Abstract
一种水刺无纺布的生产工艺,包括:水刺,将棉网通过水刺形成无纺布;冷漂,水刺后的无纺布经烘干、浸入助漂剂后进行冷堆处理;水洗,冷漂后的无纺布经水洗去除残留的助漂剂;烘干。本申请公开的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,采用在线冷漂,与现有的漂锅煮漂相比,用水量可减少85%,耗电量降低60%,极大的降低了生产成本,且节能环保;水刺和冷漂步骤连续进行,提高了生产效率,且避免无纺布打卷后锅内煮漂出现漂白不均匀的问题。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种水刺无纺布的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有水刺无纺布的生产工艺时将原棉纤维经过开清、梳理、铺网、水刺、打卷后,再进行脱漂。脱漂工艺是将水刺后打卷的湿无纺布放入漂锅,加入助漂剂,升温105-120度、煮漂4-5小时,然后再经过清洗和烘干。这种工艺耗水多,耗电量高,耗蒸汽量大,不节能不环保且工序多,操作繁杂。水刺步骤和脱漂步骤之间还需要打卷步骤,导致水刺和脱漂步骤不连续,成产效率低。
发明内容
本申请提供一种水刺无纺布的生产工艺,旨在解决现有水刺无纺布生产工艺成本高,不环保的问题。
一种水刺无纺布的生产工艺,包括:
水刺,将棉网通过水刺形成无纺布;
冷漂,水刺后的无纺布通过烘干后、浸入助漂剂后进行冷堆处理;
水洗,冷漂后的无纺布经水洗去除残留的助漂剂;
烘干。
所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其中,所述冷漂步骤中,无纺布浸入助漂剂后进行冷堆处理之前还包括,
打卷,将浸入助漂剂的无纺布打卷,便于进行冷堆处理。
所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其中,所述水洗步骤中还包括,
轧水,将冷堆后的无纺布通过轧车降低水分;
水洗,所述轧水与水洗交替进行多次。
所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其中,所述水刺步骤之前,还包括,
铺网,将经开清、梳理后的原棉纤维铺设成为棉网。
所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其中,所述冷堆工艺中,无纺布需在室温下冷堆2-12小时。
所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其中,所述水洗步骤中,布面张力在0-50N之间,且水洗同时进行三抗整理。
所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其中,所述冷漂工序,助漂剂包括:渗透剂、稳定剂、金属耦合剂;所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧烷烯醚;所述稳定剂包括二价锡盐,蒽醌与DTPA的复配体、膦酸盐、羟基羧酸与锡复配的胶体溶液、氧化锡与有机膦酸,硝酸钠复配的胶体溶液;所述金属偶合剂为膦酸酯类化合物。
本申请所给出的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,脱漂采用冷漂,与现有的漂锅煮漂相比,用水量小,耗电量低,节能环保;水刺和冷漂步骤连续进行,提高了生产效率,且避免打卷的无纺布煮漂时漂白不均匀的问题。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本实施例所给出的水刺无纺布的生产工艺如图1所示,包括以下步骤,
S10、铺网
将经过开清、梳理后的原棉纤维通过铺网机进行铺网,形成棉网。
S20、水刺
将棉网通过高压水帘进行水刺,形成水刺无纺布。
S30、冷漂
将水刺无纺布经冷漂处理。具体地如图2所示,包括:
S31、烘干;
将水刺后的无纺布进行在线烘干处理。
S32、浸入助漂剂;
将烘干后的无纺布浸入助漂剂。无纺布已经过步骤S31的烘干处理,有利于助漂剂的吸收。其中助漂剂包括6.5g/l的非离子渗透剂,6.5g/l的稳定剂,1.3g/l的金属偶合剂,以及15g/l的烧碱、30g/l的双氧水。渗透剂成分为脂肪醇聚氧烷烯醚;稳定剂为二价锡盐,蒽醌与DTPA的复配体、膦酸盐、羟基羧酸与锡复配的胶体溶液、氧化锡与有机膦酸,硝酸钠复配的胶体溶液;金属偶合剂为膦酸酯类化合物。
S33、打卷;
将加入助漂剂的无纺布打卷。
S34、冷堆;
打卷后的无纺布进入冷堆室内,在常温下冷堆2-12小时。
冷漂相比传统工艺的漂锅煮漂用水量少,耗电量低,且节能环保。
S40、水洗;
将冷堆后的无纺布采用60-95℃热水进行喷淋水洗,然后进行轧水及水洗并交替进行多次,洗去残留的助漂剂。
还可以在水洗机内90℃水温下通过转鼓高效水洗,再依次于95℃水温下堆置喷淋水洗11分钟,80℃水温转鼓高效水洗,60℃水温转鼓高效水洗,再中和酸碱度到PH5.5,再通过高效轧车将带液率降至60%并添加功能整理剂(三抗整理,抗酒精、抗血液、抗静水压),整理后的无纺布经轧车轧水至带液率86%。其中,水洗用水量8-12L/kg,吨布用水8-12吨;水洗机转鼓转速为30-60m/min,轧车的轧辊压力为12N/mm,或40N/mm。无纺布克重较低,大部分在30-50g/㎡,小部分50-120g/㎡,为了保证低克重无纺布布面幅宽、纹路等不受水洗过程影响,水洗在低张力条件下进行,即水洗时布面张力在0-50N之间。水洗同时进行三抗整理,满足医用手术服功能要求。
本步骤还可以采用漂锅水洗,将冷堆后的无纺布卷放入漂锅,采用热水内外流交替水洗,再常温水洗1-2次即完成水洗出锅,进行抽湿,抽去布卷内的多余水分,带水率控制在150%以内。
经此工艺生产的无纺布,纤维损伤较低,强力损失低,相比原脱漂工艺,原棉纤维失重率降低1.5%,CIE(国际照明委员会)白度可达到92以上,返黄白度达到85以上,布面无棉仔壳等杂质残留,无表面活性物残留,布面柔软。
S50、烘干;
将步骤S40水洗后的无纺布烘干后打卷贮存。
本申请给出的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,脱漂采用在线冷漂,与现有的漂锅煮漂相比,用水量可减少85%,耗电量降低70%,极大的降低了生产成本,且节能环保;水刺和冷漂步骤连续进行,提高了生产效率,且避免无纺布打卷后煮漂出现漂白不均匀的问题。

1.一种水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括:
水刺,将棉网通过水刺形成无纺布;
冷漂,水刺后的无纺布通过烘干后、浸入助漂剂后进行冷堆处理;
水洗,冷漂后的无纺布经水洗去除残留的助漂剂;
烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述冷漂步骤中,无纺布浸入助漂剂之后,进行冷堆处理之前还包括,
打卷,将浸入助漂剂的无纺布打卷,便于进行冷堆处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述水洗步骤中还包括,
轧水,将冷堆后的无纺布通过轧车降低水分;
所述轧水与水洗交替进行多次。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述水刺步骤之前,还包括,
铺网,将经开清、梳理后的原棉纤维铺设成为棉网。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述冷堆工艺中,无纺布需在室温下冷堆2-12小时。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水刺无纺布的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述水洗步骤中,布面张力在0-50N之间,且水洗同时进行三抗整理。
