背景技术
海苔是一种常见的海产品,因其味道鲜美,营养价值高,深受广大消费者特别是小朋友的喜爱。现在的海苔产品主要为即食海苔,现有的即食海苔主要是以海苔为原材料,由糖、食用油、食盐、胡椒粉、香菇提取液和酱油调制而成,它的不足之处:口感不好,产品口味单一,不能很好满足小朋友的食用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种口感好的多味海苔的配方。为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:多味海苔的配方,包括如下成份:30-40g紫菜粉、20-25g大米粉、15-20g黑米粉和9-13g调味料。
所述调味料包括如下成份:0.3-0.6g食用油、3.2-3.7g食盐、5-8g白糖、1.3-2.5g胡椒粉和3-4g调味粉。
