Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂及其制备方法。按重量份数计,包括20‑50份线性低密度聚乙烯、6‑32份接枝单体母料、20‑50份增粘剂和0.1‑2份抗氧剂1010。接枝单体母料中,接枝单体为基体树脂的1.0%‑4.0%,引发剂为基体树脂的0.1%‑0.4%。基体树脂由0.5%‑30%的高密度聚乙烯、0.5%‑10%的茂金属聚乙烯和60%‑80%的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物组成。首先通过将基体树脂、接枝单体、引发剂混合,经反应挤出型双螺杆挤出,造粒,制得接枝单体母料。再将线性低密度聚乙烯、接枝单体母料、增粘剂、抗氧剂1010混合,经共混型双螺杆挤出,造粒,制得钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂。本发明配方合理,准确控制工艺条件,获得的聚乙烯胶粘剂粘结力强,稳定性高,综合性能优良。

Description

钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂及其制备方法,属于高分子材料接枝改性技术领域。
背景技术
钢质管道运输已普遍应用于输油、输气、城市管网、煤矿等领域。管道及其构件的外防腐层是管道安全运输中的重要组成部分,外防腐材料发挥着重要作用,关系到应用领域的使用安全和设施使用寿命问题。二层结构聚乙烯防腐层(2PE)、三层结构聚乙烯防腐层(3PE)和双层熔结环氧粉末防腐层技术(DFBE)是近年发展起来较先进的钢质管道防腐技术。其中应用较多的3PE防腐技术,其结构是底层为环氧涂料,中间为胶粘剂,面层为聚乙烯。钢质管道在运输、施工过程中要求涂层对钢质管道有优良的粘结力,防止运行过程中因外力作用而发生粘结失效事故。一旦涂层失去粘结力,潮气将会聚结在钢管与涂层之间,涂层失去防腐功能。因此,胶粘剂是2PE/3PE防腐涂层的关键材料。
现有的中间层聚乙烯胶粘剂存在以下问题:①采用的配方组分过多,工艺单一,导致现有的胶粘剂使用的接枝单体浪费较多,成本高,既不环保也不利于人们身心健康;②接枝率低下且不稳定,影响产品的粘结强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粘结力强、稳定性高和性价比高的钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂,按重量份数计,包括20-50份线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、6-32份接枝单体母料、20-50份增粘剂和0.1-2份抗氧剂,所述的接枝单体母料中,接枝单体的质量为基体树脂的1.0%-4.0%,引发剂的质量为基体树脂的0.1%-0.4%,所述的基体树脂由0.5%-30%的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、0.5%-10%的茂金属聚乙烯和60%-80%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)组成。
钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,将基体树脂、接枝单体、引发剂以150~160r/min的转速于室温下混合2-4min,混合料经反应挤出型双螺杆挤出,螺杆转速为250-300r/min,挤出温度为170-190℃,造粒,制得接枝单体母料,所述的基体树脂由0.5%-30%的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、0.5%-10%的茂金属聚乙烯和60%-80%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)组成,所述的接枝单体的质量为基体树脂的1.0%-4.0%,引发剂的质量为基体树脂的0.1%-0.4%;
步骤2,取20-50份线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、6-32份接枝单体母料、20-50份增粘剂、0.1-2份抗氧剂1010以150-300r/min,于室温下搅拌2-6min,混合均匀的物料经共混型双螺杆挤出,挤出温度为180-200℃,螺杆转速为150-200r/min,造粒,制得钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂。
步骤1中,所述的接枝单体选自马来酸酐(MAH)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、富马酸(FA)和马来酸二丁酯(DBM)中的一种。
步骤1中,所述的引发剂选自过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)或过氧化二特丁烷(DTBP)。
步骤2中,所述的增粘剂选自松香树脂、氢化松香甘油酯或C5石油树脂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)添加EVA和茂金属聚乙烯,制备的钢质管道外防腐用胶粘剂具备良好的力学性能、流平性、耐环境应力开裂性,同时提高接枝率,避免接枝单体的浪费;
(2)加入增粘剂,制备的钢质管道外防腐用胶粘剂与环氧粉末、钢质基体和聚乙烯面层有非常高的粘结强度和优良的力学性能,特别适合大口径钢管及其管件外防腐层的使用;
(3)控制反应温度,大大降低热分解时产生的气味,改善生产环境。
综上所述,本发明通过配方的合理选用,工艺条件的准确控制,获得粘结力强、稳定性高、工艺设备简单、产品环保、性价比高、综合性能优良的聚乙烯胶粘剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例1
1.接枝单体母料的制备
(1)配方:
基体树脂:按重量百分比,由30%高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、60%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和10%的茂金属聚乙烯组成。
接枝单体:马来酸酐(MAH),用量为基体树脂的2.8%。
引发剂:过氧化二异丙苯(DCP),用量为基体树脂的0.28%。
(2)反应挤出工艺:
将基体树脂、接枝单体及引发剂依次加入高速混合机中,控制转速150r/min,在室温下搅拌2-4min,用反应挤出型双螺杆挤出机(SHJ-30型,长径比L/D=52:1)各段温度设定为170-190℃,螺杆转速为300r/min,挤出、拉条、水冷、风刀吹干、切粒、真空干燥,获得接枝单体母料。
2.钢质管道外防腐用胶粘剂的制备
取40份线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、30份接枝单体母料、30份松香树脂、0.2份抗氧剂1010于高速混合机中,控制转速为300r/min,在室温下搅拌2-6分钟,再将混合均匀的物料经共混型双螺杆挤出机(MT-36型),挤出温度设置为180-200℃,螺杆转速为200r/min,挤出造粒,得目标产物钢质管道外防腐用胶粘剂。
3.产品检测结果:密度:0.930g/cm3;熔体流动速率:2.6g/10min;拉伸强度:26MPa;断裂伸长率:1000%;维卡软化点≥100℃;氧化诱导期:24min;剥离强度(与铁粘结,25±5℃,N/cm):125N/cm;剥离强度(与铁粘结,50±5℃,N/cm):100N/cm。
实施例2
1.接枝单体母料的制备
(1)配方:
基体树脂:按重量百分比,由15%高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、80%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和5%的茂金属聚乙烯组成;
接枝单体:丙烯酸(AA),用量为基体树脂的3%;
引发剂:过氧化二特丁烷(DTBP),用量为基体树脂的0.3%。
(2)反应挤出工艺:
将基体树脂、接枝单体及引发剂依次加入高速混合机中,控制转速150r/min,在室温下搅拌2-4分钟,用反应挤出型双螺杆挤出机(SHJ-30型,长径比L/D=52:1)各段温度设定为170-190℃,螺杆转速为300r/min,挤出、拉条、水冷、风刀吹干、切粒、真空干燥。获得接枝单体母料。
2.钢质管道外防腐用胶粘剂的制备
取30份线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、30份接枝单体母料、40份氢化松香甘油酯、0.2份抗氧剂1010于高速混合机中,控制转速为300r/min,在室温下搅拌2-6分钟,再将混合均匀的物料经共混型双螺杆挤出机(MT-36型),挤出温度设置为180-200℃,螺杆转速为200r/min,挤出造粒,得目标产物钢质管道外防腐用胶粘剂。
3.产品检测结果:密度:0.936g/cm3;熔体流动速率:2.4g/10min;拉伸强度:24MPa;断裂伸长率:980%;维卡软化点≥100℃;氧化诱导期:24min;剥离强度(与铁粘结,25±5℃,N/cm):120N/cm;剥离强度(与铁粘结,50±5℃,N/cm):98N/cm。
实施例3
1.接枝单体母料的制备
(1)基体树脂:按重量百分比,由26%高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、70%乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和4%的茂金属聚乙烯组成;
接枝单体:马来酸酐(MAH),用量为基体树脂的4%;
引发剂:过氧化苯甲酰(BPO),用量为基体树脂的0.4%。
(2)反应挤出工艺:
将基体树脂、接枝单体及引发剂依次加入高速混合机中,控制转速150r/min,在室温下搅拌2-4分钟,用反应挤出型双螺杆挤出机(SHJ-30型,长径比L/D=52:1)各段温度设定为170-190℃,螺杆转速为300r/min,挤出、拉条、水冷、风刀吹干、切粒、真空干燥。获得接枝单体母料。
2.钢质管道外防腐用胶粘剂的制备
取28份线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、24份接枝单体母料、48份C5石油树脂、0.15份抗氧剂1010于高速混合机中,控制转速为300r/min,在室温下搅拌2-6分钟,再将混合均匀的物料经共混型双螺杆挤出机(MT-36型),挤出温度设置为180-200℃,螺杆转速为200r/min,挤出造粒,得目标产物钢质管道外防腐用胶粘剂。
3.产品检测结果:密度:0.942g/cm3;熔体流动速率:2.0g/10min;拉伸强度:22MPa;断裂伸长率:980%;维卡软化点≥100℃;氧化诱导期:20min;剥离强度(与铁粘结,25±5℃,N/cm):130N/cm;剥离强度(与铁粘结,50±5℃,N/cm):100N/cm。
以上数据可以看出,本发明的钢制管道外防腐用胶粘剂具备粘结力强、稳定性高、工艺设备简单、产品环保、性价比高、综合力学性能优良,特别适合大口径钢管及其管件外防腐层的使用。

Claims (5)

1.钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括20-50份线性低密度聚乙烯、6-32份接枝单体母料、20-50份增粘剂和0.1-2份抗氧剂1010,所述的接枝单体母料中,接枝单体的质量为基体树脂的1.0%-4.0%,引发剂的质量为基体树脂的0.1%-0.4%,所述的基体树脂由0.5%-30%的高密度聚乙烯、0.5%-10%的茂金属聚乙烯和60%-80%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,将基体树脂、接枝单体、引发剂以150~160r/min的转速于室温下混合2-4min,混合料经反应挤出型双螺杆挤出,螺杆转速为250-300r/min,挤出温度为170-190℃,造粒,制得接枝单体母料,所述的基体树脂由0.5%-30%的高密度聚乙烯、0.5%-10%的茂金属聚乙烯和60%-80%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物组成,所述的接枝单体的质量为基体树脂的1.0%-4.0%,引发剂的质量为基体树脂的0.1%-0.4%;
步骤2,取20-50份线性低密度聚乙烯、6-32份接枝单体母料、20-50份增粘剂、0.1-2份抗氧剂1010以150-300r/min,于室温下搅拌2-6min,混合均匀的物料经共混型双螺杆挤出,挤出温度为180-200℃,螺杆转速为150-200r/min,造粒,制得钢质管道外防腐用聚乙烯胶粘剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述的接枝单体选自马来酸酐、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、富马酸和马来酸二丁酯中的一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中,所述的引发剂选自过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰或过氧化二特丁烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中,所述的增粘剂选自松香树脂、氢化松香甘油酯或C5石油树脂。
