本发明涉及一种采用燃烧生物质颗粒的茶叶烘干装置,属于茶叶加工设备领域。包括生物质颗粒给料机、燃烧炉、鼓风机、排烟管道、茶叶烘干机、余热回收管道和振动槽,所述生物质颗粒给料机和燃烧炉相连,燃烧炉通过管道连接到茶叶烘干机内,管道上连接有鼓风机和排烟管道,茶叶烘干机通过余热回收管道连接到管道上,茶叶烘干机的底部设有出料口,振动槽安装在出料口下方;本发明采用生物质颗粒燃烧供热烘干,可以提高工效,降低生产成本,且环保无污染。

一种采用燃烧生物质颗粒的茶叶烘干装置
技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种采用燃烧生物质颗粒的茶叶烘干装置。
背景技术
在茶叶生产加工中,茶叶烘干设备大多采用热交换原理,将通过空气加热装置加热的热空气送进茶叶烘干机的烘箱内,与干燥箱内循环输送的湿料茶叶进行热交换,使水份充分汽化和蒸发,同时将湿空气及时抽出烘箱,达到干燥的目的。现有的茶叶烘干机所配的加热装置主要采用材、煤燃烧,而燃烧炉中经常会出现材、煤燃烧不充分、不彻底,从而供热效率低,且产生烟尘多,易对环境造成污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术中缺陷与不足的问题,本发明提出了一种采用燃烧生物质颗粒的茶叶烘干装置,通过生物质颗粒燃烧供热烘干,可以提高工效,降低生产成本,且环保无污染。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种采用燃烧生物质颗粒的茶叶烘干装置,包括生物质颗粒给料机、燃烧炉、鼓风机、排烟管道、茶叶烘干机、余热回收管道和振动槽,所述生物质颗粒给料机和燃烧炉相连,燃烧炉通过管道连接到茶叶烘干机内,管道上连接有鼓风机和排烟管道,茶叶烘干机通过余热回收管道连接到管道上,茶叶烘干机的底部设有出料口,振动槽安装在出料口下方。
进一步的,所述生物质颗粒给料机内设有给料泵和开关控制阀。
进一步的,所述燃烧炉上设有温度显示屏。
进一步的,所述燃烧炉还连接有助燃风机。
进一步的,所述茶叶烘干机包括给料输送机,给料输送机上设有敞口的加料斗,加料斗前方设有匀料齿辊。
进一步的,所述余热回收管道上连接有汽水分离器,汽水分离器上端连接水汽排出管道。
本发明具有如下有益效果:茶叶烘干机上设置敞口的加料斗和匀料辊,加料方便,给料均匀;生物质颗粒给料机内设有给料泵和开关控制阀,可控制给料量的大小,从而配合燃烧炉上的温度显示屏调整温度高低;余热回收管道上设置汽水分离器,可以去除烘干机中排放出热风中的水汽,从而降低了进入烘干机内的热风湿度,提高烘干效果;本发明通过生物质颗粒燃烧机供热,提高了工效,且环保无污染。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图所示:一种采用燃烧生物质颗粒的茶叶烘干装置,包括生物质颗粒给料机1、燃烧炉2、鼓风机3、排烟管道4、茶叶烘干机5、余热回收管道6和振动槽7,所述生物质颗粒给料机1和燃烧炉2相连,燃烧炉2通过管道11连接到茶叶烘干机5内,管道11上连接有鼓风机3和排烟管道4,茶叶烘干机5通过余热回收管道6连接到管道11上,茶叶烘干机5的底部设有出料口,振动槽7安装在出料口下方。
所述生物质颗粒给料机1内设有给料泵和开关控制阀。
所述燃烧炉2上设有温度显示屏21。
所述燃烧炉2还连接有助燃风机。
所述茶叶烘干机5包括给料输送机,给料输送机上设有敞口的加料斗31,加料斗31前方设有匀料齿辊32。
所述余热回收管道6上连接有汽水分离器41,汽水分离器41上端连接水汽排出管道42。
具体的,生物质颗粒给料机1通过给料泵将燃料送入燃烧炉2内,燃烧2炉通电加热燃烧,助燃风机通风助燃,燃烧产生的热气通过鼓风机3将其送入茶叶烘干机5的烘箱内,燃烧中产生的少量烟气通过排烟管道4将其排出。烘干过程中,根据燃烧炉2上的温度显示屏可以读出温度,通过开关控制阀来调节给料量大小,从而改变燃烧炉2的温度。当茶叶烘干机5的烘箱温度一定时,开始上料,茶叶由给料输送机摊匀后输入到烘箱内,在烘箱内循环烘干,烘干后由出料口下方的振动槽7输出。本发明采用生物质颗粒燃烧供热,提高了工效,降低了生产成本。

1.一种采用燃烧生物质颗粒的茶叶烘干装置,其特征在于:包括生物质颗粒给料机、燃烧炉、鼓风机、排烟管道、茶叶烘干机、余热回收管道和振动槽,所述生物质颗粒给料机和燃烧炉相连,燃烧炉通过管道连接到茶叶烘干机内,管道上连接有鼓风机和排烟管道,茶叶烘干机通过余热回收管道连接到管道上,茶叶烘干机的底部设有出料口,振动槽安装在出料口下方。
