Abstract
本发明公开了一种物料粉碎罐,罐体内设粉碎腔,包括带叶铲的转轴,沿轴转向,罐体分为筛网区、转运区和粉碎区,分别设有振动筛网、转运链和粉碎机;叶铲将从罐体顶部入口进入的物料,从筛网区铲至转运区后,由转运链运输进粉碎机;叶铲将粉碎后的物料由粉碎区铲至筛网区,从筛网区底部的出口排出。通过多层粉碎腔,实现多级筛选和多级粉碎,由上至下的粉碎区,将物料分级,分级后的物料再进行分级粉碎;通过封闭的罐体,降低了运输、粉碎、筛选产生的粉尘、噪音等污染;相互间隔的筛网区、转运区和粉碎区形成内循环,避免物料混乱重复做工。其结构简单,使用方便,环保节能,物料一次粉碎成型,具有很强的适用性和广泛的适用性。

本发明涉及一种粉碎机,具体涉及一种物料粉碎罐。
背景技术
常见的物料粉碎、筛选、转运和装袋的工艺,需要使用相互独立的机器设备,并占用一定的厂房空间。且物料在设备之间转运,经常会造成泄露,污染环境的同时,降低了物料的收获率,且对于环境污染的后处理较为麻烦。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保节能,一次粉碎成型的物料粉碎罐。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种物料粉碎罐,罐体内设粉碎腔,包括带叶铲的转轴,沿轴转向,罐体分为筛网区、转运区和粉碎区,分别设有振动筛网、转运链和粉碎机;
叶铲将从罐体顶部入口进入的物料,从筛网区铲至转运区后,由转运链运输进粉碎机;
叶铲将粉碎后的物料由粉碎区铲至筛网区,从筛网区底部的出口排出。
上述转运链的链型为曲线。
上述筛网区、转运区和粉碎区的上端相互间隔,下端相互贯通。
上述罐体内设若干层粉碎腔,物料从上层的筛网区排入下层的粉碎腔。
进一步的,上述若干层的筛网区由上至下,依次连通,由筛网间隔。
进一步的,上述若干层的筛网,由上至下,目数依次增大。
本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明的一种物料粉碎罐,通过多层粉碎腔,实现多级筛选和多级粉碎,根据颗粒大小的不同,各级粉碎机设置不同的功率和转速,提高粉碎的效率;通过由上至下的粉碎区,可将合适的颗粒大小的物料,初步分级,分级后的物料再进行分级粉碎;通过封闭的罐体,降低了运输、粉碎、筛选产生的粉尘、噪音等污染;进一步,通过粉碎腔内相互间隔的筛网区、转运区和粉碎区,形成内循环,避免的各区之间的物料混乱,重复做工。
本发明的一种物料粉碎罐,其结构简单,使用方便,环保节能,物料一次粉碎成型,精细度高,具有很强的适用性和广泛的适用性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
一种物料粉碎罐,罐体1内由上至下设置若2层相互间隔的粉碎腔。
粉碎腔内设有带叶铲7的转轴,沿轴转向,分为筛网区4、转运区5和粉碎区6,分别设有振动筛网8、转运链10和粉碎机9;由上至下,筛网的目数依次增大。
使用时,
物料从罐体1顶部的入口2进入,投入上层筛网区4,振动筛网8对物料进行第一次振动筛选,筛出的物料落入下层筛网区4,由下层振动筛网8对物料进行第二次振动筛选,筛选出的物料直接由底部的出口3排出。
上层粉碎腔内,叶铲7将未筛出的物料铲至转运区5,由转运链10运输进入粉碎机9,上层粉碎机9设置为慢速,大功率;排出的粉碎物料,由叶铲7铲至筛网区4和新投入的物料一起,再经振动后筛选进入下层粉碎腔内,未筛出的物料在上层粉碎腔内循环粉碎。
落入下层的物料,一部分经过下层振动筛网8筛选后,从底部的出口3排出,另一部分同上层粉碎腔,循环粉碎,至全部由下层振动筛网8筛选合格。下层粉碎机9设置为快速。
实际使用时,可根据需求,设置多层粉碎腔,物料的精细可通过筛网的目数设置。

1.一种物料粉碎罐,其特征在于,罐体内设粉碎腔,包括带叶铲的转轴,沿轴转向,罐体分为筛网区、转运区和粉碎区,分别设有振动筛网、转运链和粉碎机;
叶铲将从罐体顶部入口进入的物料,从筛网区铲至转运区后,由转运链运输进粉碎机;
叶铲将粉碎后的物料由粉碎区铲至筛网区,从筛网区底部的出口排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料粉碎罐,其特征在于,所述转运链的链型为曲线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料粉碎罐,其特征在于,所述筛网区、转运区和粉碎区的上端相互间隔,下端相互贯通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料粉碎罐,其特征在于,所述罐体内设若干层粉碎腔,物料从上层的筛网区排入下层的粉碎腔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种物料粉碎罐,其特征在于,所述若干层的筛网区由上至下,依次连通,由筛网间隔。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种物料粉碎罐,其特征在于,所述若干层的筛网,由上至下,目数依次增大。
