Abstract
本发明揭示了一种特殊结构的吸声尖劈,包括尖部(1)以及与所述尖部(1)相连的基部(2),所述尖部(1)包括多层吸音层(3、4、5、6),所述吸音层(3、4、5、6)的吸音材质的容重不同,且所述吸音层(3、4、5、6)的吸音材质的容重由外向内逐渐增重。本发明的特殊结构的吸声尖劈使得消声室吸声尖劈在不增加体积的情况下,在中低频段吸音有更好的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特殊结构的吸声尖劈。
背景技术
在消声室设计中,主要通过吸声尖劈来达到吸声要求,吸声尖劈通常可分为尖部和基部两部分。安装时在尖壁和壁面之间留有空气层。从尖劈的尖端到基部,声阻抗是从空气的特性阻抗逐步过渡到多孔材料的阻抗的,因而实现了很好的阻抗匹配,使入射声能得到高效的吸收。目前的尖劈其结构是用直径3.2-3.5mm的钢丝制成一定形状和尺寸的骨架,外面套上玻纤布、塑料窗纱等罩面材料,里面装以多孔材料。然而,现有的尖劈填充材料都是唯一的一种,比如玻璃棉,使得消音室消音效果单一,且现有的吸声尖劈不能很好的吸收中低频段的声音,若要在中低频段吸音有更好的效果,需要增加吸声尖劈的体积。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种特殊结构的吸声尖劈,其在中低频段吸音有更好的效果。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种特殊结构的吸声尖劈,包括尖部以及与所述尖部相连的基部,所述尖部包括多层吸音层,所述吸音层的吸音材质的容重不同,且所述吸音层的吸音材质的容重由外向内逐渐增重。
此外,本发明还提出如下附属技术方案:
所述基部包括多层吸音层,所述吸音层的吸音材质的容重不同,且所述吸音层的吸音材质的容重由外向内逐渐增重。
所述吸音材质包括吸音棉。
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:本发明的特殊结构的吸声尖劈由多层不同容重的吸音棉组成,外层采用容重比较轻的吸音棉,内层逐层增加吸音材质的容重,这样可以增加尖劈对中低频的吸音,使得消声室尖劈在不增加体积的情况下,在中低频段吸音有更好的效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例及其附图对本发明技术方案作进一步非限制性的详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的特殊结构的吸声尖劈包括尖部1、一端与尖部1固定连接的基部2,尖部1和基部2均包括多层吸音层,吸音层的吸音材质的容重不同,且外层的吸音层的容重比内层吸音层的容重重,安装时,基部2的另一端与壁面(图未示)连接,且吸声尖劈与壁面(图未示)之间留有空气层,声音从吸声尖劈的尖部1到基部2被逐层吸收。
图2是本发明特殊结构的吸声尖劈的其中一个较佳实施例,如图2所示,尖部1包括第一吸音层3、第二吸音层4、第三吸音层5和第四吸音层6,基部2包括第五吸音层7、第六吸音层8和第七吸音层9,由于声音是从吸声尖劈的尖部1到基部2被逐层吸收,因此此处定义从第一吸音层3至第七吸音层9为由外至内,本发明特殊结构的吸声尖劈在生产时,外层(包括第一吸音层3、第二吸音层4和第三吸音层5)采用容重比较轻的吸音棉,比如玻璃棉,内层(包括第四吸音层6、第五吸音层7、第六吸音层8和第七吸音层9)逐层增加吸音材质的容重,这样可以增加吸声尖劈对中低频的吸音。
本发明特殊结构的吸声尖劈由多层不同容重的吸音棉组成,外层采用容重比较轻的吸音棉,内层逐层增加吸音材质的容重,这样可以增加尖劈对中低频的吸音,使得消声室尖劈在不增加体积的情况下,在中低频段吸音有更好的效果。
需要指出的是,上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种特殊结构的吸声尖劈,包括尖部(1)以及与所述尖部(1)相连的基部(2),其特征在于:所述尖部(1)包括多层吸音层(3、4、5、6),所述吸音层(3、4、5、6)的吸音材质的容重不同,且所述吸音层(3、4、5、6)的吸音材质的容重由外向内逐渐增重。
2.根据权利要求1所述的特殊结构的吸声尖劈,其特征在于:所述基部(2)包括多层吸音层(7、8、9),所述吸音层(7、8、9)的吸音材质的容重不同,且所述吸音层(7、8、9)的吸音材质的容重由外向内逐渐增重。
3.根据权利要求1所述的特殊结构的吸声尖劈,其特征在于:所述吸音材质包括吸音棉。
