硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀,包括阀体,阀体右侧与阀体密封连接的阀盖,阀体内腔设置有阀球,阀球中心开设有阀杆卡槽,阀杆末端插设于阀杆卡槽内,阀体侧壁上设置有阀杆延伸部,阀杆从阀杆延伸部上端插入,阀杆上端加工有外螺纹,阀杆上端套设有碟形弹簧,并旋接有六角螺母,阀杆末端为截面为T字型的变径段,包括小径段和大径段,阀杆延伸部下部设置有与大径段配和的阔孔,大径段上端与阔孔接触面设置有下填料层,变径段上设置有静电放出装置,静电放出装置包括开设于变径段表面的若干个深孔,深孔内依次设置有弹簧和钢珠。密封效果好,有效防止阀杆向上冲出,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及球阀制作领域,尤其涉及硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀。
背景技术
浮动球阀是一种阀芯能够在介质作用下运动的球阀,其阀芯在介质压力作用下,能产生一定的位移并紧压在出口端的密封面上,从而密封出口端。为了实现对于浮动球阀的控制,需要将阀杆穿过阀体上的阀杆安装孔而与阀芯联动设置,通过旋转阀杆来控制阀芯旋转以实现阀的开启和闭合。
现有技术的阀杆采用上装式,阀杆在高压下容易向上冲出导致阀体泄漏,再者现有的阀杆填料为简单的填充安装,长期使用会导致脱落,密封效果较差,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种密封效果好,有效防止阀杆向上冲出,使用寿命长的硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀,包括阀体,阀体右侧与阀体密封连接的阀盖,阀体内腔设置有阀球,阀球中心开设有阀杆卡槽,阀杆末端插设于阀杆卡槽内,阀体侧壁上设置有阀杆延伸部,阀杆从阀杆延伸部上端插入,阀杆上端加工有外螺纹,阀杆上端套设有碟形弹簧,并旋接有六角螺母,其特征在于阀杆末端为截面为T字型的变径段,包括小径段和大径段,阀杆延伸部下部设置有与大径段配和的阔孔,大径段上端与阔孔接触面设置有下填料层,变径段上设置有静电放出装置,静电放出装置包括开设于变径段表面的若干个深孔,深孔内依次设置有弹簧和钢珠。
作为优选,阀杆中段设置有填料装置,填料装置包括依次套设于阀杆上的填料、耐磨片以及填料压盖。
作为优选,阀体与阀盖的连接面上设置有密封垫圈。
作为优选,阀球上设置有泄压孔,泄压孔连通阀杆卡槽和阀球内腔。
作为优选,阀体内腔中心阔设有阀球腔,阀球腔内表面为球状,阀座卡设于阀球腔两端。
本发明有益效果:阀杆采用有倒密封的下装式结构,倒密封的密封力随着介质压力的增高而增大,而且,当阀腔异常升压时,阀杆不会被冲出。采用弹簧-柱塞式静电引出装置,使球体与阀杆以及阀杆与阀体之间形成静电通道,达到消除静电积累的目的。

实施例1:硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀,包括阀体1,阀体1右侧与阀体1密封连接的阀盖2,阀体1内腔设置有阀球3,阀球3中心开设有阀杆卡槽3.1,阀杆4末端插设于阀杆卡槽3.1内,阀体1侧壁上设置有阀杆延伸部1.1,阀杆4从阀杆延伸部1.1上端插入,阀杆4上端加工有外螺纹,阀杆4上端套设有碟形弹簧5,并旋接有六角螺母6,阀杆4末端为截面为T字型的变径段,包括小径段4.1和大径段4.2,阀杆延伸部1.1下部设置有与大径段4.2配和的阔孔,大径段4.2上端与阔孔接触面设置有下填料层7,变径段上设置有静电放出装置8,静电放出装置8包括开设于变径段表面的2个深孔,深孔内依次设置有弹簧8.1和钢珠8.2。阀杆4中段设置有填料装置9,填料装置9包括依次套设于阀杆4上的填料9.1、耐磨片9.2以及填料压盖9.3。阀体1与阀盖2的连接面上设置有密封垫圈10。阀球3上设置有泄压孔3.2,泄压孔3.2连通阀杆卡槽3.1和阀球3内腔。阀体1内腔中心阔设有阀球腔1.2,阀球腔1.2内表面为球状,阀座11卡设于阀球腔1.2两端。

1.硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀,包括阀体,阀体右侧与阀体密封连接的阀盖,阀体内腔设置有阀球,阀球中心开设有阀杆卡槽,阀杆末端插设于阀杆卡槽内,阀体侧壁上设置有阀杆延伸部,阀杆从阀杆延伸部上端插入,阀杆上端加工有外螺纹,阀杆上端套设有碟形弹簧,并旋接有六角螺母,其特征在于阀杆末端为截面为T字型的变径段,包括小径段和大径段,阀杆延伸部下部设置有与大径段配和的阔孔,大径段上端与阔孔接触面设置有下填料层,变径段上设置有静电放出装置,静电放出装置包括开设于变径段表面的若干个深孔,深孔内依次设置有弹簧和钢珠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀,其特征在于阀杆中段设置有填料装置,填料装置包括依次套设于阀杆上的填料、耐磨片以及填料压盖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀,其特征在于阀体与阀盖的连接面上设置有密封垫圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀,其特征在于阀球上设置有泄压孔,泄压孔连通阀杆卡槽和阀球内腔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硅溶胶高平台浮动球阀,其特征在于阀体内腔中心阔设有阀球腔,阀球腔内表面为球状,阀座卡设于阀球腔两端。
