Abstract

本发明提出了一种水果用保鲜薄膜及其制备方法,包括以下重量份数的原料:乙酸丙酸纤维素3~6份、羧甲基纤维素5~10份、聚乙二醇0.4~0.8份、戊二醛1~2份、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.6~1.2份、粘稠剂0.02~0.08份、增塑剂0.04~0.1份及纳米氧化银0.2~0.5份,水85~95份。制备方法:将乙酸丙酸纤维素、羧甲基纤维素及魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于水中,加热至80~90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙二醇、戊二醛、粘稠剂、增塑剂和纳米氧化银,搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。该水果用保鲜薄膜不仅环保,而且能够抑制微生物及水果气体的释放,延长水果的货架期。

水果用保鲜薄膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于保鲜材料技术领域,具体涉及一种水果用保鲜薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
常用的果蔬保鲜方法主要有冷藏保鲜法、气调保鲜法、辐射保鲜法和普通保鲜膜保鲜法等。其中保鲜膜保鲜法是一种成本较低、操作简单、适用性广、性能稳定的果蔬储存保鲜方法,具有较好的市场发展前景。
保鲜膜是一种塑料包装制品,通常以乙烯为母料通过聚合反应制成,主要用于微波炉食品加热、冰箱食物保存、生鲜及熟食包装等场合,在家庭生活、超市卖场、宾馆饭店及工业生产的食品包装领域都有广泛应用。根据所用材料及添加塑化剂不同,保鲜膜分为多种类型,可适用于不同的场合。保鲜膜以其方便、经济、美观的特点受到了人们的青睐。
但是水果与蔬菜的成分差异较大,水果主要含糖分高,含水量高,容易滋生各类细菌,而且水果的呼吸作用更强,水分挥发快,目前保鲜膜保鲜法使用的保鲜膜大多是果蔬保鲜膜,既可以在蔬菜上使用,也可以在水果上使用,对于水果保鲜效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明提出一种水果用保鲜薄膜,该水果用保鲜薄膜不仅环保,而且能够抑制微生物及水果气体的释放,延长水果的货架期。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种水果用保鲜薄膜,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
乙酸丙酸纤维素3~6份、羧甲基纤维素5~10份、聚乙二醇0.4~0.8份、戊二醛1~2份、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.6~1.2份、粘稠剂0.02~0.08份、增塑剂0.04~0.1份及纳米氧化银0.2~0.5份,水85~95份。
优选地,所述增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸二己酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或者酞酸双酯。
优选地,所述粘稠剂选自海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺或者大豆蛋白胶。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种水果用保鲜薄膜的制备方法,将乙酸丙酸纤维素、羧甲基纤维素及魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于水中,加热至80~90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙二醇、戊二醛、粘稠剂、增塑剂和纳米氧化银,搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。
本发明的有益效果:
1、在成膜材料制备过程中添加抑菌剂和防雾剂,水果呼吸作用释放的水分凝集在薄膜表面,可使薄膜表面湿润均匀并形成水膜,从而阻止外界微生物的进入,添加的抑菌剂可抑制微生物的生长,从而延长果蔬的保鲜期,制备工艺简单易行。
2、成膜物质中添加魔芋葡甘聚糖可以提高成膜的透光性,以提高其抑制二氧化碳与乙烯的释放。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种水果用保鲜薄膜,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
乙酸丙酸纤维素5份、羧甲基纤维素8份、聚乙二醇0.6份、戊二醛1.2份、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.8份、海藻酸钠0.04份、邻苯二甲酸二己酯0.04份及纳米氧化银0.2份,水90份。
制备方法:
将乙酸丙酸纤维素、羧甲基纤维素及魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于水中,加热至80℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙二醇、戊二醛、海藻酸钠、邻苯二甲酸二己酯和纳米氧化银,搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。挤出第1~5区的温度分别为115℃、135℃、155℃、175℃、175℃,机头温度为155℃,转速为20r/min。吹膜工艺中原材料的挤出造粒温度为135℃、155℃、165℃、160℃,转速为20r/min;吹膜温度分别为130℃、150℃、175℃、170℃,转速为35r/min。
实施例2
一种水果用保鲜薄膜,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
乙酸丙酸纤维素3份、羧甲基纤维素5份、聚乙二醇0.4份、戊二醛1份、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.6份、瓜尔胶0.02份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯0.06份及纳米氧化银0.3份,水85份。
制备方法:
将乙酸丙酸纤维素、羧甲基纤维素及魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于水中,加热至85℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙二醇、戊二醛、瓜尔胶、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯和纳米氧化银,搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。挤出第1~5区的温度分别为115℃、135℃、155℃、175℃、175℃,机头温度为155℃,转速为20r/min。吹膜工艺中原材料的挤出造粒温度为135℃、155℃、165℃、160℃,转速为20r/min;吹膜温度分别为130℃、150℃、175℃、170℃,转速为35r/min。
实施例3
一种水果用保鲜薄膜,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
乙酸丙酸纤维素6份、羧甲基纤维素9份、聚乙二醇0.7份、戊二醛1.6份、魔芋葡甘聚糖1份、大豆蛋白胶0.08份、酞酸双酯0.08份及纳米氧化银0.5份,水95份。
制备方法:
将乙酸丙酸纤维素、羧甲基纤维素及魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于水中,加热至90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙二醇、戊二醛、大豆蛋白胶、酞酸双酯和纳米氧化银,搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。挤出第1~5区的温度分别为115℃、135℃、155℃、175℃、175℃,机头温度为155℃,转速为20r/min。吹膜工艺中原材料的挤出造粒温度为135℃、155℃、165℃、160℃,转速为20r/min;吹膜温度分别为130℃、150℃、175℃、170℃,转速为35r/min。
实施例4
一种水果用保鲜薄膜,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
乙酸丙酸纤维素4份、羧甲基纤维素10份、聚乙二醇0.8份、戊二醛2份、魔芋葡甘聚糖1.2份、海藻酸钠0.08份、邻苯二甲酸二己酯0.1份及纳米氧化银04份,水95份。
制备方法:
将乙酸丙酸纤维素、羧甲基纤维素及魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于水中,加热至88℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙二醇、戊二醛、海藻酸钠、邻苯二甲酸二己酯和纳米氧化银,搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。挤出第1~5区的温度分别为115℃、135℃、155℃、175℃、175℃,机头温度为155℃,转速为20r/min。吹膜工艺中原材料的挤出造粒温度为135℃、155℃、165℃、160℃,转速为20r/min;吹膜温度分别为130℃、150℃、175℃、170℃,转速为35r/min。
试验例
实施例1~4制备的水果用保鲜薄膜在水果保鲜性能测试,以香蕉、苹果、桔子和火龙果的保鲜为例,分别包裹实施例1~4和对照的保鲜膜,每天观察腐败情况,以及薄膜是否有水气,以市售普通PE保鲜膜做对照,结果如下:

1.一种水果用保鲜薄膜,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,包括以下原料:
乙酸丙酸纤维素3~6份、羧甲基纤维素5~10份、聚乙二醇0.4~0.8份、戊二醛1~2份、魔芋葡甘聚糖0.6~1.2份、粘稠剂0.02~0.08份、增塑剂0.04~0.1份及纳米氧化银0.2~0.5份,水85~95份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水果用保鲜薄膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸二己酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或者酞酸双酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水果用保鲜薄膜,其特征在于,所述粘稠剂选自海藻酸钠、干酪素、瓜尔胶、甲壳胺或者大豆蛋白胶。
4.如权利要求1所述的水果用保鲜薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,将乙酸丙酸纤维素、羧甲基纤维素及魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于水中,加热至80~90℃,搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入聚乙二醇、戊二醛、粘稠剂、增塑剂和纳米氧化银,搅拌得到粘稠的溶胶,倒入双螺杆挤出机中,挤出塑炼,吹膜。
