Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a flue gas treatment method in the technical field of aluminum electrolysis, in particular to a method and a device for treating asphalt flue gas collection in the roasting process of an aluminum electrolysis cell.
Background
The aluminum cell is main equipment for aluminum smelting, and the roasting starting process is a production stage which is required to be carried out when the aluminum cell is put into normal operation.
In the traditional aluminum electrolysis cell roasting process, as the cathode is fixed with a certain amount of carbon paste during lining furnace construction, the carbon paste mainly consists of a plurality of components such as electrically calcined anthracite (or a part of tragic graphite is crushed), coal pitch and coal tar, during the roasting process of the aluminum electrolysis cell, asphalt components in the cathode lining of the electrolytic cell volatilize and overflow along with the period that the roasting temperature is increased to 300-500 ℃, so that harmful asphalt smoke and tar with a certain pollution effect are formed, the environment pollution of workshops is caused, and even serious adverse effects such as smoke exhaust pipeline fouling of the electrolysis workshop, filter cloth bag blockage of a purifying system and the like are caused, and the normal operation of an electrolysis series is further influenced.
At present, the statistics of the components and pollutant discharge amounts of cathode tamping paste for aluminum electrolysis cells at home and abroad are as follows:
in general, the average fixing amount of the pre-baked aluminum electrolysis cell cathode tamping paste is 4-6 tons/table, and according to the test of the table, the discharge amount of pollutants which can be generated in the baking process of the aluminum electrolysis cell is as follows:
asphalt smoke volatilization amount: 4000-6000 x 5% x7.5% =15-22.5 kg;
tar volatilization amount: 4000-6000 x 13% x7.5% =39-58.5 kg;
while during roasting, the single cell cathode exhaust of the aluminum electrolysis cell is about 750m 3 The emission concentration of the asphalt fume is: 15-22.5 kg/750m 3 =0.200~0.0300kg/m 3 =20000~30000mg/m 3 >>20mg/m 3 ("emission standards for pollutants in the aluminium industry" GB 25465-2010).
It can be seen that the concentration of asphalt fume discharged during the roasting of the aluminum electrolysis cell is up to 1000-1500 times of the national discharge standard allowance, so that effective treatment measures must be taken to treat pollutants during the roasting of the aluminum electrolysis cell.
