本发明提供一种用于防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫的生物组合物,所述的组合物为白僵菌、鱼藤酮乳油、松节油;所述的组合物的溶液组分的质量比为80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂0.5%‑1%,2.5%鱼藤酮乳油500倍液、30%松节油700倍液,余量为水。该生物组合物能在自然界降解,不污染环境及作物,高效、无毒、无残留、成本低,对害虫天敌较安全,并有增产效果。

一种用于防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫的生物组合物
技术领域
本发明属于农产品病虫害防治技术领域,具体涉及一种用于防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫的生物组合物。
背景技术
瓜蓟马是瓜类和茄果类蔬菜的主要害虫之一,常年严重危害蔬菜作物。瓜蓟马的成虫和若虫吸食植株生长顶心、心叶、嫩梢、嫩芽及花蕾和幼果的汁液,被害株生长缓慢,节间缩短,节间丛生出的幼芽也受害萎缩变硬,茸毛呈褐色或黑褐色。受害叶片向正面卷缩,像猫耳朵,有的似小勺;受害的心叶不能展开。幼蕾受害后不能开花。幼瓜果受害后出现畸形而脱落。植株受害后,形成无顶心、丛生、不正常腋芽的棵,对产量和品质影响极大。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种用于防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫的生物组合物,其特征在于:所述的组合物为白僵菌、鱼藤酮乳油、松节油。所述的组合物的溶液组分的质量比为80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂0.5%-1%,2.5%鱼藤酮乳油500倍液、30%松节油700倍液,余量为水。
作为本发明的一种改进,组合物的溶液还有0.1%-0.2%的洗衣粉。
本发明的有益效果是白僵菌可以侵入6个目15科200多种昆虫、螨类的虫体内大量繁殖,同时产生白僵素(非核糖体多肽类毒素)、卵孢霉素(苯醌类毒素)和草酸钙结晶,这些物质可引起昆虫中毒,打乱新陈代谢以致死亡。对瓜蓟马的防治有很明显的效果,能够有效控制瓜蓟马的发生与为害。本发明加入鱼藤酮混用,分别在雨季和旱季防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫害。本发明加入松节油混用,有效趋避瓜蓟马成虫产卵,24小时后趋避效果为95.13%本发明在溶液中加入了少量洗衣粉作为粘结剂,更加有利于白僵菌附着在瓜蓟马虫体上,同时有利于其他生物成分附着在瓜果蔬菜的叶子上。
该生物组合物能在自然界降解,不污染环境及作物,高效、无毒、无残留、成本低,对害虫天敌较安全,并有增产效果。
具体实施方式
1.白僵菌在不同环境条件下对瓜蓟马的防效:
在早春降雨偏多,气候适宜,有利白僵菌的繁殖,设置活孢子80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂400克/720平方米兑水至55公斤防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫和空白对照两个处理,每处理三次重复,实验面积300平方米。试验示范显示白僵菌防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫,7天后防治效果为81.7%。
2.研究白僵菌在不适宜环境条件下对瓜蓟马的防效:
在秋季,天气干燥,白天气温高,早晚温差大,不理白僵菌繁殖。设置活孢子80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂400克/720平方米兑水至55公斤防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫和空白对照两个处理,每处理三次重复,实验面积300平方米。试验示范显示白僵菌防治瓜蓟吗,7天后防效为52.4%。
3.2.5%鱼藤酮乳油500倍液对瓜蓟马的防效:
设置2.5%鱼藤酮乳油500倍液防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫和空白对照两个处理,每处理三次重复,实验面积300平方米。试验示范显示2.5%鱼藤酮乳油500倍液防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫,其7天后防效为84.7%。
4.30%松节油700倍液对瓜蓟马的防效:
设置30%松节油700倍液防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫和空白对照两个处理,每处理三次重复,实验面积300平方米。试验示范显示30%松节油700倍液防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫,其7天后防效为83.2%。
5.白僵菌与鱼藤酮加入松节油后相容性测定。将含活孢子80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂不稀释、稀释2倍、稀释4倍,分别加入到2.5%鱼藤酮乳油500倍液中,再加入适量的营养液及700倍液松节油,27度下放置24小时,测各浓度白僵菌孢子萌发率,分别为86.4%、88.5%、90.1%,经测定无显著差异。
6.白僵菌加入鱼藤酮及松节油的增效作用:
每720平方米用活孢子80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂400克加2.5%鱼藤酮乳油120毫升及3公斤松节油,分别在春季和秋季放置瓜蓟马,其7天后效果分别为95.7%和93.2%。
下面是白僵菌加入鱼藤酮及松节油后的实施例:
实施例1,防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫,2017年8月2日防治前瓜蓟马虫量平均达367只,瓜蓟马虫大发生。8月2日每720平方米用活孢子80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂400克加2.5%鱼藤酮乳油100毫升及3公斤松节油,兑水55公斤,于瓜果蔬菜叶面喷雾,8月9日瓜蓟马虫量26只,防治效果为92.9%。
实施例2,防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫,2017年8月2日防治前瓜蓟马虫量达平均315只,瓜蓟马虫大发生。8月2日每720平方米用活孢子80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂400克加2.5%鱼藤酮乳油100毫升及3公斤松节油,另加14克洗衣粉,兑水55公斤,于瓜果蔬菜叶面喷雾,8月9日瓜蓟马虫量10只,防治效果为96.8%。
实施例3,蔬菜大棚内防治瓜蓟马虫,2017年8月10日防治前瓜蓟马虫量达到472只,瓜蓟马虫大发生。8月10日每720平方米用活孢子80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂350克加2.5%鱼藤酮乳油180毫升及2.5公斤松节油,兑水55公斤,于瓜果蔬菜叶面喷雾,8月17日瓜蓟马虫量31只,防治效果为93.4%。
实施例4,蔬菜大棚内防治瓜蓟马虫,2017年8月10日防治前瓜蓟马虫量达到483只,瓜蓟马虫大发生。8月10日每720平方米用活孢子80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂350克加2.5%鱼藤酮乳油180毫升及2.5公斤松节油,另加7克洗衣粉,兑水55公斤,于瓜果蔬菜叶面喷雾,8月17日瓜蓟马虫量22只,防治效果为95.4%。

1.一种用于防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫的生物组合物,其特征在于:所述的组合物为白僵菌、鱼藤酮乳油、松节油;所述的组合物的溶液组分的质量比为80亿/克白僵菌可湿性粉剂0.5%-1%,2.5%鱼藤酮乳油500倍液、30%松节油700倍液,余量为水。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种用于防治瓜果蔬菜瓜蓟马虫的生物组合物,其特征在于:所述的组合物的溶液还有0.1%-0.2%的洗衣粉。
