Abstract
本发明涉及一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,具体为以下步骤:(1)产蛋前期,当产蛋率达到35%以上时,保持鸡舍环境温度在30‑35℃、相对湿度65‑70%,同时每日早晨需在常规饲料中添加0.1‑0.3倍其质量份数的营养剂A;(2)产蛋中期,当芦花鸡进入产蛋中期即产蛋高峰期,此时,在常规饲料中添加0.1‑0.3倍其质量份数的营养剂B,并将环境温度调整至25‑28℃、45‑55%相对湿度;(3)产蛋后期将鸡舍温度保持在32‑35℃。通过优化芦花鸡产蛋前、中、后期的养殖方法,经过实验,有效延长了芦花鸡产蛋高峰期的持续时间,由现有技术的115天延长至138天以上,效果显著,大大提升了养殖户的经济收益。

背景技术
芦花鸡为我国土生鸡种,产自山东省汶上县。芦花鸡体型椭圆而大,单冠,羽毛黑白相间,公鸡斑纹白色宽于黑色,母鸡斑纹宽狭一致。芦花鸡属蛋肉兼用型鸡种,该鸡体型一致,颈部挺立,稍显高昂,前躯稍窄,背长而平直,后躯宽而丰满,腿较长,尾羽高翘,体形呈“元宝”状。芦花鸡开产日龄150-180天,在农村一般饲养管理条件下,年产蛋130-150个,蛋重45克,蛋壳多为浅褐色。
现有技术中,芦花鸡的产蛋期养殖往往着重于提高芦花鸡的产蛋率,而忽视了延长芦花鸡产蛋中期的时长即产蛋高峰期。尽量延长芦花鸡产蛋中期的持续时间才是降低饲养成本,提高饲养效益的关键。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,具体为以下步骤:
(1)产蛋前期的养殖方法
当产蛋率达到35%以上时,保持鸡舍环境温度在30-35℃、相对湿度65-70%,同时每日早晨需在常规饲料中添加0.1-0.3倍其质量份数的营养剂A;所述营养剂A,按质量份数计,由甘草酸2-5份、酒石酸钠1-2份、氨糖1-2份、辅酶1-2份、碳酸氢钠5-8份、硒蛋氨酸1-2份、肌醇0.5-1份、牛磺酸1-2份、卵磷脂2-4份、银杏提取物5-8份、蛋白粉50-60份、虾壳25-30份、大豆油5-10份均匀混合后制得;使用所述营养剂A,能为芦花鸡提供充足的各类营养成分,有效提高芦花鸡产蛋期的免疫力和心肺功能,使芦花鸡快速进入产蛋期,并保持充沛的精力,对芦花鸡提高产蛋率、加速进入产蛋高峰期并延长产蛋高峰期有显著效果;同时每日清晨饲喂,有效提高所述营养剂A的吸收效率,保证芦花鸡的产蛋率;
(2)产蛋中期养殖方法
当芦花鸡进入产蛋中期即产蛋高峰期,此时,在常规饲料中添加0.1-0.3倍其质量份数的营养剂B,并将环境温度调整至25-28℃、45-55%相对湿度,通过调整环境温度和相对湿度,能有效提高芦花鸡的新陈代谢强度,使芦花鸡产蛋中期得以延长,同时所述营养剂B中的有效成分能促进胃肠道蠕动,增强芦花鸡免疫功能和代谢功能,使其能充分利用转化饲料中营养成分,避免脂肪的堆积造成的产蛋率降低,达到提高饲料利用率、延长产蛋高峰期的的效果;所述营养剂B,具体由如下方法制得:
A按质量份数计,取草珊瑚2-4份、通泉草8-12份、蛇莓4-6份、蟾蜍草15-20份、细叶芹5-8份、黄鹌菜3-5份、蒲公英2-4份洗净后切碎,加水200-250份小火熬煮至体积为原来的二分之一,然后过滤得滤液、滤渣,将所述滤渣加5倍其质量份数的质量分数为72-75%的乙醇溶液回流提取20-25分钟,分离醇提液,回收乙醇得提取液,将所述滤液、提取液合并后静置30-45分钟,取上清液,得植物提取液;

(3)产蛋后期的养殖方法

本发明的有益效果:在芦花鸡产蛋前期使用所述营养剂A,使用所述营养剂A,能为芦花鸡提供充足的各类营养成分,有效提高芦花鸡产蛋期的免疫力和心肺功能,使芦花鸡快速进入产蛋期,并保持充沛的精力,对芦花鸡提高产蛋率、加速进入产蛋高峰期并延长产蛋高峰期有显著效果;同时每日清晨饲喂,有效提高所述营养剂A的吸收效率,保证芦花鸡的产蛋率;在芦花鸡产蛋中期,通过调整环境温度和相对湿度,能有效提高芦花鸡的新陈代谢强度,使芦花鸡产蛋中期得以延长,同时所述营养剂B中的有效成分能促进胃肠道蠕动,增强芦花鸡免疫功能和代谢功能,使其能充分利用转化饲料中营养成分,避免脂肪的堆积造成的产蛋率降低,达到提高饲料利用率、延长产蛋高峰期的的效果。经过实验,使用本发明提供的一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,有效延长了芦花鸡产蛋高峰期的持续时间,由现有技术的115天延长至138天以上,效果显著,大大提升了养殖户的经济收益。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,具体为以下步骤:
(1)产蛋前期的养殖方法
当产蛋率达到35%以上时,保持鸡舍环境温度在30-35℃、相对湿度65-70%,同时每日早晨需在常规饲料中添加0.1倍其质量份数的营养剂A;所述营养剂A,按质量份数计,由甘草酸2份、酒石酸钠1份、氨糖1份、辅酶1份、碳酸氢钠5份、硒蛋氨酸1份、肌醇0.5份、牛磺酸1份、卵磷脂2份、银杏提取物5份、蛋白粉50份、虾壳25份、大豆油5份均匀混合后制得;
(2)产蛋中期养殖方法
当芦花鸡进入产蛋中期即产蛋高峰期,此时,在常规饲料中添加0.1倍其质量份数的营养剂B,并将环境温度调整至25-28℃、45-55%相对湿度;所述营养剂B,具体由如下方法制得:
A按质量份数计,取草珊瑚2份、通泉草8份、蛇莓4份、蟾蜍草15份、细叶芹5份、黄鹌菜3份、蒲公英2份洗净后切碎,加水200份小火熬煮至体积为原来的二分之一,然后过滤得滤液、滤渣,将所述滤渣加5倍其质量份数的质量分数为72-75%的乙醇溶液回流提取20分钟,分离醇提液,回收乙醇得提取液,将所述滤液、提取液合并后静置30分钟,取上清液,得植物提取液;
B将所述植物提取液、赖氨酸、葡萄糖酸锌按质量比1000:5:2混合后,即得所述营养剂B;
(3)产蛋后期的养殖方法
将鸡舍温度保持在32-35℃。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述大豆油,需经过300℃以上高温加热9-12分钟,然后趁热过筛200目处理。
实施例2
一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,具体为以下步骤:
(1)产蛋前期的养殖方法
当产蛋率达到35%以上时,保持鸡舍环境温度在30-35℃、相对湿度65-70%,同时每日早晨需在常规饲料中添加0.3倍其质量份数的营养剂A;所述营养剂A,按质量份数计,由甘草酸5份、酒石酸钠2份、氨糖2份、辅酶2份、碳酸氢钠8份、硒蛋氨酸2份、肌醇1份、牛磺酸2份、卵磷脂4份、银杏提取物8份、蛋白粉60份、虾壳30份、大豆油10份均匀混合后制得;
(2)产蛋中期养殖方法
当芦花鸡进入产蛋中期即产蛋高峰期,此时,在常规饲料中添加0.3倍其质量份数的营养剂B,并将环境温度调整至25-28℃、45-55%相对湿度;所述营养剂B,具体由如下方法制得:
A按质量份数计,取草珊瑚4份、通泉草12份、蛇莓6份、蟾蜍草20份、细叶芹8份、黄鹌菜5份、蒲公英4份洗净后切碎,加水250份小火熬煮至体积为原来的二分之一,然后过滤得滤液、滤渣,将所述滤渣加5倍其质量份数的质量分数为72-75%的乙醇溶液回流提取25分钟,分离醇提液,回收乙醇得提取液,将所述滤液、提取液合并后静置45分钟,取上清液,得植物提取液;
B将所述植物提取液、赖氨酸、葡萄糖酸锌按质量比1000:5:2混合后,即得所述营养剂B;
(3)产蛋后期的养殖方法
将鸡舍温度保持在32-35℃。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述大豆油,需经过300℃以上高温加热9-12分钟,然后趁热过筛200目处理。

一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,具体为以下步骤:

(2)产蛋中期养殖方法
当芦花鸡进入产蛋中期即产蛋高峰期,此时,在常规饲料中添加0.2倍其质量份数的营养剂B,并将环境温度调整至25-28℃、45-55%相对湿度;所述营养剂B,具体由如下方法制得:

(3)产蛋后期的养殖方法
将鸡舍温度保持在32-35℃。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述大豆油,需经过300℃以上高温加热9-12分钟,然后趁热过筛200目处理。

本对比实施例1与实施例1相比,不进行步骤(1)所述操作,除此外的方法步骤均相同。

现有的芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法。
分别使用上述6种方法养进行芦花鸡产蛋期的养殖,统计芦花鸡产蛋高峰期的持续时间,结果如表1:

由表1可知,使用本发明提供的一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,有效延长了芦花鸡产蛋高峰期的持续时间,由现有技术的115天延长至138天以上,效果显著,大大提升了养殖户的经济收益。
Claims (4)
1.一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,其特征在于,具体为以下步骤:
(1)产蛋前期的养殖方法
当产蛋率达到35%以上时,保持鸡舍环境温度在30-35℃、相对湿度65-70%,同时每日早晨需在常规饲料中添加0.1-0.3倍其质量份数的营养剂A;所述营养剂A,按质量份数计,由甘草酸2-5份、酒石酸钠1-2份、氨糖1-2份、辅酶1-2份、碳酸氢钠5-8份、硒蛋氨酸1-2份、肌醇0.5-1份、牛磺酸1-2份、卵磷脂2-4份、银杏提取物5-8份、蛋白粉50-60份、虾壳25-30份、大豆油5-10份均匀混合后制得;
(2)产蛋中期养殖方法
当芦花鸡进入产蛋中期即产蛋高峰期,此时,在常规饲料中添加0.1-0.3倍其质量份数的营养剂B,并将环境温度调整至25-28℃、45-55%相对湿度;所述营养剂B,具体由如下方法制得:
A按质量份数计,取草珊瑚2-4份、通泉草8-12份、蛇莓4-6份、蟾蜍草15-20份、细叶芹5-8份、黄鹌菜3-5份、蒲公英2-4份洗净后切碎,加水200-250份小火熬煮至体积为原来的二分之一,然后过滤得滤液、滤渣,将所述滤渣加5倍其质量份数的质量分数为72-75%的乙醇溶液回流提取20-25分钟,分离醇提液,回收乙醇得提取液,将所述滤液、提取液合并后静置30-45分钟,取上清液,得植物提取液;
B将所述植物提取液、赖氨酸、葡萄糖酸锌按质量比1000:5:2混合后,即得所述营养剂B;
(3)产蛋后期的养殖方法
将鸡舍温度保持在32-35℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,其特征在于: 所述营养剂A,按质量份数计,由甘草酸5份、酒石酸钠2份、氨糖2份、辅酶2份、碳酸氢钠8份、硒蛋氨酸2份、肌醇1份、牛磺酸2份、卵磷脂4份、银杏提取物8份、蛋白粉60份、虾壳30份、大豆油10份均匀混合后制得。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,其特征在于:所述大豆油,需经过300℃以上高温加热9-12分钟,然后趁热过筛200目处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种芦花鸡产蛋期养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述营养剂B,具体由如下方法制得:
A按质量份数计,取草珊瑚3份、通泉草10份、蛇莓5份、蟾蜍草18份、细叶芹7份、黄鹌菜4份、蒲公英3份洗净后切碎,加水220份小火熬煮至体积为原来的二分之一,然后过滤得滤液、滤渣,将所述滤渣加5倍其质量份数的质量分数为72-75%的乙醇溶液回流提取23分钟,分离醇提液,回收乙醇得提取液,将所述滤液、提取液合并后静置40分钟,取上清液,得植物提取液;
B将所述植物提取液、赖氨酸、葡萄糖酸锌按质量比1000:5:2混合后,即得所述营养剂B。
