背景技术
不孕症是指夫妻婚后有正常性生活，未避孕，同居三年未能怀孕者称为不 孕症。不孕症导致许多患者家庭陷入痛苦和不幸中。女性患不孕症，主要表现为子宫内膜异位，月经不调，不排卵，输卵管堵塞，子宫发育不良，宫冷等症状。现在社会上治疗不孕症的方法药品非常多，但采用中草药制剂，纯天然中草药配方却不多见，而市场上各医院药店用的药品重点以治疗妇科杂症为主， 没有治不孕症的实际作用，并且均有不同程度的副作用
近年来，因为人们婚育年龄推迟、生活节奏紧张、环境污染等等环境因素、社会因素、人文因素的综合作用，不孕症发病率呈明显上升趋势，世界卫生组织认为，适龄生育人群中约有10％夫妇需要寻求医学帮助来实现生育要求，女性生育障碍约占其中60～70％。女性不孕症治疗手段，一般有中医治疗和西医治疗，治疗方式包括药物治疗、针灸治疗、手术治疗、人工受精、试管婴儿等等。祖国医学对女性不孕症研究起源较早，中医理论认为，不孕的病理基础主要是肾气不足或冲任气血失调，治疗宜温肾补肝，益气养血以补冲任。近年随着对女性不孕症病因、病理及分类的研究深化，中医药对女性不孕症临床疗效已引起国内外医学界重视。
本发明用于治疗不孕症的中药配方，针对女性不孕症病因病机，治疗方面以温肾补肝、补益心 脾、益气养血以补冲任为主要治理，以化痰除湿、疏肝解郁、调经养血、行血活血、滋阴生津、清透虚热、清热解毒为辅助，达到综合调理机体，使气血调和而受孕的目的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种治疗女性不孕症的中药配方及其制备方法，制备的中药有效治疗女性不孕症。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：白术18g，人参7g，茯苓18g，炙甘草6g，陈皮10g，半夏7g，木香6g，砂仁10g，当归16g，丹参16g，乳香16g，没药16g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：将一副中药药材置于陶器中，加冷水至超过药物表面4—6cm，用武火煮沸后，再以文火煎煮20—30min，将头煎的药液滤出倒于碗中，再向滤渣内加水至超过药渣表面3—4cm，再以文火煎煮20min左右，将二煎的药液滤出，再一次在药渣内加水超过药渣表面3—4cm，以文火煎煮20min左右，将3次滤液混合作为1剂，日服1剂，分3次温服，7天为1个疗程，需要用药3~6个疗程。
发明用于治疗女性不孕症的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对女性不孕症病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，人参、白术益气健脾；茯苓健脾利湿；半夏醒脾除湿；陈皮理气化湿；木香、砂仁芳香化湿；丹参、乳香没药活血止痛化瘀；当归活血补血，兼防化瘀药伤血；炙甘草益气补中，并调和诸药。

实施例1：一种治疗女性不孕症的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：白术18g，人参7g，茯苓18g，炙甘草6g，陈皮10g，半夏7g，木香6g，砂仁10g，当归16g，丹参16g，乳香16g，没药16g。
实施例2：如果患者脾虚，在上述组分中加山药16g，党参7g，黄芪10g。
实施例3：如果患者痰甚，在上述组分中加天南星10g，半夏10g，白附子7g。
实施例4：如果患者湿甚，在上述组分中加厚朴16g，苍术10g。

1、临床资料
所有受试者均为患有女性不孕症临床志愿者，共200人，年龄22-43岁，患病时长1-6年。诊断依据：育龄妇女结婚1年以上，夫妇同居，配偶生殖功能正常，不避孕而未能受孕者，为原发不孕；曾有孕产史，继又间隔1年以上，不避孕而未怀孕者，称为继发不孕；其中，排除生殖系统的先天性生理缺陷和畸形者。
2、疗效标准：根据全军计划生育优生优育专业委员会发表的《不孕不育诊治技术规范》中的不孕症的疗效标准来评判：
(1)治愈：纠正原发病正常妊娠至足月分娩、借助辅助生殖技术而妊娠至足月分娩；
(2)未愈：经过以上综合治疗仍未妊娠。
3、治疗结果
治愈184例，占92%；未愈16例，占8%。
典型案例：
患者李某，女，公司职员，27岁，体重52公斤。婚后4年与丈夫正常同居，性生活正常，一直未孕，丈夫查体、查精液正常。患者主诉全身不适，乏力，头晕心烦，食欲不振，平素月经不规律，以错后常见，常后错 10余天，月经量小，色黑，经前胸胁及两乳房胀痛。妇科检查：子宫后倾。本次就诊前，患者曾多次治疗，注射黄体酮等药物，均未见效。给予本发明治疗女性不孕症的中药配方，每日1剂，分3次温服，嘱其按时服药，规律作息，放松精神提高信心，每服一疗程随诊一次。服一疗程后， 患者诉不适、乏力，头晕心烦，食欲不振等症状减轻或消失，服二疗程后，不适症状消失，自觉精力充沛，治疗四个疗程后，于第五疗程受孕，足月顺产一 男婴，母婴健康。

6.如权利要求1所述的治疗女性不孕症的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：将一副中药药材置于陶器中，加冷水至超过药物表面4—6cm，用武火煮沸后，再以文火煎煮20—30min，将头煎的药液滤出倒于碗中，再向滤渣内加水至超过药渣表面3—4cm，再以文火煎煮20min左右，将二煎的药液滤出，再一次在药渣内加水超过药渣表面3—4cm，以文火煎煮20min左右，将3次滤液混合作为1剂，日服1剂，分3次温服，7天为1个疗程，需要用药3~6个疗程。
