本发明公开了一种多功能皮带切块机,包括底座和左支撑柱,所述底座上设置有右支撑柱与T型滑槽,所述右支撑柱焊接于底座上方右侧,右支撑柱上设置有用于传动的第一转轴、定位尺与第一电机,所述T型滑槽开设于底座上方左侧,T型滑槽上螺栓连接有螺纹传动座,所述左支撑柱上设置有用于传动的T型滑块、第二转轴、第二电机与传动螺杆,所述T型滑块焊接于左支撑柱底部,且T型滑块穿设于T型滑槽内,所述第二转轴通过轴承过盈连接于左支撑柱上方,所述第二电机通过螺栓安装固定于左支撑柱上方前端,所述传动螺杆通过转轴连接于左支撑柱左端下方。本发明可对矿井废旧皮带进行切割加工,提高了废旧皮带的利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能皮带切块机,属于废旧皮带加工设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着矿井延伸,矿井产生的废旧皮带越来越多,如不能及时正确的运用到生产中,对于在库皮带储备、能源消耗上,都是一个极大的浪费,目前对废旧皮带进行加工时,只限于人工刀割,不仅劳动强度大,加工数量少,而且还非常危险,造成破皮工伤,是经常的事,很难满足生产和工作的需要,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能皮带切块机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:一种多功能皮带切块机,包括底座和左支撑柱,所述底座上设置有右支撑柱与T型滑槽,所述右支撑柱焊接于底座上方右侧,右支撑柱上设置有用于传动的第一转轴、定位尺与第一电机,所述第一转轴通过轴承过盈连接于右支撑柱上方,第一转轴后端通过螺栓连接有转轮,所述定位尺焊接于右支撑柱上方左侧,定位尺上设置有用于传动的滑槽、刻度线与锁槽,所述滑槽开设于定位尺上方,滑槽内穿设有定位板,所述刻度线雕刻于滑槽上方左侧,所述锁槽开设于定位尺左端,锁槽内穿设有紧定螺栓,所述紧定螺栓与定位板螺纹连接,所述第一电机通过螺栓安装固定于右支撑柱上方前端,第一电机与第一转轴键连接,所述T型滑槽开设于底座上方左侧,T型滑槽上螺栓连接有螺纹传动座,所述左支撑柱上设置有用于传动的T型滑块、第二转轴、第二电机与传动螺杆,所述T型滑块焊接于左支撑柱底部,且T型滑块穿设于T型滑槽内,所述第二转轴通过轴承过盈连接于左支撑柱上方,第二转轴后端通过螺栓连接有圆刀片,所述第二电机通过螺栓安装固定于左支撑柱上方前端,第二电机与第二转轴键连接,所述传动螺杆通过转轴连接于左支撑柱左端下方,传动螺杆末端焊接有手轮,且传动螺杆与螺纹传动座螺纹连接。
优选的,所述转轮中间开设有过刀槽。
优选的,所述圆刀片与转轮上的过刀槽的尺寸位置相对称。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明第一电机通过螺栓安装固定于右支撑柱上方前端,第一电机与第一转轴键连接,可轻松带动第一转轴进行旋转;第一转轴后端通过螺栓连接有转轮,可轻松带动转轮进行旋转;滑槽开设于定位尺上方,且滑槽内穿设有定位板,可轻松调节、确定废旧皮带的切割尺寸;锁槽内穿设有紧定螺栓,且紧定螺栓与定位板螺纹连接,可轻松对定位板进行锁定;T型滑块焊接于左支撑柱底部,且T型滑块穿设于T型滑槽内,可将左支撑柱滑动连接于底座上;第二转轴后端通过螺栓连接有圆刀片,可在第二电机的作用下轻松带动圆刀片旋转;传动螺杆通过转轴连接于左支撑柱左端下方,且传动螺杆与螺纹传动座螺纹连接,可轻松带动左支撑柱顺着T型滑槽左右滑动。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的阐述。
如图1-5所示,一种多功能皮带切块机,包括底座1和左支撑柱2,底座1上设置有右支撑柱3与T型滑槽4,右支撑柱3焊接于底座1上方右侧,右支撑柱3上设置有用于传动的第一转轴5、定位尺6与第一电机7,第一转轴5通过轴承过盈连接于右支撑柱3上方,第一转轴5后端通过螺栓连接有转轮8,定位尺6焊接于右支撑柱3上方左侧,定位尺6上设置有用于传动的滑槽10、刻度线11与锁槽12,滑槽10开设于定位尺6上方,滑槽10内穿设有定位板13,刻度线11雕刻于滑槽10上方左侧,锁槽12开设于定位尺6左端,锁槽12内穿设有紧定螺栓14,紧定螺栓14与定位板13螺纹连接,第一电机7通过螺栓安装固定于右支撑柱3上方前端,第一电机7与第一转轴5键连接,T型滑槽4开设于底座1上方左侧,T型滑槽4上螺栓连接有螺纹传动座9,左支撑柱2上设置有用于传动的T型滑块15、第二转轴16、第二电机17与传动螺杆19,T型滑块15焊接于左支撑柱2底部,且T型滑块15穿设于T型滑槽4内,第二转轴16通过轴承过盈连接于左支撑柱2上方,第二转轴16后端通过螺栓连接有圆刀片18,第二电机17通过螺栓安装固定于左支撑柱2上方前端,第二电机17与第二转轴16键连接,传动螺杆19通过转轴连接于左支撑柱2左端下方,传动螺杆19末端焊接有手轮20,且传动螺杆19与螺纹传动座9螺纹连接。
具体使用方式:进行废旧皮带加工时,根据加工要求,推拉定位板13顺着滑槽10前后滑动,并根据刻度线11来精确调节皮带切割的规格尺寸,调节完毕后旋转紧定螺栓14将定位板13锁死固定在滑槽10内;将废旧皮带放置在定位尺6上,并将前端抵触在定位板13上;接通电源,同时启动第一电机7与第二电机17,第一电机7启动带动第一转轴5上的转轮8进行旋转,第二电机17启动带动第二转轴16上的圆刀片18进行旋转,随后旋转手轮20带动传动螺杆19旋转,传动螺杆19旋转顺着螺纹传动座9带动左支撑柱2向右滑动,左支撑柱2向右滑动带动圆刀片18对废旧皮带进行切割。

1.一种多功能皮带切块机,包括底座(1)和左支撑柱(2),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上设置有右支撑柱(3)与T型滑槽(4),所述右支撑柱(3)焊接于底座(1)上方右侧,右支撑柱(3)上设置有用于传动的第一转轴(5)、定位尺(6)与第一电机(7),所述第一转轴(5)通过轴承过盈连接于右支撑柱(3)上方,第一转轴(5)后端通过螺栓连接有转轮(8),所述定位尺(6)焊接于右支撑柱(3)上方左侧,定位尺(6)上设置有用于传动的滑槽(10)、刻度线(11)与锁槽(12),所述滑槽(10)开设于定位尺(6)上方,滑槽(10)内穿设有定位板(13),所述刻度线(11)雕刻于滑槽(10)上方左侧,所述锁槽(12)开设于定位尺(6)左端,锁槽(12)内穿设有紧定螺栓(14),所述紧定螺栓(14)与定位板(13)螺纹连接,所述第一电机(7)通过螺栓安装固定于右支撑柱(3)上方前端,第一电机(7)与第一转轴(5)键连接,所述T型滑槽(4)开设于底座(1)上方左侧,T型滑槽(4)上螺栓连接有螺纹传动座(9),所述左支撑柱(2)上设置有用于传动的T型滑块(15)、第二转轴(16)、第二电机(17)与传动螺杆(19),所述T型滑块(15)焊接于左支撑柱(2)底部,且T型滑块(15)穿设于T型滑槽(4)内,所述第二转轴(16)通过轴承过盈连接于左支撑柱(2)上方,第二转轴(16)后端通过螺栓连接有圆刀片(18),所述第二电机(17)通过螺栓安装固定于左支撑柱(2)上方前端,第二电机(17)与第二转轴(16)键连接,所述传动螺杆(19)通过转轴连接于左支撑柱(2)左端下方,传动螺杆(19)末端焊接有手轮(20),且传动螺杆(19)与螺纹传动座(9)螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能皮带切块机,其特征在于:所述转轮(8)中间开设有过刀槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能皮带切块机,其特征在于:所述圆刀片(18)与转轮(8)上的过刀槽的尺寸位置相对称。
