Abstract

本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种哑光阴极电泳漆,由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯微粉蜡20‑25份、醇酸树脂15‑20份、改性胺固化剂20‑45份、交联剂10‑20份、去离子水4‑7份、助溶剂15‑20份、流平剂3‑6份、中和剂5‑9份、第一复合添加剂6‑11份、第二复合添加剂5‑10份;本发明的阴极电泳漆采用聚乙烯微粉蜡和醇酸树脂,使得该电泳漆有强反射光能力,即具有强哑光性。

一种哑光阴极电泳漆
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种哑光阴极电泳漆。
背景技术
电泳漆分为阴极电泳和阳极电泳,电泳涂料作为一类新型的低污染、省能源、省资源、起作保护和防腐蚀性的涂料,具有涂膜平整,耐水性和耐化学性好等特点,容易实现涂装工业的机械化和自动化,适合形状复杂,有边缘棱角、孔穴工件涂装,目前被大量应用于汽车、自动车、机电、家电等五金件的涂装。电泳涂料及涂装法在20世纪60年代后获得工业应用,采用电泳涂料可以进行全封闭循环系统运行,涂料几乎100%利用。电泳涂料以水溶性或水分散性离子型聚合物为成膜物,被涂工件可以是阳极也可以作为阴极;现有的漆膜表面不平整,且表面比较枯涩,达不到美观和实用的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种哑光阴极电泳漆。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种哑光阴极电泳漆,由以下重量 份原料组成:聚乙烯微粉蜡20-25份、醇酸树脂15-20份、改性胺固化剂20-45份、交联剂10-20份、去离子水4-7份、助溶剂15-20份、流平剂3-6份、中和剂5-9份、第一复合添加剂6-11份、第二复合添加剂5-10份。
所述改性胺固化剂由按质量比1.0-1.5:1.0-2.0:0.5-1.0配比的多元胺、缩水甘油酯和含双键化合物组成。
所述交联剂由按质量比1-2:3-5:2-4配比的复合醇醚、异丙醇、和硅胶液组成。
所述第一复合添加剂由按质量比1-2:3-5:2-4:2配比的丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、二聚脂肪酸和硬脂酸锌组成。
所述第二复合添加剂由按质量比1.0-1.5:0.3-0.5:1.2-1.4配比的甲基三甲氧基硅烷、羟丙甲纤维素和2-氰基丙烯酸乙酯组成。
进一步地,所述助溶剂为醇醚类有机溶剂。
进一步地,所述流平剂为聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷和端基改性有机硅的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步地,所述中和剂为乳酸和冰醋酸中的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地,所述缩水甘油酯为丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯中的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地,所述缩水甘油酯为丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的混合物,且两者按质量比的配比为2-3:3-5。
本发明提供的哑光电泳漆的有益效果是:本发明的阴极电泳漆采用聚乙烯微粉蜡和醇酸树脂,使得该电泳漆有强反射光能力,即具有 强哑光性。

实施例1
一种哑光阴极电泳漆,由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯微粉蜡20份、醇酸树脂15份、改性胺固化剂20份、交联剂10份、去离子水4份、助溶剂15份、流平剂3份、中和剂5份、第一复合添加剂6份、第二复合添加剂5份。
进一步地,所述改性胺固化剂由按质量比1.0:1.0:0.5配比的多元胺、缩水甘油酯和含双键化合物组成;所述交联剂由按质量比1:3:2配比的复合醇醚、异丙醇、和硅胶液组成;所述第一复合添加剂由按质量比1:3:2:2配比的丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、二聚脂肪酸和硬脂酸锌组成;所述第二复合添加剂由按质量比1.0:0.3:1.2配比的甲基三甲氧基硅烷、羟丙甲纤维素和2-氰基丙烯酸乙酯组成。
进一步地,所述助溶剂为醇醚类有机溶剂;所述流平剂为聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷的混合物;所述中和剂为乳酸;所述缩水甘油酯为丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的混合物,且两者按质量比的配比为2:3。
实施例2
一种哑光阴极电泳漆,由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯微粉蜡25份、醇酸树脂20份、改性胺固化剂45份、交联剂20份、去离子水7份、助溶剂20份、流平剂6份、中和剂9份、第一复合添加剂11份、第二复合添加剂10份。
进一步地,所述改性胺固化剂由按质量比1.5:2.0:1.0配比的多元胺、缩水甘油酯和含双键化合物组成;所述交联剂由按质量比2:5:4配比的复合醇醚、异丙醇、和硅胶液组成;所述第一复合添加剂由按质量比2:5:4:2配比的丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、二聚脂肪酸和硬脂酸锌组成;所述第二复合添加剂由按质量比1.5:0.5:1.4配比的甲基三甲氧基硅烷、羟丙甲纤维素和2-氰基丙烯酸乙酯组成。
进一步地,所述助溶剂为醇醚类有机溶剂;所述流平剂为烷基改性有机硅氧烷和端基改性有机硅的混合物;所述中和剂为冰醋酸;所述缩水甘油酯为丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的混合物,且两者按质量比的配比为3:5。
实施例3
一种哑光阴极电泳漆,由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯微粉蜡23份、醇酸树脂17份、改性胺固化剂35份、交联剂15份、去离子水5份、助溶剂17份、流平剂5份、中和剂7份、第一复合添加剂9份、第二复合添加剂8份。
进一步地,所述改性胺固化剂由按质量比1.2:1.5:0.7配比的多元胺、缩水甘油酯和含双键化合物组成;所述交联剂由按质量比 1.5:4.0:3.0配比的复合醇醚、异丙醇、和硅胶液组成;所述第一复合添加剂由按质量比1.5:4.0:3.0:2.0配比的丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、二聚脂肪酸和硬脂酸锌组成;所述第二复合添加剂由按质量比1.3:0.4:1.3配比的甲基三甲氧基硅烷、羟丙甲纤维素和2-氰基丙烯酸乙酯组成。
进一步地,所述助溶剂为醇醚类有机溶剂;所述流平剂为聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷和端基改性有机硅的混合物;所述中和剂为乳酸和冰醋酸的混合物;所述缩水甘油酯为丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的混合物,且两者按质量比的配比为2.5:4.0。

1.一种哑光阴极电泳漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:聚乙烯微粉蜡20-25份、醇酸树脂15-20份、改性胺固化剂20-45份、交联剂10-20份、去离子水4-7份、助溶剂15-20份、流平剂3-6份、中和剂5-9份、第一复合添加剂6-11份、第二复合添加剂5-10份;
所述改性胺固化剂由按质量比1.0-1.5:1.0-2.0:0.5-1.0配比的多元胺、缩水甘油酯和含双键化合物组成;
所述交联剂由按质量比1-2:3-5:2-4配比的复合醇醚、异丙醇、和硅胶液组成;
所述第一复合添加剂由按质量比1-2:3-5:2-4:2配比的丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、二聚脂肪酸和硬脂酸锌组成;
所述第二复合添加剂由按质量比1.0-1.5:0.3-0.5:1.2-1.4配比的甲基三甲氧基硅烷、羟丙甲纤维素和2-氰基丙烯酸乙酯组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的哑光阴极电泳漆,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为醇醚类有机溶剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的哑光阴极电泳漆,其特征在于,所述流平剂为聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷和端基改性有机硅的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的哑光阴极电泳漆,其特征在于,所述中和剂为乳酸和冰醋酸中的一种或两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的哑光阴极电泳漆,其特征在于,所述缩水甘油酯为丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯中的一种或两种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的哑光阴极电泳漆,其特征在于,所述缩水甘油酯为丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的混合物,且两者按质量比的配比为2-3:3-5。
