即得本品。
本品润肤止裂，治疗皲裂症。膏体柔软光亮，在皮肤上搽用，滑爽而滋润，且芳香持久，加上营养丰富，对提高皮肤张力，防止皮肤干燥、粗糙、干裂、防皱纹产生有显著效果。
