As shown in fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 6, the present invention includes a ship-shaped floating body 1 and a main deck 7 disposed on the ship-shaped floating body 1, and a fuel tank 101, a ballast water tank 102, a pump tank 103, an isolation empty tank 104, a dry bulk cargo tank 105, a production waste tank 106, a cabin 107, a propeller tank 108, a single-point tank 109, a fresh water tank 110, and a drilling water tank 111 are disposed inside the ship-shaped floating body 1. A single point mooring system 2 is provided in the single point pod 109. The two propeller cabins 108 are respectively arranged at the head part and the tail part of the ship-shaped floating body 1, a duct propeller propulsion system 301 is arranged in the propeller cabin 108 at the head part, and a telescopic full-rotation propeller system 302 is arranged in the propeller cabin 108 at the tail part. A generator 303 is provided in the nacelle 107. A liquid cargo handling system is provided at the tail of the ship-type floating body 1.
