本发明公开了一种调节式镀膜专用模具,包括外支架,外支架截面为“L”型,外支架的侧壁垂直连接多个伸缩杆一端,伸缩杆另一端伸入内支架,内支架截面为“L”型,内支架的表面经过镀膜处理,膜层为TiO2;本发明调节式镀膜专用模具根据光学玻璃大小进行适当调整,能够有效的节约镀膜成本,节约时间,提高工作效率;还具有耐腐蚀性、耐高温的特性,在镀膜过程中不易发生形变,提高玻璃件的安全性。

技术领域
本发明属于镀膜设备技术领域,具体涉及一种调节式镀膜专用模具。
背景技术
现代镀膜技术越来越多的为人们所使用,较多应用的领域为光学玻璃的镀膜,比如我们常用的眼镜,通过对光学玻璃的镀膜,提高透射率,光学透镜通常都镀有单层或多层膜,单层增透膜可使反射减少至1.5%,多层增透膜则可让反射降低至0.25%,所以整个瞄准镜如果加以适当镀膜,光线透穿率可达95%。
随着镀膜技术的日益成熟,镀膜工装的使用也变的较为频繁,然而对不同领域使用的光学玻璃,其大小、形状各不相同,甚至相同大小形状所要求工装的自身条件性质也不相同,根据光学玻璃的大小重新做一个工装明显会增加镀膜成本,且浪费不必要的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种调节式镀膜专用模具,根据待镀膜的光学玻璃进行适当调整,有效的节约镀膜成本。
本发明采用的技术方案为,一种调节式镀膜专用模具,包括外支架,外支架截面为“L”型,外支架的侧壁垂直连接多个伸缩杆一端,伸缩杆另一端伸入内支架,内支架截面为“L”型,内支架的表面经过镀膜处理,膜层为TiO2
本发明的特点还在于,
伸缩杆至少有3个。
伸缩杆上设置位置固定按钮。
内支架上的TiO2膜层厚度为0.5-3um。
内支架表面经过镀膜处理过程如下:
步骤1、将内支架至于器皿中,向器皿中加入质量分数均为15%酒精和丙酮混合液,酒精和丙酮的质量比为1:1.5-2.5;随后将器皿置于超声波仪器上清洗10min-15min,采用纯氮气将内支架吹干;
步骤2、将经步骤1处理后的内支架置于固定支架,将固定支架放置于镀膜机中,抽真空至5.5×10-3Pa-8.5×10-3Pa,向镀膜机中充入氩气,充入量为190Sccm-200Sccm,并控制基体材料温度为160℃-220℃,进行蒸镀,蒸镀时间为45min-75min;
步骤3、将步骤2镀膜后的内支架取出,选取镀膜均匀的内支架。
内支架的尺寸根据待镀膜件的尺寸选定。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明调节式镀膜专用模具能够根据光学玻璃大小进行适当调整,能够有效的节约镀膜成本,节约时间,提高工作效率;
(2)本发明调节式镀膜专用模具具有耐腐蚀性,耐高温的特性,在镀膜过程中不易发生形变,提高玻璃件的安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明一种调节式镀膜专用模具,如图1所示,包括外支架1,外支架1截面为“L”型,外支架1的侧壁垂直连接多个伸缩杆2一端,伸缩杆2另一端伸入内支架3,内支架3截面为“L”型,内支架3的表面经过镀膜处理,膜层为TiO2
伸缩杆2至少有3个。
伸缩杆2上设置位置固定按钮。
内支架3上的TiO2膜层厚度为0.5um-3um。
内支架3表面经过镀膜处理过程如下:
步骤1、将内支架3至于器皿中,向器皿中加入质量分数均为15%酒精和丙酮混合液,酒精和丙酮的质量比为1:1.5-2.5;随后将器皿置于超声波仪器上清洗10min-15min,采用纯氮气将内支架3吹干;

步骤3、将步骤2镀膜后的内支架3取出,选取镀膜均匀的内支架3。
内支架3的尺寸根据待镀膜件的尺寸选定。
本发明一种调节式镀膜专用模具各部件的作用如下:
外支架1为整个镀膜模具提供支撑作用,在镀膜时,能够安放于镀膜机上,为取下和安放提供方便。
伸缩杆2具有伸缩作用,能够根据内支架3的尺寸大小进行适当的调整。
内支架3是镀膜件的直接载体,即能够固定支撑镀膜件,同时,支架3上镀有膜层,能够有效的提高内支架3的硬度和耐磨性。
本发明的一种调节式镀膜专用模具使用方法如下:
根据镀膜件的大小,选取适当的内支架3,通过伸缩杆2固定内支架3,随后通过固定按钮固定伸缩杆2,将待镀膜件放置于内支架3上,通过伸缩杆2连接的外支架1放置于镀膜机内。
通过上述方式,根据光学玻璃大小进行适当调整,能够有效的节约镀膜成本,节约时间,提高工作效率;还具有耐腐蚀性、耐高温的特性,在镀膜过程中不易发生形变,提高玻璃件的安全性。

1.一种调节式镀膜专用模具,其特征在于,包括外支架(1),所述外支架(1)截面为“L”型,所述外支架(1)的侧壁垂直连接多个伸缩杆(2)一端,所述伸缩杆(2)另一端伸入内支架(3),所述内支架(3)截面为“L”型,所述内支架(3)的表面经过镀膜处理,所述的膜层为TiO2
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调节式镀膜专用模具,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆(2)至少有3个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种调节式镀膜专用模具,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆(2)上设置位置固定按钮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种调节式镀膜专用模具,其特征在于,所述内支架(3)上的TiO2膜层厚度为0.5-3um。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种调节式镀膜专用模具,其特征在于,所述内支架(3)表面经过镀膜处理过程如下:
