the supporting system comprises a lower supporting structure and an upper supporting structure, wherein the lower supporting structure comprises a stand column roller bracket 2 fixed on a working platform 1, and a pair of rollers are arranged at the top end of the stand column roller bracket 2; the upper supporting structure comprises an air cylinder support 6 fixed on the working platform 1, a compression air cylinder 7 is fixedly installed above the air cylinder support 6, the output end of the compression air cylinder 7 penetrates through the air cylinder support 6 to be vertical to the ground, an upper roller support 4 is installed at the output end of the compression air cylinder 7 through a support base 5, a pair of rollers are installed at the end part of the upper roller support 4, and the upper roller support 4 is installed corresponding to the upright roller support 2;
the rotating system comprises a motor 14, the motor 14 is arranged on a transmission shaft box, the transmission shaft box is fixedly arranged on the working platform 1, two ends of the transmission shaft penetrate out of the transmission shaft box 22, a base fixing device is arranged at one end part of the transmission shaft on one side of the supporting system, and a driving synchronous wheel 15 is arranged at the other end part of the transmission shaft;
the welding gun system comprises a welding gun 8, wherein the welding gun 8 is arranged on a welding gun bracket 9 through a welding gun connecting plate 20, the welding gun bracket 9 is arranged on a welding gun slideway 11 through a welding gun sliding block 10, and the welding gun sliding block 10 is also connected with a cam mechanism 17 through a follow-up connecting rod 19; the cam mechanism 17 is a round roller with a main shaft, and a groove track is arranged on the surface of the round roller; the fixed end of the follow-up connecting rod 19 is fixedly connected to the welding gun slide block 10, and the free end of the follow-up connecting rod 19 is placed in a groove track of the cam mechanism 17; two ends of the cam mechanism 17 are arranged on the bearing seat 18 through a main shaft, and one end of the main shaft is provided with a passive synchronous wheel 16;
the active synchronizing wheel 15 and the passive synchronizing wheel 16 are connected in series.
On the basis of the technical embodiment, in order to make the welding equipment more convenient to use, the welding equipment can be locally improved:
the cylinder support 6 comprises a support seat 6-1 and a mounting seat 6-2, wherein the mounting seat is vertically arranged at the top of the support seat, and the bottom of the support seat is arranged on the working platform through a cylinder support seat slideway (see figure 6). This design facilitates maintenance and installation of the cylinder.
The groove track on the round roller of the cam mechanism forms an inclined included angle with the main shaft of the round roller, and the groove track forms a closed circular ring. The groove track is obliquely designed, so that the follow-up connecting rod can slide left and right, the welding gun is driven to slide back and forth, and an elliptical welding track is formed on the joint surface of the bottom plate and the upright post.
The welding gun connecting plate 20 is mounted on the welding gun bracket 9 (see fig. 1) through screws. Through the screw fixation, the angle of the welding gun can be adjusted according to actual needs.
The cylinder supports 6 provided with the pressing cylinders 7 are provided with two groups, and the output ends of the pressing cylinders 7 arranged on the cylinder supports 6 of each group are connected with the same bracket base 5 (see figure 1). The multiple groups of support systems can enable the upright posts to be fixed more stably.
The base plate fixing device comprises a fixing block 13-1 arranged on the main shaft, wherein the front end of the fixing block is provided with an inclined end face 13-2, and a pin shaft is arranged on the inclined end face (see figure 5). Is convenient for fixing the bottom plate.
The fixture bottom plate 13-3 is arranged on the end face of the fixed block 13-1, and the pin shaft 13-4 is arranged on the fixture bottom plate 13-3 (see fig. 7).
A transverse jacking cylinder 23 (see fig. 8) is mounted on the table 1. The jacking air cylinders 23 and the rotating system are positioned at two ends of the workbench, and the jacking air cylinders are used for jacking the upright posts towards the rotating system so that the upright posts and the bottom plate can be contacted more tightly.
When the welding gun is used, the upright 3 is pressed between the upright roller support 2 and the upper roller support 4 by the pressing mechanism, the upright is pressed and can rotate between the rollers due to the rollers on the supports, the bottom plate is arranged on the bottom plate fixing device, the bottom plate and the upright are subjected to spot welding by the welding gun, the initial position of the welding gun is determined, the motor is started, the output end of the motor is driven by the transmission shaft box to drive the main shaft to rotate, the main shaft drives the bottom plate and the upright to rotate together, the main shaft also drives the driving synchronous wheel to rotate, the driving synchronous wheel drives the cam mechanism to rotate through the driven synchronous wheel, the cam mechanism rotates, the designed groove track on the cam mechanism can reverse the follow-up connecting rod to realize back and forth movement, and then the welding gun slide block moves back and forth on the welding gun slide rail, so that the welding gun can also move back and forth along with the back movement, the welding gun can always weld at the joint position of the bottom plate and the upright when the base and the upright are rotated, and the cam mechanism is designed in advance, and therefore the speed of the welding gun can be controlled to move back and forth is matched with the rotating speed of the upright.

the support system comprises a lower support structure and an upper support structure, wherein the lower support structure comprises a stand column roller support fixed on the working platform, and a pair of rollers are arranged at the top end of the stand column roller support; the upper supporting structure comprises an air cylinder support fixed on the working platform, a compression air cylinder is fixedly installed above the air cylinder support, the output end of the compression air cylinder penetrates through the air cylinder support to be vertical to the ground, an upper roller support is installed at the output end of the compression air cylinder through a support base, a pair of rollers are installed at the end part of the upper roller support, and the upper roller support is installed corresponding to the upright roller support;

the welding gun system comprises a welding gun, wherein the welding gun is arranged on a welding gun support through a welding gun connecting plate, the welding gun support is arranged on a welding gun slideway through a welding gun sliding block, and the welding gun sliding block is also connected with a cam mechanism through a follow-up connecting rod; the cam mechanism is a round roller with a main shaft, and a groove track is arranged on the surface of the round roller; the fixed end of the follow-up connecting rod is fixedly connected to the welding gun slide block, the free end of the follow-up connecting rod is placed in a groove track of the cam mechanism, the groove track on the round roller of the cam mechanism and a main shaft of the round roller form an inclined included angle, and the groove track forms a closed circular ring; two ends of the cam mechanism are arranged on the bearing seat through a main shaft, and one end of the main shaft is provided with a passive synchronous wheel;
the active synchronizing wheel and the passive synchronizing wheel are connected in series.
