【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电泳涂料,特别涉及一种超低温水性阴极电泳涂料。
【背景技术】
电泳涂料源于20世纪30年代,从20世纪60年代中期开始研究合成阳离子型树脂,并于20世纪70年代初用于对耐腐蚀性能要求高的家用电器上作底漆,随后逐渐开发出了耐蚀性能更高且具有装饰性效果的阴极电泳涂料,由于其具有优良的防腐蚀性、高泳透率、高流平性、高装饰性且涂装自动化程度高、涂装污染少等特点,广泛应用于机动车工业中,并推广应用到建材、轻工、家用电器等工业领域以及五金和工艺品的表面防腐和装饰,阴极电泳涂料为双组分,其一组份为白色均匀乳状液体,另一组分为灰色(或黑色)颜料浆状物。其原料主要有环氧树脂、醚醇化合物、异氰酸酯等,但是传统的阴极电泳涂料在低温环境中不能固化,所以现在提出一种超低温水性阴极电泳涂料。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种超低温水性阴极电泳涂料,可以在100度以下固化,具有很好的推广价值,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种超低温水性阴极电泳涂料,超低温水性阴极电泳涂料的各成分重量百分比为:40%水性阳离子树脂乳液:60-80%、80%水性色浆:20-40%,所述40%水性阳离子树脂乳液的各成分重量百分比为:E-20环氧树脂:10-20%、二乙醇胺:3-7%、315LK聚酰胺:5-10%、乳酸:5-8%、丙烯酸树脂:10-15%、717氨基树脂:3-6%、丙二醇甲醚:2-6%、去离子水:54-57%,所述丙烯酸树脂的各成分重量百分比为:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯25%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯:15%、甲级丙烯酸丁酯:20%、丙二醇甲醚:40%、过氧化苯甲酰:2%,所述80%水性色浆的各成分重量百分比为:炭黑:5-10%、高岭土:20-30%、分散剂:3-6%、40%水性阳离子树脂乳液:20-30%、乳化剂OP-10:3-6%、去离子水:3-6%。
