It should be further explained that the X-axis driving linear module 32 controls the left and right limit positions of the Y-axis driving linear module 33 through corresponding travel switches, and the Y-axis driving linear module 33 controls the front and rear limit positions of the insert gripping assembly 34 through corresponding travel switches.
It should be further explained that the grabbing driving cylinder 342 of the present invention is a vibrating cylinder, and when the mold inserts are sucked by the insert sucking disc 344, the vibrating cylinder moves back and forth twice to prevent the two mold inserts from overlapping together to cause compression molding.
According to the structure design, the insert feeding operation can be automatically and efficiently realized, namely, the insert feeding device has the advantages of novel structure design, high automation degree, high working efficiency and capability of effectively saving labor cost.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the insert positioning mechanism 4 includes an insert positioning plate 41 that is relatively movably mounted on the upper end side of the right fixed mounting plate 12 and is horizontally and transversely arranged, a cylinder mounting frame 42 is mounted on the lower surface of the right fixed mounting plate 12, a rodless cylinder 43 that horizontally and transversely acts is mounted on the cylinder mounting frame 42, a positioning plate connecting block 44 is mounted on the driving end of the rodless cylinder 43, a connecting block moving hole that completely penetrates up and down and extends along the moving direction of the rodless cylinder 43 is formed in the right fixed mounting plate 12 corresponding to the positioning plate connecting block 44, and the upper end of the positioning plate connecting block 44 passes through the connecting block moving hole upwards and is connected with the insert positioning plate 41. The insert positioning plate 41 is provided with two insert placing positions, and after one insert placing position is used for placing a mold insert, the rodless cylinder 43 drives the insert positioning plate 41 to move through the positioning plate connecting block 44 so as to facilitate the next mold insert to be placed at the other insert placing position of the insert positioning plate 41.
In addition, the insert positioning plate 41 of the present invention may be provided with a manipulator sensor for sensing a manipulator, the manipulator sensor senses that the manipulator reaches a signal and sends the signal to the controller 5, and when the manipulator removes two mold inserts placed on the insert positioning plate 41, the controller 5 controls the insert feeding mechanism 2 and the insert grabbing and transferring mechanism 3 to perform actions.

Claims (4)

1. An automatic feeder, characterized in that: the device comprises a frame (1), wherein the upper end part of the frame (1) is provided with a left side fixed mounting plate (11) and a right side fixed mounting plate (12) which are horizontally and transversely arranged respectively, the left side fixed mounting plate (11) is positioned at the left end side of the right side fixed mounting plate (12), the left side fixed mounting plate (11) is positioned below the right side fixed mounting plate (12), the left side fixed mounting plate (11) is provided with an insert feeding mechanism (2), the right side fixed mounting plate (12) is provided with an insert grabbing and transferring mechanism (3), and an insert positioning mechanism (4) positioned beside the insert grabbing and transferring mechanism (3);
the insert feeding mechanism (2) comprises a feeding movable rotary table (21) which is arranged on the upper end side of a left fixed mounting plate (11) in a relatively intermittent rotating manner, a feeding driving motor (22) and a divider (23) positioned beside the feeding driving motor (22) are arranged on the lower surface of the left fixed mounting plate (11), a power output shaft of the feeding driving motor (22) is in driving connection with a power input shaft of the divider (23), and a power output shaft of the divider (23) is connected with the middle position of the feeding movable rotary table (21); four insert placement baskets (24) which are circumferentially and uniformly distributed at intervals are arranged on the upper surface of the feeding movable turntable (21), each insert placement basket (24) comprises placement basket bottom plates (241) which are screwed on the upper surface of the feeding movable turntable (21), each placement basket bottom plate (241) is respectively screwed with an insert positioning rod (242) which is distributed at intervals along the edge of an insert and vertically extends upwards, bottom plate through holes which completely penetrate up and down are respectively formed in the middle position of each placement basket bottom plate (241), turntable through holes which completely penetrate up and down are respectively formed in the bottom plate through holes of each placement basket bottom plate (241) corresponding to the feeding movable turntable (21), and each turntable through hole is respectively aligned up and down with the bottom plate through holes of the placement basket bottom plate (241) at the corresponding position; the insert feeding mechanism (2) further comprises an insert jacking component (25) positioned below the insert grabbing position of the insert grabbing and conveying mechanism (3), the insert jacking component (25) comprises insert jacking rods (251) which are vertically arranged and can move up and down relative to the left fixed mounting plate (11), the left fixed mounting plate (11) is provided with mounting plate through holes which penetrate through the insert jacking rods (251) completely up and down, the left fixed mounting plate (11) is provided with an insert jacking driving mechanism corresponding to the insert jacking rods (251), and the insert jacking driving mechanism is in driving connection with the insert jacking rods (251);
the insert grabbing and transferring mechanism (3) comprises a grabbing and transferring mounting frame (31) which is screwed on the upper surface of the right fixed mounting plate (12), an X-axis driving linear module (32) which horizontally moves along the left-right direction is arranged at the upper end part of the grabbing and transferring mounting frame (31), a Y-axis driving linear module (33) which horizontally moves along the front-back direction is arranged at the driving end of the X-axis driving linear module (32), and an insert grabbing component (34) is arranged at the driving end of the Y-axis driving linear module (33);
the rack (1) is provided with a controller (5) electrically connected with an external power supply, and a feeding driving motor (22), an insert jacking driving mechanism, an X-axis driving linear module (32), a Y-axis driving linear module (33) and an insert grabbing assembly (34) are respectively electrically connected with the controller (5);
the X-axis driving linear module (32) comprises an X-axis driving installation frame (321) arranged at the upper end part of the grabbing and transferring installation frame (31), the X-axis driving installation frame (321) is provided with an X-axis driving motor (322) electrically connected with the controller (5) and an X-axis driving screw rod (323) horizontally extending along the left-right direction, and a power output shaft of the X-axis driving motor is in driving connection with the X-axis driving screw rod (323); the Y-axis driving linear module (33) comprises a Y-axis driving installation frame (331), wherein the Y-axis driving installation frame (331) is provided with an X-axis screw nut (324) corresponding to the X-axis driving screw (323), the X-axis screw nut (324) is matched with the X-axis driving screw (323), the Y-axis driving installation frame (331) is provided with a Y-axis driving motor (332) electrically connected with the controller (5), and a Y-axis driving screw (333) horizontally extending along the front-back direction, and the Y-axis driving motor (332) is in driving connection with the Y-axis driving screw (333); the insert grabbing assembly (34) comprises an insert grabbing installation frame (341), wherein the Y-axis screw rod nut (334) is arranged on the insert grabbing installation frame (341) corresponding to the Y-axis driving screw rod (333), and the Y-axis screw rod nut (334) is matched with the Y-axis driving screw rod (333); the insert grabbing mounting frame (341) is provided with a grabbing driving air cylinder (342) which moves up and down and is electrically connected with the controller (5), the outer extending end part of a piston rod of the grabbing driving air cylinder (342) is provided with a sucker mounting frame (343), and the lower end part of the sucker mounting frame (343) is provided with an insert sucker (344);
