技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有调节装置的车辆座椅,该调节装置用于调节车辆座椅的第一部件和第二部件之间的相对位置,尤其是座椅高度调节运动机构的第一部件和所述座椅高度调节运动机构的第二部件之间的相对位置,其中所述调节装置具有通过制动环和所述调节装置的至少一个制动元件之间的摩擦接合而锁止所述调节装置的固定装置。
背景技术
现有技术中已知的调节装置具有通过制动环和制动元件之间的摩擦接合来确保调节装置的锁止的固定装置。仅当由用户启动车辆座椅的调节时才会取消锁止。
这种调节装置例如从WO 2014/057091 A1和WO 2014/207201 A1是已知的。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明的目的在于改善背景技术中提及的具有调节装置的车辆座椅,尤其是降低相应车辆座椅的重量和成本。特别地,意在缩小车辆座椅在横向方向上的结构空间。
解决方案
该目的通过根据本发明的具有如下说明书所述特征的车辆座椅来实现。
由于制动环直接与第一部件连接或直接与第二部件连接,尤其是焊接和/或粘接至第一部件或第二部件,从而可以省掉用于固定调节装置的转接器或连接板。术语“直接连接”要理解成意味着一个布置在另一个之上的部件的连接,其中可能存在焊接材料或粘合剂的中间层。调节装置不必具有用于将调节装置固定至第一部件或固定至第二部件的任何转接器。由此降低了车辆座椅的重量和成本。另外,缩小了车辆座椅在横向方向上的结构空间。使得调节装置直接整合进车辆座椅的座椅结构。直接整合尤其意味着共有的部件为座椅结构和调节装置的部件。
调节装置的操作方法可对应于从文献WO 2014/057091 A1和WO 2014/207201 A1中已知的调节装置,在这点上这些文献的内容明确地并入本文中。

所述调节装置可具有用于通过摩擦接合锁止所述调节装置的固定装置,并且还可附加地具有用于所述调节装置的形状配合锁定的锁止单元。所述锁止单元防止调节装置的猛烈移动(run-off),即所述调节装置的不期望调节。
所述调节装置可将致动元件的不连续运动转化为小齿轮的连续旋转运动。这种情况下的术语“不连续运动”要理解成致动元件在两个相反方向上的交替枢转,通常也称为泵送动作。这种情况下的术语“连续运动”要理解成意指所述小齿轮仅在一个旋转方向上旋转。在这种情况下,旋转速度可以改变。优选地,不连续运动的第一种类型使得小齿轮在第一旋转方向上旋转,而不连续运动的第二种类型使得小齿轮在第二旋转方向上旋转。
所述制动元件可以构造成滚动件。所述制动元件可以构造成滚柱。所述调节装置可具有三个滚柱对。替代地,所述制动元件也可构造成滚珠。
固定装置可以为基本原理例如由DE 10 2005 056 978 A1已知的夹紧件自由轮。因而,夹紧环也意在理解成制动环。夹紧元件由此也意在理解成制动元件。夹紧元件可优选地在夹紧环和输出件之间成楔形。
所述固定装置可执行两种功能。一方面,驱动座椅高度调节运动机构或座椅倾斜度调节运动机构,以及另一方面,无游隙锁止在持续运行期间或在发生事故时转矩传入其中的座椅高度调节运动机构或座椅倾斜度调节运动机构。

具体实施方式
图1中示意性示出的车辆座椅1具有座椅部件3和靠背5。车辆座椅1为了改变纵向座椅位置而具有布置在座椅部件3下方的纵向调节器10。纵向调节器10当从横向方向上看时在车辆座椅1的两侧中的每侧上分别具有座椅导轨对11、13。每个座椅导轨对11、13包括能与车辆结构连接的第一座椅导轨11和固定至座椅部件结构的第二座椅导轨13。第一座椅导轨11和第二座椅导轨13以本身已知的方式交替地绕着彼此接合并且相互支撑从而能够沿着纵向方向相对于彼此移位。
车辆座椅1的座椅高度调节运动机构20在车辆座椅的两侧具有由基座(该情形下为第二导轨13)、前摇臂22、后摇臂24和座椅框架30形成的四连杆机构。第二导轨13、前摇臂22、后摇臂24和座椅框架30均通过旋转铰接件相对于四连杆机构相互连接。座椅框架30承载座垫装饰32以及在该情形下还承载靠背5。在这种情况下,后摇臂24以铰接的方式与第二导轨13的导轨转接器15连接。通过座椅高度调节运动机构20,能够调节车辆地板上方和第二座椅导轨13上方的车辆座椅1的座垫装饰32的高度并能同时调节该情形下车辆座椅1的靠背5的高度。
为了驱动和锁定座椅高度调节运动机构20(即为了调节和锁止座椅高度调节运动机构20的第一部件和第二部件之间的相对运动),设置调节装置40,尤其是刚好一个调节装置40。在这种情况下,所述第一部件为后摇臂24且第二部件为座椅框架30。在这种情况下,调节装置40用于调节和锁止座椅高度调节运动机构20的后摇臂24和座椅框架30之间的相对位置,从而调节座垫装饰32的高度。如果致动了调节装置40,其使得后摇臂24和座椅框架30相对于彼此枢转。
