技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
盆腔炎是指女性内生殖器及其周围的结缔组织、盆腔腹膜发生的炎症，临床上表现为急性和慢性两种。炎症可局限于一个部位，也可几个部位同时发病，临床上以下腹疼痛、白带增多、月经失调、不孕、腰骶酸痛为主要特征，是严重危害妇女健康的常见病和多发病，且容易反复发作，难以治愈，盆腔炎严重者可发展为慢性腹膜炎、败血症，甚至中毒性休克，若急性期未彻底治愈，则转为慢性盆腔炎，慢性盆腔炎的治愈难度更大，对患者的危害性更强，其结果是带来长期慢性盆腔痛、不孕或宫外孕等一系列家庭和社会问题，由于慢性盆腔炎的治疗难度大，目前用于治疗慢性盆腔炎的药物难于综合对慢性盆腔炎的特性进行针对性治疗，因此，现有的药物对慢性盆腔炎的抑制作用较底，临床治疗效果不突出，广大慢性盆腔炎患者仍较难摆脱慢性盆腔炎症的困扰。
中药多来源于自然界天然存在的植物，因此往往毒副作用小，以中药作为活性药物治 疗疾病有其自身的优势。根据不同的病因病机认识，中医也选择了不同的处方。目前，治 疗盆腔炎的中药品种有妇炎净胶囊、宫炎平片、妇炎康复颗粒(片)、乌鸡桂圆补酒、复方乌鸡酒等。但是，它们都是根据不同病因而组方，治疗的侧重点各不相同。例如：妇炎净 胶囊，治疗由湿热蕴结所致的月经不调、痛经、附件炎、盆腔炎、子宫内膜炎等症，其治 疗侧重于调经、止痛、抗炎三个方面，在抗炎方面涉及范围较广，对盆腔炎治疗的针对性 就相对较弱。又如宫炎平片、妇炎康复颗粒，两者作用相似，用于治疗湿热癖阻胞宫所致 下腹胀痛、腰痛带下增多，月经不调等症，其治疗侧重点在于清热利湿、化癖止痛两方面。 由于上述的中药品种在治疗方面各有侧重点，因此对于盆腔炎的治疗效果有限。因此，仍然需要寻找标本兼治、疗效确切的治疗盆腔炎的中药制剂。
本发明用于治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方，针对慢性盆腔炎病因病机，清热利湿、活血化淤为主，辅以温经散寒、行气活血、益气祛湿。慢性盆腔炎病位在盆腔，其病因多由邪毒或湿热，经阴部上行而犯冲任、 胞宫，以致邪气留注或瘀滞或虚损于该部，使气血运行受阻，损害盆腔组织，或病程日久，迁延不愈，粘连增生而成包块。故活血化瘀、清热利湿是治疗本病的首要法则。清热可解毒和利湿消炎，有利于祛邪解毒；化瘀可散瘀，通过降低炎性组织毛细血管的通透性，有利于炎症的吸收。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种对炎症抑制作用强、抗炎作用明显、临床治疗效果好、副作用小的用于治疗慢性盆腔炎的药物及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：赤芍16g，白芍16g，大血藤16g，丹参16g，柴胡7g，枳实7g，牛膝7g，大黄7g，甘草6g，三棱11g，莪术11g，香附11g，败酱草28g。

具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：赤芍16g，白芍16g，大血藤16g，丹参16g，柴胡7g，枳实7g，牛膝7g，大黄7g，甘草6g，三棱11g，莪术11g，香附11g，败酱草28g。
实施例2：如果患者行经腹痛，在上述组分中加蒲黄7g，五灵脂11g。

慢性盆腔炎患者85例, 年龄22-52岁，平均31.4岁；病程3个月-5年，平均20.8个月，参照《中医临床病证诊断疗效标准》：症状：自觉反复腰酸、下腹坠痛、白带增多，有异味，偶伴发热；妇科检查：子宫体压痛，双侧附件区增厚，压痛明显；B超提示：盆腔积 液或炎性包块。
2、疗效标准
显效：临床症状消失，妇科检查阳性体征消失，B超显示炎性包块、盆腔积液消失，双 侧附件正常；
有效：主要临床症状消失或明显减轻，B超显示炎性包块缩小增厚的附件变 薄，盆腔积液减少或趋向消失；
无效：主要临床症状及体征无变化，B超显示炎性包块无 改变。
3、治疗结果
治疗效果：显效78例，约占92%；有效5例，约占6%；无效2例，约占2%。
典型案例：
徐某，33岁，月经前后白带过多已半年。近1个月来带下黄如败卵，腥臭异 常如坏鸡蛋味，伴外阴瘙痒，腰背酸痛，下腹部坠痛，食欲减少，大便溏稀，小便黄热， 全身乏力，舌质暗红，苔黄腻，脉滑微数。妇科检查：外阴正常，阴道畅，中量黄白带； 宫颈肥大，中度糜烂；宫体稍大，压痛。盆腔B超显示：双侧附件增厚，左侧附件囊肿； 陶氏腔少量积液；子宫颈肥大，诊断为慢性盆腔炎，服用本发明配方，每日1剂，分早晚温服，3个疗程后，痊愈，随访半年未复发。

Claims (6)

1.一种治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：赤芍16g，白芍16g，大血藤16g，丹参16g，柴胡7g，枳实7g，牛膝7g，大黄7g，甘草6g，三棱11g，莪术11g，香附11g，败酱草28g。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括蒲黄7g，五灵脂11g。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括蒲黄炭7g，茜草7g，炒贯众15~28g。
4.如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括党参16g，白术7g。
5.如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括黄柏7g，蒲公英28g，薏苡仁28g。
6.如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性盆腔炎的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：先将药材用冷水浸泡1小时，浸泡的水量以淹没药面3~5cm为宜，然后将药放在火上，用武火熬开，沸腾后改用文火保持微沸状态，第一次煎煮50分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2-3cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，将2次药液混合得药液约400ml，每天1剂，分早晚2次温服，15天为1个疗程。
