本发明所述一种耐磨的TPU材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:TPU 40‑50%、橡胶0.1‑1%、聚四氟乙烯0.1‑3%、硅酸钾钠0.1‑3%、蓝矾0.1‑3%、聚酯短纤维40‑60%。本发明一种耐磨的TPU材料具有普通体材料的在除去外力后能恢复原状的能力,添加TPU后,本发明的材料还具有耐摩擦,硬度高的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于材料科学技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨的TPU材料。
背景技术
与橡胶相比,弹性体更侧重的含义是一种物理和材料学的概念,它的范畴更为广泛。弹性体中除橡胶外,还包括众多弹性变形迥异、大分子链交联方式多样化的高分子材料。根据弹性体是否可塑化可以分为热固性弹性体、热塑性弹性体二大类。热固性弹性体,这也就是传统意义的橡胶(Rubber),热塑性弹性体(Thermoplasticelastomer),缩写为TPE,为上世纪90年代开始逐渐被越来越多的商业化应用。这个分类同样也说明了这二类弹性体加工所采用的是二种不同的方式:橡胶用热固性设备加工,TPE采用热塑性设备加工。热塑性弹性体(thermoplasticelastomer,TPE)的定义为:在常温下显示橡胶弹性,在高温下能够塑化成型的高分子材料。因此,这类聚合物兼有热塑性橡胶和热塑性塑料的某些特点。热塑性弹性体高分子链的基本结构特点是它同时串联或接枝某些化学组成不同的塑料段(硬段)和橡胶段(软段)。硬段间的作用力足以凝集成微区(如玻璃化微区或结晶微区),形成分子间的物理“交联”。软段则是自有旋转能力较大的高端性链段。
随着人们需求的增加,普通的体材料已经难以满足人们的需求,因此,需要设计一种耐磨的TPU材料。
发明内容
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种耐磨的TPU材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:
TPU40-50%;
橡胶0.1-1%;
聚四氟乙烯0.1-3%;
硅酸钾钠0.1-3%;
蓝矾0.1-3%;
聚酯短纤维 40-60%。
本发明一种耐磨的TPU材料具有普通体材料的在除去外力后能恢复原状的能力,添加TPU后,本发明的材料还具有耐摩擦,硬度高的特点。

下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例
本发明所述一种耐磨的TPU材料,其原料及原料重量百分含量如下:TPU45%、橡胶0.5%、聚四氟乙烯0.5%、硅酸钾钠1%、蓝矾2%、聚酯短纤维 51%。

TPU 40-50%;
橡胶 0.1-1%;
聚四氟乙烯 0.1-3%;
硅酸钾钠 0.1-3%;
蓝矾 0.1-3%;
聚酯短纤维 40-60%。
