Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于子宫内授精(IUI)及缓释授精(SRI)的导管。
背景技术
人工授精可以通过多种技术例如子宫内授精或缓释授精来实现。相比于子宫颈授精,子宫内授精可能是优选的,因为子宫颈管由于多种因素例如粘性的粘液、酸性的粘液、感染和精子抗体而可能是不友好的。另一个原因可能是向下流到阴道的精液的显著损失。然而,子宫内授精也有缺点,例如精子物质向子宫颈和阴道的损失。
尽管已经提出了多种方案来改善IUI,但这些方案远未达到完美。
发明内容
本发明试图提供用于IUI和SRI的改进的导管,正如在下面更详细地进一步描述的。
本发明还试图提供用于缓释授精或施用医学和生物学及药物物质的微流体泵送装置。泵与用于子宫内授精(IUI)的分支球囊导管相容,并且可以将贮精囊分成等份。因此,所述泵能够将精子递送至左侧或右侧输卵管或以预定体积关系同时递送至两侧输卵管。
IUI的优势是绕过子宫颈的不友好的环境并缩短精子与卵子之间的距离。使用用于授精的球囊导管的优势是防止精子物质向子宫颈和阴道的损失。SRI的优势是增加受精机会的时间窗。本发明的球囊授精导管组合了所有上述优势,因为其绕过了子宫颈、将精子以预定体积关系导向左侧和/或右侧输卵管,并且防止了精子泄漏。本发明与缓释授精装置相容。

示例性实施方式的详细描述
现在参考图1A-1E,其示出了根据本发明的非限制性实施方式构建和操作的用于IUI和SRI的导管组件。
所述组件包括导管10和安装在导管10上的球囊12。所述导管具有沿其长度的两个分开的通道或腔14和16。导管10用于进入子宫腔以将精子朝着输卵管注入子宫中(通过一个腔)。
第一腔14(授精腔14)用于在IUI或SRI程序期间将洗涤过的精子注入子宫中。第二腔16(膨胀腔16)在外端上具有阀门18,并连接至靠近远端的球囊12。当球囊12位于子宫内部时,通过注射器(未示出)注入无菌水或空气而将球囊12膨胀,以阻止其滑出并防止精子泄漏至子宫颈。
授精腔14的伸出超过可膨胀球囊12的部分分成两个支管(两个亚腔)14L和14R。一个支管导向输卵管的左侧口(开口),另一个支管导向输卵管的右侧口。
在将导管10通过子宫颈插入子宫腔期间,两个支管14L和14R通过细长套管20附接在一起(图1B,在图2C中放大)。在插入后,将套管20拉回,由此两个支管14L和14R分开并向输卵管的左侧开口和右侧开口移动(如图2D及在图2E的放大视图中可见)。
可选地,支管14L和14R可以由“记得”其最初冷锻造形状的形状记忆材料(合金)(例如NITINOL线)制成。在这样一种实施方式中,两个支管在将导管插入子宫腔期间彼此靠近,一旦插入后(其中环境更为温暖)便彼此分开并向输卵管的左侧开口和右侧开口移动。
沿着导管10的轴线的基准标记22(图1A和1D)使得医生能够适当地对准导管(从角度取向和深度两方面)以及由此将精子同时朝着输卵管的左侧口及右侧口注入。
在本发明的一个可选实施方式中,不存在球囊,精子通过如上所述的支管递送。
现在参考图2A-2B,其示出了根据本发明的非限制性实施方式构建和操作的用于IUI和SRI的另一种导管组件。在该实施方式中,分支部分被替换为双侧孔导管24,即靠近导管顶端的两个孔26L和26R(当基准标记面朝上时导向左侧口及右侧口)。
现在参考图3A-3B,其示出了根据本发明的非限制性实施方式构建和操作的用于IUI和SRI的另一种导管组件。在该实施方式中,导管具有沿其长度延伸的四个分开的通道或腔30、31、32和33。第一腔30在外端上具有阀门34,并连接至靠近顶端的球囊35。当球囊35位于子宫内部时,通过注射器(未示出)注入无菌水或空气而将球囊35膨胀,以阻止其滑出并防止精子泄漏至子宫颈。
第二腔31用于在IUI或SRI程序期间将洗涤过的精子朝着左侧(L)输卵管注入子宫中(第二腔31是第一授精腔-其螺口连接器(luer lock connector)标记有字母L)。
第三腔32用于在IUI或SRI程序期间将洗涤过的精子朝着右侧(R)输卵管注入子宫中(第三腔32是第二授精腔-其螺口连接器标记有字母R)。
第四腔33用于在IUI或SRI程序期间将洗涤过的精子同时朝着右侧(R)和左侧(L)输卵管注入子宫中(第四腔33是第三授精腔-其螺口连接器标记有字母L+R)。
如图3A中可见,微流体泵送装置36可以与所述腔中的一个例如第一腔30流体连通,用于缓释授精或施用医学和生物学和药物物质。泵36能够将贮精囊分成等份。因此,泵36能够将精子递送至左侧或右侧输卵管或以预定体积关系同时递送至两侧输卵管。
例如,如果超声波检查揭示仅在右侧卵巢中有卵泡,则精子仅会被导向右侧输卵管;如果两个卵巢显示4:1比例的卵泡(右侧卵巢中有8个卵泡,左侧卵巢中有2个卵泡),则相应地递送精子,即80%的精子递送至右侧输卵管,20%的精子递送至左侧输卵管。
泵36可以装备有处理器38以计算精子向左侧或右侧输卵管或两侧输卵管的分配。处理器38可以手动输入数据,或者可以与对卵巢成像的成像(例如超声波成像)装置的数据库直接通信。
现在参考图4A-4B,其示出了根据本发明的非限制性实施方式构建和操作的用于IUI和SRI的另一种导管组件。在该实施方式中,导管40具有一个侧孔42和两个不同的基准标记或基准线44和46。两个不同的基准标记或基准线44和46使得容易区分应用于左侧还是右侧输卵管。例如,非限制性地,基准线44可以是具有字母R的实线(以将精子导向右侧输卵管),基准线46可以是具有字母L的虚线或其他断线(以将精子导向左侧输卵管)。两个不同的基准标记或基准线44和46可以彼此成角度隔开180°。
这种具有单侧孔的导管可以是球囊导管或没有锚球囊的导管。
Claims (9)
1.一种组件,其包含:
导管,其包含用于将精子注入子宫中的授精腔,其中所述授精腔包含两个支管,所述支管中的一个导向输卵管的左侧口,并且所述支管中的另一个导向输卵管的右侧口;以及
在所述导管上的基准标记,其指示所述导管和所述支管的角度取向和深度取向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中在所述导管上安装有球囊,并且所述导管还包含与所述球囊连接以使所述球囊膨胀的膨胀腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其还包含布置在所述支管上的可移动套管,其中在所述套管适当移动后,所述支管彼此分开。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述支管由形状记忆材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述基准标记包含两个彼此成角度隔开的不同的基准标记。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述授精腔在靠近所述导管的顶端处具有左孔和右孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中所述授精腔包含三个授精腔,第一授精腔用于将精子导向左侧输卵管,第二授精腔用于将精子导向右侧输卵管,以及第三授精腔用于将精子导向左侧输卵管和右侧输卵管。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其还包含与所述腔之一流体连通的微流体泵送装置。
9.根据权利要求7所述的组件,其还包含处理器,运行所述处理器以计算精子向左侧输卵管或右侧输卵管或两侧输卵管的分配。
