In sweet potato field production, ridging, nest digging, fixed-distance water injection, drug injection and seedling transplanting are very important measures for high yield of sweet potatoes. At present, sweet potato planting is mechanically ridged, then a person measures the seedling inserting distance, a person uses small iron to make a pit, a person uses a bucket to lift water and irrigate the pit, a person uses the bucket to dispense medicines and irrigate medicines, the working procedure is complicated, the time is long, the labor intensity is high, the working efficiency is low, and the worker can bend down for a long time to affect the body health; the manual planting distance is not accurate enough, and the uniformity cannot be controlled; soil moisture is made by manual water injection, and labor is wasted due to repeated labor. The invention comprises a water tank, a water guide pipe, a nest making device, a frame and fixed-distance wheels; the fixed-distance wheels are arranged below the frame through an axle, the water tank is fixed above the frame, the bottom end of the water tank is connected with a plastic hose, and the other end of the plastic hose is connected with a water guide pipe; the water guide pipe is a steel pipe with the diameter of 80-100mm and the two ends of the steel pipe are sealed, the water guide pipe is arranged on a bearing through a connecting rod, a frame supporting leg is arranged below a frame in front of a fixed-distance wheel, the steel pipe is arranged at the upper end of the frame supporting leg, the bearing is arranged in the steel pipe, and the water guide pipe and the connecting rod can move up and down around the bearing; the water guide pipe is arranged at the front lower part of the frame, one end of the return spring is connected to the frame, the other end of the return spring is connected to the water guide pipe, and the return spring can enable the water guide pipe to automatically return to leave the ridge after being pressed downwards to form a nest. The front of the frame is provided with a frame pushing handle.
Three nest forming devices are arranged on the water guide pipe and are welded below the water guide pipe at equal intervals. The nest forming device is of a T-shaped semi-hollow cone structure and is made of stainless steel, the lower part of the nest forming device is a nest forming head, the bottom of the nest forming head is a pointed solid, the upper part of the nest forming head is a T-shaped hollow cone, a water outlet is formed in the T-shaped hollow cone, the nest forming device is inserted into a ridge to form a nest in operation, the nest forming device automatically resets to leave the ridge after the nest forming device is completed, and a control valve is opened to control the water outlet to spray water (medicine) into the nest until the nest is filled. The water guide pipe is welded with a pressure bar device near two ends, the water guide pipe is communicated with the water tank through a plastic hose, and a valve for controlling running water is connected at the communicating position of the water guide pipe and the plastic hose.
The distance wheels are porous steel wheels with distance pieces; the diameter of the fixed-distance wheels is 800-1000mm, the width of the hub is 80-100mm, the distance between two fixed-distance wheels is 440-460mm, the fixed-distance pieces are steel pieces with screws welded at one ends (inner ends), the steel pieces are outwards arranged in the shaft sleeve holes when being installed, the screws are inserted into the shaft sleeve holes to fix the fixed-distance pieces by nuts, the hub is provided with fixed-distance piece holes for installing the fixed-distance pieces, the distance between the centers of two adjacent fixed-distance piece holes is 30-40mm, the diameter of each fixed-distance piece hole is 8-12mm, the total number of fixed-distance piece holes on the hub is 100-78, the fixed-distance wheels can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs, and when the fixed-distance wheels move from one fixed-distance piece to the next fixed-distance piece to meet resistance, the hole punching is carried out by pressing the hole punch.
The invention can replace the repeated labor of manual cutting to fix the distance between seedlings, nest making and water (medicine) irrigation with more manual work. The device for injecting water and medicine by using the pit-digging and soil-planting device for ridging can finish various procedures at one time, is simple to operate, is not easy to make mistakes, is easy to learn and understand, is convenient to use for a short time, is time-saving and labor-saving, greatly improves the working efficiency, and can be used for various ridged crops such as potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, peanuts and radishes.
The tool of the invention has the advantages of uniform sweet potato field planting, high efficiency, time and labor saving, simple operation and the like. Compared with the manual field planting distance, the method is more accurate and the uniformity is easy to control; the soil moisture is not needed to be made by manual water injection, and the labor waste is reduced. The water tank can be filled with 200-400 kg of water at one time, so that the heavy labor of repeated water addition by manpower is reduced. The spacing pieces can randomly adjust the planting interval of the sweet potatoes, so that repeated measurement is avoided. The sweet potato nest digging, spacing and water and medicine injection are completed at one time, so that the efficiency is improved, the cost is reduced, and the popularization and the application in the field are facilitated.

Detailed Description
The distance wheels 4 are porous steel wheels with distance pieces; the diameters of the distance wheels 4 are 1000mm, the hub width is 100mm, the distance between two distance wheels is 460mm, the distance piece 14 is a steel sheet with one end welded with a screw, the distance between the centers of two adjacent distance piece holes is 40mm, and 78 distance piece holes are formed in each distance wheel. The sweet potato plant spacing is about 260 mm, so twelve spacing pieces 14 are provided on each spacing wheel. The potato plant spacing is generally about 220 mm, and fourteen distance pieces 14 are correspondingly arranged on each distance wheel. About 350 to mm tomato plants, nine spacing pieces 14 are arranged on each spacing wheel. A frame pushing handle 9 is arranged in front of the frame 3.
Three nest forming devices 7 are arranged on the water guide pipe 8, and the three nest forming devices 7 are welded below the water guide pipe 8 at equal intervals. The nest forming device 7 is of a T-shaped semi-hollow cone structure, is made of stainless steel, is provided with a nest forming head 16 at the lower part and is a solid body, is provided with a T-shaped hollow cone 15 at the upper part, and is provided with a water outlet 17, the nest forming device 7 is inserted into a ridge to form a nest during working, the nest forming device 7 automatically resets to leave the ridge after the nest forming is completed, and a control valve 12 is opened to enable the water outlet 17 to spray water (medicine) until the water outlet is full.
