本发明公开了一种密封型可控球阀,包括阀体、阀杆和手柄,在阀体内设置有球体,手柄通过螺栓固定在阀杆的顶部,阀杆的底端伸入阀体内并与球体的顶面固定连接,阀体包括通过螺杆连接固定的左半阀体和右半阀体,在右半阀体内设置有左侧开口的阀腔,在右半阀体的阀腔内侧上设置有阶梯卡接部和密封圈卡槽,在左半阀体的右侧面固定有阶梯抵接部和环形凸台,在阶梯卡接部与阶梯抵接部的抵压面之间固定有金属缠绕垫片,在密封圈卡槽内固定有O型密封圈,在球体的中心设置有扇形流道。本发明的结构设置合理,方便进行装配,提高装配效率,也可以保证球阀的使用稳定可靠性,提高流量控制的精度,达到精准控制流量系统,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于球阀技术领域,具体涉及一种密封型可控球阀。
背景技术
球阀是一种常见的阀体,现有技术的球阀主要是由阀体、阀杆和开关球体组成,传统技术的开关球体的通道为圆柱直孔,并且传统技术的阀体为一体结构,不但安装开关球体较为不但,从而会影响安装的效率与安装的精度,而且采用圆柱直孔通道也无法有效的精密控制流量,故而适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的密封型可控球阀。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种密封型可控球阀,包括阀体、阀杆和手柄,在所述阀体内设置有球体,所述手柄通过螺栓固定在所述阀杆的顶部,所述阀杆的底端伸入阀体内并与所述球体的顶面固定连接,所述阀体包括通过螺杆连接固定的左半阀体和右半阀体,在所述右半阀体内设置有左侧开口的阀腔,在所述右半阀体的顶部一体成型的阀杆座,所述阀杆穿过所述阀杆座并伸入所述阀腔内,在所述右半阀体的阀腔内侧上设置有阶梯卡接部和密封圈卡槽,所述密封圈卡槽处于阶梯卡接部的内侧端,在所述左半阀体的右侧面固定有阶梯抵接部和环形凸台,所述环形凸台的外径与所述阀腔的内径相同,所述左半阀体的环形凸台插卡在所述右半阀体的阀腔内时,在所述阶梯卡接部与阶梯抵接部的抵压面之间固定有金属缠绕垫片,在所述密封圈卡槽内固定有O型密封圈,在所述球体的中心设置有扇形流道。
在所述阀杆的侧壁底端均匀固定有至少两个凹孔,在所述凹孔内固定有抵压弹簧,在所述抵压弹簧的外侧设置有钢球,所述阀杆的底端插接在所述球体内且所述钢球在所述抵压弹簧的作用下抵压在所述球体的内壁上。
在所述左半阀体的阶梯抵接部的内设置有抵压圆孔,所述抵压圆孔的开口处于抵压面中心,在所述抵压圆孔内固定有防震缓冲弹簧,在所述防震缓冲弹簧的外侧固定有T字形抵压块,所述T字形抵压块的竖杆伸入所述抵压圆孔内并抵接在所述防震缓冲弹簧上,在所述左半阀体和右半阀体连接时,所述T字形抵压块的顶面抵压在所述金属缠绕垫片上。
在所述左半阀体和右半阀体上均匀设置有密封抵腔,在所述密封抵腔内设置有受力压簧和密封抵圈,所述球体处于阀腔内时,所述密封抵圈在所述受力压簧的作用下抵压在所述球体的表面。
在所述阀杆与所述阀杆座的内腔之间自下而上依次设置有密封圈体、柔性填料、填料压套和填料压板。
在所述阀杆座的顶部固定有锁位插孔,在所述填料压板上设置有锁位通孔,在所述手柄与所述填料压板之间设置有锁片,在所述锁位上设置有锁位销杆。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其采用左半阀体和右半阀体结构,从而不但方便进行装配,提高装配效率,同时其设置有金属缠绕垫片和O型密封圈,达到双重密封,也可以保证球阀的使用稳定可靠性,并且其球体采用扇形流道,从而可以大大提高流量控制的精度,达到精准控制流量系统,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1和图2,一种密封型可控球阀,包括阀体3、阀杆1和手柄2,在所述阀体3内设置有球体4,所述手柄3通过螺栓5固定在所述阀杆1的顶部,所述阀杆1的底端伸入阀体3内并与所述球体4的顶面固定连接,所述阀体3包括通过螺杆31连接固定的左半阀体32和右半阀体33,在所述右半阀体33内设置有左侧开口的阀腔34,在所述右半阀体33的顶部一体成型的阀杆座35,所述阀杆1穿过所述阀杆35座并伸入所述阀腔34内,在所述右半阀体33的阀腔内侧上设置有阶梯卡接部36和密封圈卡槽37,所述密封圈卡槽处于阶梯卡接部的内侧端,在所述左半阀体32的右侧面固定有阶梯抵接部38和环形凸台39,所述环形凸台的外径与所述阀腔的内径相同,所述左半阀体32的环形凸台插卡在所述右半阀体33的阀腔内时,在所述阶梯卡接部36与阶梯抵接部38的抵压面之间固定有金属缠绕垫片6,在所述密封圈卡槽37内固定有O型密封圈7,在所述球体4的中心设置有扇形流道8。扇形角度可根据流量要求设为30度、60度、或90度角。
在所述阀杆1的侧壁底端均匀固定有至少两个凹孔9,在所述凹孔内固定有抵压弹簧10,在所述抵压弹簧的外侧设置有钢球11,所述阀杆的底端插接在所述球体内且所述钢球在所述抵压弹簧的作用下抵压在所述球体的内壁上。
在所述左半阀体32的阶梯抵接部的内设置有抵压圆孔12,所述抵压圆孔的开口处于抵压面中心,在所述抵压圆孔内固定有防震缓冲弹簧13,在所述防震缓冲弹簧13的外侧固定有T字形抵压块14,所述T字形抵压块的竖杆伸入所述抵压圆孔内并抵接在所述防震缓冲弹簧上,在所述左半阀体和右半阀体连接时,所述T字形抵压块的顶面抵压在所述金属缠绕垫片上。从而可以保证金属缠绕垫片的使用可靠性。
在所述左半阀体和右半阀体上均匀设置有密封抵腔15,在所述密封抵腔内设置有受力压簧16和密封抵圈17,所述球体处于阀腔内时,所述密封抵圈在所述受力压簧的作用下抵压在所述球体的表面。
在所述阀杆与所述阀杆座的内腔之间自下而上依次设置有密封圈体18、柔性填料19、填料压套20和填料压板21。
在所述阀杆座的顶部固定有锁位插孔,在所述填料压板上设置有锁位通孔22,在所述手柄与所述填料压板之间设置有锁片24,在所述锁位上设置有锁位销杆23。
本发明的结构设置合理,其采用左半阀体和右半阀体结构,从而不但方便进行装配,提高装配效率,同时其设置有金属缠绕垫片和O型密封圈,达到双重密封,也可以保证球阀的使用稳定可靠性,并且其球体采用扇形流道,从而可以大大提高流量控制的精度,达到精准控制流量系统,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

Claims (6)

1.一种密封型可控球阀,包括阀体、阀杆和手柄,在所述阀体内设置有球体,所述手柄通过螺栓固定在所述阀杆的顶部,所述阀杆的底端伸入阀体内并与所述球体的顶面固定连接,其特征在于:所述阀体包括通过螺杆连接固定的左半阀体和右半阀体,在所述右半阀体内设置有左侧开口的阀腔,在所述右半阀体的顶部一体成型的阀杆座,所述阀杆穿过所述阀杆座并伸入所述阀腔内,在所述右半阀体的阀腔内侧上设置有阶梯卡接部和密封圈卡槽,所述密封圈卡槽处于阶梯卡接部的内侧端,在所述左半阀体的右侧面固定有阶梯抵接部和环形凸台,所述环形凸台的外径与所述阀腔的内径相同,所述左半阀体的环形凸台插卡在所述右半阀体的阀腔内时,在所述阶梯卡接部与阶梯抵接部的抵压面之间固定有金属缠绕垫片,在所述密封圈卡槽内固定有O型密封圈,在所述球体的中心设置有扇形流道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封型可控球阀,其特征在于:在所述阀杆的侧壁底端均匀固定有至少两个凹孔,在所述凹孔内固定有抵压弹簧,在所述抵压弹簧的外侧设置有钢球,所述阀杆的底端插接在所述球体内且所述钢球在所述抵压弹簧的作用下抵压在所述球体的内壁上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的密封型可控球阀,其特征在于:在所述左半阀体的阶梯抵接部的内设置有抵压圆孔,所述抵压圆孔的开口处于抵压面中心,在所述抵压圆孔内固定有防震缓冲弹簧,在所述防震缓冲弹簧的外侧固定有T字形抵压块,所述T字形抵压块的竖杆伸入所述抵压圆孔内并抵接在所述防震缓冲弹簧上,在所述左半阀体和右半阀体连接时,所述T字形抵压块的顶面抵压在所述金属缠绕垫片上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封型可控球阀,其特征在于:在所述左半阀体和右半阀体上均匀设置有密封抵腔,在所述密封抵腔内设置有受力压簧和密封抵圈,所述球体处于阀腔内时,所述密封抵圈在所述受力压簧的作用下抵压在所述球体的表面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的密封型可控球阀,其特征在于:在所述阀杆与所述阀杆座的内腔之间自下而上依次设置有密封圈体、柔性填料、填料压套和填料压板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的密封型可控球阀,其特征在于:在所述阀杆座的顶部固定有锁位插孔,在所述填料压板上设置有锁位通孔,在所述手柄与所述填料压板之间设置有锁片,在所述锁位上设置有锁位销杆。
