Description

Synergistic pesticide composition containing chenopodium ambrosioides essential oil and application thereof
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a synergistic pesticide composition containing chenopodium ambrosioides essential oil and application thereof.
Background
Tea geometrid (Ectropis obliqua Prout) belongs to Lepidoptera and family of Bombycidae, and is one of the most common and serious pests in tea gardens. Currently, the control of this insect relies primarily on chemical and biological control. Because a great amount of chemical pesticide is used for preventing and controlling the tea geometrid, the resistance of the tea geometrid to the chemical pesticide is gradually increased, the environment is polluted, the natural enemies of a tea garden are greatly reduced, and the like, so that the ecological balance is damaged. Meanwhile, the long-term residue accumulation of the pesticide causes the food safety problem of the tea leaves and the human health problem.
At present, when different chemical components are matched with different plant essential oils for use, the effective components contained in the plant essential oils may show synergistic action, and the use concentration of chemical pesticides can be reduced to a certain extent. Meanwhile, as a plurality of components act on pests synergistically, the action mechanism is complex, and the pests are not easy to generate drug resistance. Thus, plant essential oils not only become one of the important sources of pesticides, but also have the potential to act as synergists for chemical pesticides. Some researches show that some plant secondary biomass has obvious synergistic effect on pesticides. The ethanol extracts of the plants such as pepper, artemisia pigweed, pseudoforsythia and the like and the tea saponin have obvious synergistic effect on the insecticidal activity of Bt (Mohan & Gujar.2003; Sayyed & Wright, 2004; Li et al, 2006); sophora alopecuroides extract, fennel oil chemical components, myristicin and the like can improve the efficacy of organic phosphorus (Lieben et al, 2006; Zhao Jian Wei et al, 2007); the plant essential oils of pepper, mugwort, masson pine needle, juniper, yellow wormwood, etc. can improve the penetration of fipronil, abamectin and chlorpyrifos to the epidermis of diamondback moth larvae (sun-Hongxia, 2008).
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention selects the essential volatile oil of tea plant pest tea geometrid and chenopodiaceae plant chenopodium ambrosioides as a research object, develops a synergistic composition to reduce the usage amount of chemical pesticides in a tea garden, provides a certain theoretical basis for the development of green prevention and control technology of the tea garden, and ensures the safe production of tea products.

The pesticide composition of the invention is in the form of missible oil, aqueous emulsion and the like.
The pesticide composition provided by the invention is used for preventing and controlling tea geometrid.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) as known from a large number of indoor and field pesticide effect tests, the effect of the pesticide composition is not simple superposition of the activities of all components, but shows obvious synergistic effect.
(2) The pesticide composition can be prepared into preparations of different formulations such as missible oil, aqueous emulsion and the like, each preparation has good safety to crops, meets the safety requirement of pesticide preparations, and is suitable for popularization and application.
(3) The pesticide composition can effectively prevent and control tea geometrid and is safe to tea trees; and can reduce the dosage and slow down the generation of drug resistance.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Experiment one: determination of contact toxicity activity of chenopodium ambrosioides essential oil and bifenthrin compounded and paired tea geometrid
Test insects: 3-instar larvae of tea geometrid collected from field
Test reagents: chenopodium ambrosioides essential oil: cleaning herba Chenopodii, cutting into pieces, air drying, cutting into small segments, distilling in steam distiller to extract volatile oil, and storing the obtained herba Chenopodii essential oil. Bifenthrin raw material: purchased from the market.
The test method comprises the following steps: micro-dropping method is adopted. Dripping 5 μ l medicinal liquid on the forebreast back plate of the test insect with 5 μ l microsyringe, treating 20 head insect, repeating for 4 times, feeding fresh folium Camelliae sinensis in artificial climate box, treating with distilled water, checking the result 7d after treatment, and calculating LC50 value.
The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was calculated according to the Sun cloud Peter method. When CTC is less than 80, the composition is antagonistic, when CTC is less than 80, the composition is additive, and when CTC is less than 120, the composition is synergistic.
Measured virulence index (ATI) ═ standard agent EC 50/test agent EC50 x 100
Theoretical virulence index (TTI) ═ A agent virulence index x percent of A in the mixture + B agent virulence index x percent of B in the mixture
Co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) ═ measured toxicity index (ATI) of the mixture/Theoretical Toxicity Index (TTI) of the mixture x 100
