存在对于使用包覆材料,尤其使用粉状材料及/或粒状材料包覆之棒棒糖头部之需要。然而,所涂覆棒棒糖在过去具有以下不足:包覆材料与棒棒糖头部之间的接合不充分,及/或棒的较大部分亦使用包覆材料包覆,此对棒棒糖的视觉外观起到负面影响。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目标为提供一种用于包覆棒棒糖的方法,该方法不具有先前技术中之不足。
使用用于使用包覆材料包覆棒棒糖之头部的方法以解决该难题,其中在包覆期间移动棒棒糖。
本发明系关于使用包覆材料至少部分地、较佳地完全涂覆棒棒糖之头部的方法。包覆材料较佳而言为粉状材料及/或粒状材料,及/或固化于棒棒糖头部上之液体涂料。针对粉状材料之实例为类似胡椒、番椒、咖喱、糖粉等等之香料。针对粒状材料之实例为巧克力碎片或坚果。棒棒糖在无包覆之情况下生产,例如由糖膏形成,且随后在较佳地以包装材料包装棒棒糖的头部之前添加包覆。包覆材料例如在材料干燥及/或加固期间较佳地藉由附着接合剂接合至棒棒糖头部,棒棒糖的头部由该材料做成。
包覆材料较佳地提供为粉状包覆材料、粒状包覆材料及/或液体包覆材料的槽或床。包覆材料可替代地或额外地提供为喷雾材料。
根据本发明,棒棒糖在包覆材料附着期间移动。较佳而言,棒棒糖移动穿过包覆材料的槽或床。在此移动期间,棒棒糖较佳地附接至例如链之输送构件,该输送构件包含固持该棒的大量握爪。较佳而言,棒棒糖的头部浸没至包覆材料中,但仅浸没至棒棒糖的棒与头部之间的边界处,以使得将该棒尽可能少地包覆。
根据本发明的较佳实施例,在包覆期间移动包覆材料。然而,在包覆制程期间,包覆材料不在空中浮游。较佳而言,藉由用于粉状材料或粒状材料之典型传送装置以输送包覆材料,该等传送装置例如区别于为肉类裹屑等。较佳而言,包覆材料在与棒棒糖之输送方向相同的方向上移动。更较佳的为,包覆材料的移动速率至少基本等于棒棒糖的输送速率。本发明的此较佳实施例具有以下优点:在包覆期间不损坏棒棒糖的棒及/或头部。
较佳而言,棒棒糖的头部浸没至包覆材料的床或槽中。
根据本发明的另一较佳或发明实施例,抵靠棒棒糖的头部以按压包覆材料。此举可藉由对包覆材料施加压力而达成。根据较佳实施例,穿过通道以输送棒棒糖的头部及包覆材料,该通道之横截面随包覆材料及棒棒糖的输送方向而减小。由于此减小,故抵靠棒棒糖的头部按压包覆材料。由于所加压包覆材料,故达成了棒棒糖之头部的充分包覆,及/或黏着至棒棒糖的头部的包覆材料的量可随增大之压力而增加。较佳而言,例如可藉由调节通道的横截面而调节所施加压力,例如藉由将通道的侧壁朝棒棒糖穿过包覆材料的路径移动或远离该路径移动而调节信道的横截面。
较佳而言,在包覆期间至少部分地覆盖棒棒糖的棒。此举可例如使用屏蔽板或屏蔽唇状物而进行,该等屏蔽板或屏蔽唇状物提供于棒棒糖之输送路径的两侧上。屏蔽板/屏蔽唇状物的距离基本上等于棒棒糖的棒的厚度。较佳而言,屏蔽板/屏蔽唇状物基本延伸至棒棒糖的头部。棒棒糖的棒之覆盖避免污染具有包覆材料的棒。
根据本发明的另一较佳或发明实施例,在包覆之前湿润棒棒糖的头部,其中该头部浸没至液体中。
由于该湿润,故棒棒糖头部的表面经轻微蚀刻,以使得包覆材料在再固化后黏着至棒棒糖头部。根据本发明的此实施例,棒棒糖的头部浸没至液槽中,较佳而言直至棒棒糖的整个头部低于该槽的液位。该浸没较佳地藉由握爪之对应移动而进行。由于棒棒糖头部浸没至槽中,故至少基本避免了污染具有包覆材料的棒。
根据本发明的另一较佳或发明实施例,在包覆后自棒棒糖头部移除过量包覆材料。此举较佳地藉由力、脉冲及/或振动而进行,该力、脉冲及/或振动影响至棒棒糖上,较佳地影响包覆的下游及自干燥及/或封装站之上游。移除过量包覆材料确保包覆站下游之机器零件不被包覆材料污染。亦基本避免棒棒糖头部之包装中的包覆材料散开。
较佳而言,在包覆后干燥及/或冷却棒棒糖。
根据较佳实施例,在湿润及/或包覆及/或干燥及/或包装期间,棒棒糖永久地夹持在其棒处。归因于尤其在使用包装材料包覆棒棒糖头部后及在包装期间之永久夹持,确保所包覆棒棒糖头部不遭损坏,尤其自头部移除包覆材料且棒不遭包覆材料污染。
较佳而言,棒棒糖之湿润、包覆、干燥以及包装经提供为联机解决方案,其中棒棒糖在进入湿润站后藉由其棒而夹持,且随后在整个制程期间藉由至少一个握爪而永久夹持,直至该棒棒糖离开包装站。每一单元可具备输送单元,例如无端环链,该无端环链具有附接至其之握爪。然而,较佳地从不释放棒棒糖。在自输送单元移交至下一输送单元期间,在某些情况下,各自连接至不同输送单元的两个握爪夹持棒棒糖的同一棒。
较佳而言,棒棒糖的棒在包覆及/或湿润及/或干燥期间垂直。
在湿润及/或包覆及/或干燥期间,棒棒糖在其棒处紧固至握爪。较佳而言,具有处于垂直位置之棒的棒棒糖穿过湿润及/或包覆设备而输送,且棒棒糖的头部向下延伸,即在重力方向上延伸。。

具体实施方式
图1及图4展示棒棒糖头部3之包覆。棒棒糖1包含头部3及棒2。整个包覆制程中,藉由握爪4夹持每一棒。在整个包覆制程中,握爪4将本实例中的棒棒糖维持在垂直位置上,棒棒糖1的头部3向下。为了使用包覆材料11包覆棒棒糖1的头部3,将棒棒糖头部浸没至包覆材料11中。如尤其可自图4所见,棒棒糖1在包覆期间以速率V1移动。此移动例如藉由移动输送构件13而实现,在本实例中该输送构件为链,握爪4较佳地等距离附接至该链。如亦可自图4所见,根据较佳实施例,包覆材料亦移动,更佳而言至少部分地在与棒棒糖移动之同一方向上移动。在较佳实施例中,速率V1及V2至少基本上相等,较佳地完全相等。因此,包覆设备包含构件(未描绘),例如带、链、栅板及/或铲以将包覆材料平行于棒棒糖之输送方向而移动。彼等构件例如区别于使用面包屑物包覆例如肉类之裹屑业。在本实例中,经由斜坡朝棒棒糖头部3向上升起包覆材料,该斜坡为包覆设备12之部分。棒棒糖在其包覆期间所穿过之通道的横截面可较佳地改变,以便增大或减小抵靠棒棒糖头部按压包覆材料的压力。此举可例如藉由移动该通道的一或多个侧壁而进行。在已包覆棒棒糖后,过量包覆材料较佳地再循环至包覆器的进口区域,且随后再使用。根据较佳实施例,穿过顶部开口之通道输送包覆材料及棒棒糖,尤其自图1可见。较佳而言,此通道的横截面在包覆材料及/或棒棒糖之输送方向上减小。归因于此减小,故朝棒棒糖的头部按压包覆材料,改良棒棒糖的包覆,尤其改良黏着至棒棒糖头部的材料量。现在参阅图1,可看出藉由保护构件5部分地覆盖棒棒糖的棒2,在本情况下该保护构件为屏蔽板,该屏蔽板至少部分地沿棒棒糖穿过包覆器之通路而延伸。此保护构件至少部分地避免棒棒糖的棒遭包覆材料包覆。
现在参阅图2及图3,图中描绘棒棒糖头部3之湿润。整个湿润制程中,藉由握爪4夹持每一棒。在整个湿润制程中,握爪4将本实例中的棒棒糖维持在垂直位置上,棒棒糖1的头部3向下。湿润站提供于包覆器的上游。在湿润与包覆之间,棒棒糖较佳地移交于两个握爪之间,即用于湿润站的输送构件较佳地不同于包覆器的输送构件。湿润站包含液槽6,棒棒糖的头部浸没至该液槽中。此举藉由棒棒糖的输送构件向下移动而达成。如自图3可见,在此向下移动期间,握爪亦较佳地沿水平环状通路移动。由于棒棒糖的头部浸没至液槽中,故避免了棒亦遭湿润,亦避免大量包覆材料附接至此棒。
如自图5可见,在包覆后,自棒棒糖的头部移除过量包覆材料14。此举例如藉由对棒棒糖的棒施加力、脉冲及/或振动P而达成。归因于此力、脉冲及/或振动,故自棒棒糖头部移除过量材料,以使得无法污染包覆器之设备下游。
